So, uh, if you'd just go ahead and push VDRM over .05, that would be great.
The following negatives are from TRTC I-Hub site:
IMPORTANT INVESTOR INFO:
TRTC operates one non profit dispensary in California. It will likely remain that way through 2017. Some may like investing in a dispensary, but non profit obviously will not help your investment. Once it becomes for profit the problem is that insiders have it setup to siphon off all the excess cash in the form of excessive security, and rent charges. Shareholders come last with TRTC.
TRTC owns 50% of five dispensaries in Nevada right now. While the passage of Recreational Marijuana in Nevada may benefit the company, the counties containing their dispensaries have the right to not allow recreational marijuna in their counties, and the decision is up to them.
TRTC currently has more than 800 million fully diluted outstanding shares and is trading at .31 This means it is worth $242 million, which is likely more than 10 times overvalued at this price. You can buy at least 25 dispensaries open and profitable for that price.
DO SERIOUS DD before investing in such companies. TRTC's past is littered with SEC violations, the CEO was also investigated a few years ago for fraud in a prior company. Do not just throw your money away. RESEARCH FIRST!!!
Hi Chrispy1, https://clinicaltrials.gov/show/NCT02359123 may be of help.

An article regarding "Short Attacks" like the one the OTC Board perpetuated against CNBX to keep one of its rock stars from leaving for a bigger board is pasted below.
We are all aware that CNBX was chugging along great and went from $ 2, to $ 3, on up to above $ 7, and suddenly there is this "OTC Scrutiny" notice that brings it crashing down.
No specifics, just a "We're Watching You" threat, and the stock drops to two dollarsville. Same thing happened to CANN. Nothing ever came of the scrutiny, but CANN has never fully recovered.
Don't think OTC would do such a thing? How about all of those sub-prime lenders that padded their books?
Pick up a book like "Straight To Hell", the first person narrative of a big firm stock trader who was promoted and moved overseas when he showed a willingness to subvert trading law, and you will see that what CNBX investors went through this past week was probably a "Short Attack" from a group that hoped to be considered too sacred to be considered as self serving. As if there is such a group in banking, government, etc.
Here is the article:
http://totalwealthresearch.com/2015/06/how-to-handle-a-short-attack-on-a-stock-you-own/
Well what happened there? $ 4.57 down to $ 3.82 in a matter of minutes??? OUCH!! Who is dumping???? Looks to have rallied over 15 cents in the amount of time I typed this.....
Thank you for sharing the news tomadam!
Jim
$ 4.20 is our "Current High".... :)
Of all the stocks that got great news last week, CNBX is carrying the day as far as profits!!!
Praying that it continues on the upswing!!!! Jim
1st link undergoing "System Maintenance". ???
Is this VDRM or something else?
This is what Etrade is reporting as the difference between the Bid and Ask for ZYNE at the end of 2/24/17.
That's a bit of a difference!!! Can anyone explain this one to me?

Nice historical collection of CNBX News:
http://www.greenrushreview.com/cannabics-pharmaceuticals/
This article is bullsh*t! Follow clinicaltrials.gov, WANACAPS RX, and all of the other "in the market" as well as "in use in medicine" research and you will see this guy is using a letterhead to push this down so he can buy more.
You do not get approval by and reports from the Ministry of Health, space and patients provided to you to perform various research studies, which have already started providing specific results and specific products to be implemented from those results, there is simply too much of a paper trail of what this company has done since 2015 to say the sewage he is spewing.
He left it off of his list to advise his customers, he is now covering for the fact he didn't see the run up coming.
"News" causes surges, and surges cause prices to be $ 4 one day and $ 7 the next, and then back to $ 3. But real data, that is what pushes a stock from .03 to $ 1 to $ 10 to $ 20 and beyond. Each time CNBX reports an actual report of success, this stock is going to have a strong month, not a strong 3 or 4 days.
If you want to save the headache of paying $ 10 later for a $ 20 and up stock, pay $ 3 now and get in!!
I am in a lot of MM companies and cannot think of another that has provided as much actual data, actual patient results, and actual products that will be hitting the market than CNBX.
Choose your "news" wisely. These hacks that cannot even write proper paragraphs but want to spew fake news are an insult to those of us that follow the data and invest accordingly.
Thank you for your time!!! Jim

Hi dilligence, I couldn't get the link to work in your post so I searched it on the web and have posted an alternate link above.
There are other sources of intel, such as clinicaltrials.gov, so when they say they are the only news source, I would guess they mean articles. Data is available at reliable sources and clinicaltrials.gov has great coverage of CNBX.
Thanks for the alert regarding the posting from CNBX.
Jim
Yeah greenswing, as I have been scanning the posts I have had a few really jump out at me as well.
I was like "We're we really down to .0088 today and I missed it"?, etc.
Hopefully they put in their buys at $ 8.80!!! :)
Take care, Jim
Al 1972, I emailed you as requested.
Saw this after hitting send.
You want me to email you at the provided address?
Thanks, Jim
Questions I hope someone can answer about CNBX:
I know a bit about CNBX, and I am invested in 4 different MM stocks.
After hours, when I want to see how many shares were selling at the last Bid & Ask Values, all of the other stocks show the amount available for sale at the closing amount (VDR* for example had a Bid of 60,000 @ .05 and an Ask of 10,000 @ .063 at close).
CNBX is the only stock that will not show these numbers after close.
Does anybody that deals on Etrade see this when they enter the ticker in the "Trading: Order Entry - Equities" box or on other sites?
This has bothered me forever and I spent some time running all tickers and CNBX is the only one that comes up 0.00 and 0.00 on the Bid and Ask listings.
Thank you for your time!! Jim
HAHA!!! Well it was not a waste of time... I learned a lot about dryer sheets!!
Fantastic 2dollarbill! Thank you for this very indepth history of VDRM. You put a lot of historical data into a very succinct format.
Thank you for reposting!! Jim
MoFlow, the link was dead for me.
What was this about?
Thanks, Jim
Still up over $30,000 from yesterday's run. Rising and falling is part of investing. If you can close the week up, especially enough to support yourself as I am, you are doing it right.
Find my posts, read the homework since 2015, this is an up and down business, but way more up than down!!!
Enjoy the ride!! Jim
Hi Jrock,
I have been through the "contractions" through the years and know that it does not go straight up. Went from .03 to $ 1.41 and back to .64.
My point was that there was a lot of negativity on the various boards and arguing of whether this or that company actually even did anything. I wanted to show that there was a .gov website where you could check such things and share CNBX's link.
I greatly appreciate you walking me through that there will be more dark days than light, but on this particular product, my conservative forecast is that it will be 1/3 the success GW is, and based on that I put that success in the next year at $ 20 and $ 50 longer term.
I was being laughed at when this was at .03 and .05. I am used to that. Just trying to help the few that are truly looking for data.
Thanks and take care, Jim
Clinicaltrials.gov Answers Which Companies Actually Do Something:
I have seen posts at various sites but particularly here asking if a company is actually in use, does this company actually do R&D, do they really do anything beyond press releases, etc.
Below is the link for clinicaltrials.gov. You do not get put on clinicaltrials.gov if you are not actually doing government approved trials, etc.
https://clinicaltrials.gov/show/NCT02359123
CNBX has their intended trials through December 2017 and beyond listed at the site.
The reason CNBX is seeing such a rapid rise in value is it is actually being used, its use being tracked, and is on its way to being the next mega MM stock.
This is not just hyperbole. This is having tracked this stock 2 years and studied their advancements.
No company that is partnered with a research hospital in its early stages is going to show a lot of money on their books. A lot of what is happening is happening in Israel and many costs are being absorbed by Israel as our country does with throwing tax dollars at projects.
If you are lucky enough to be in, I would stay in. If you have not gotten in yet, ask yourself if a $ 6 stock that will be at $ 20 before long is worth investing in.
Good Luck & Go CNBX!! Jim
Thanks to you Midnightmatt! Have 200,000 shares and just put in for another 300,000 shares for tomorrow.
I greatly appreciate the tip as this one had not gone across my radar as being a mover. But boy has it!
Thanks again!! Jim
Bought 200,000 shares just over a week ago (2/13) and doubled my money today.
In doing the DD on this, I can easily see $ 3 in the near future.
Everyone is griping on the other boards about what they missed out on due to drastic jumps, but there is still time to get in at a great price with VDRM and ride it from the ground up.
I am so glad someone gave me a tip on this one! Had not heard about it, was posting on other boards, got the tip via PM, and it's been my best new stock.
Thanks, Jim
$20 before long. $50 a conservative ceiling.
This pill was created not just to compete but to outperform based on its long release and pill form.
It has finally seen liftoff. It is nowhere near landing yet.
Enjoy the ride!! Jim
Whatarush12: I do not have a pay account here at Ihub so cannot reply to your PM, but will reply here. Refer to your message for context:
Yes, as for the first stock, I saw the writing on the wall Spring of 2015, did my DD, and bought in by July of 2015. My buy ins have basically been between .03 to .15, except for examples like last week where I bought 10 shares just to move the needle a bit. At one point I held 80,000 shares. Wish I still had them all today but sold off around 47,000 over time when around .7 and .8 to free up cash for other stocks. If VDRM pays off as well as you forecast, then it will have been well worth selling those shares!!! Speaking of which...
As for VDRM, I greatly appreciate the advice and yes, I am in to the tune of 200,000 shares. I know that may not sound like a lot, but a lot of my $$ is tied up until I sell off so in short, I have bought what I could. May buy more this coming week depending on the price.
I greatly appreciate the advice and your kindness to contact me. I have to consider ponying up the money to be able to reply to private messages!!!
Thanks and happy returns!! Jim
I know there had been some requests for info regarding actual CNBX products already on shelves and links to research.
Here is a nice article about CNBX selling products in the US via its partnership with Wana, a Boulder, Colorado company that has been producing Wana Caps RX using CNBX intel since 2015.
Wana Caps have really taken off in Colorado and sales in Oregon and Nevada began not much after Colorado's success.
As the country legalizes MM, Wana Caps and other CNBX products will continue to take hold because they have a 12 hour release (rather than having to take every 4 hours, etc), it is in pill form instead of having to use sprays, so physicians and patients will be more apt to accept it, and they have a tested product.
The next battle after legalization is acceptance by physicians, patients, and employers. CNBX and Wana Caps takes care of a lot of those concerns.
Here is the link:
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/cannabics-pharmaceuticals-announced-launch-wanacaps-133259724.html
CNBX heading for $20 and beyond. Those in for a quick turn around will effect the ebb and flow of prices a day here and a day there, but all in all, this product goes beyond legal MM to the next hurdle, patients being able to take the product while employed.
Regardless of legalization, schools and companies DO NOT have to allow you to bring certain items to school or work. Beer is legal, but 7 of the plants I was in Human Resources at would not allow you to even have beer in a cooler in your truck so you could leave straight for the lake on Friday. Legal product or not, they control their property.
So while other companies are advertising 4 hour sprays, edibles, etc, this product having a 12 hour release beats the next hurdle. It comes in pill form, you can take it before and after school/work. That is the next war to be fought, and this product has it won.
$ 20 will be easy. Let's see where it goes from there! Jim
Etrade. Execution is instant.
Glad you saw it and thank you for your kind words.
And yes, I greatly appreciate your advice back on Jan. 25th.
Enjoy the long weekend!! Jim
Etrade has last price at $3!! Overnight Trading....
Midnightmatt, see my post on the page for what you recommended Jan. 25th. It is almost 2 years research that supports CNBX.
It got pulled here, I am guessing due to mentioning other tickers in the data.
Thanks again!! GO CNBX!!! Jim
Thank you Midnightmatt!!
Love actual data like this!!!
Thanks again! Jim
A funny thing:
First, thank you for your kind words.
Second, the moderators of the boards for the other two tickers mentioned pulled the post from their boards between 2am and 8am.
I don't know why "rah rah" posts are all they want and not substantive research that also supports their products.
???? Thanks again! Jim
My thoughts on MM stocks:
I have been crunching MM and MJ stock numbers since early 2015 and have only invested in 3 companies: CNBX, MCOA, and VDRM, in that order. I have looked at a lot of companies. I have considered a lot. Only 3 have gotten my money.
I invest based on trends I see. I am not saying I have a crystal ball, but using my system, I have ridden CNBX from .03 to today's $ 2.93. I believe the other stocks are on the same trajectory. I also rode Lionsgate Films (LGF) from $ 15 to $ 41 in 3 years, so it's not just MM/MJ.
As for VDRM: I bought 200,000 shares in the past week and will share my thoughts:
1. We all know Cannabics (CNBX) is making huge gains over the past week or so. Last summer Cannabics was sitting right where VDRM is sitting now.
2. MCOA is actually sitting in a better position, by about 5 cents a share, than CNBX was last summer.
If you have the money to invest and let sit as I have let a little over $ 12,000 sit in CNBX since it was in single digits, you should see a return you are happy with.
This is just my two cents... well actually, 3 cents if counting what I paid for CNBX last summer.
Note: I know some people hate to see any ticker other than the one the board is dedicated to, but to present historical data and comparisons, I need to be able to reference other stocks to put into context what I am talking about. I hope I have not offended anyone. I have never mentioned a ticker to "slam" another stock. Only to give historical context. I hope the best for you all and that is why I take the time to post.
Take care, Jim
Hopefully this will put concerns to rest:
An explanation of today and then some real words from an actual Cannabics distributor in Colorado.
1. There were some glitches today across various trading sites, including Etrade and Schwab. They showed pricing that never existed. I have checked across various sites, charts, etc, none of them show the low that we saw glitch for a few minutes. This is the second glitch in a week and not just with CNBX. In short, I think it is fairly safe that after as much time has been spent checking the various pages that the momentary glitch was just that. If the price had been that low, a number of us with limit buys set would have seen purchases.
2. Below is correspondence from WANACAPS that licenses Cannabics procedures for making the capsules we have all heard about. I received this email December 6th, 2015 and by that time WANA/CNBX was proliferating Colorado. With time and 29 states now having legal MM, that proliferation will grow. Here is the email:
Hi Jim,
Thanks for your interest and support. We have gotten great feedback on WanaCaps for both their discretion and their efficacy and we appreciate your kind words.
Actually, in terms of who does what, it’s the other way around--we (Wana Brands) produce the WanaCapsXR products and we license the extended release formula from Cannabics to make them. We are their exclusive partner for production (of Wana Caps).
Right now, we are only selling the products in Colorado but will begin offering them in Nevada and Oregon in 1st Q 2016 and are evaluating a number of other opportunities.
We are not a public company.
Thanks,
Nancy Whiteman

Wana Brands
You can find Wana Brands website at www.wanacaps.com
I hope this clears up some of the questions and concerns over the last day or so.

Canada Gears Up For Marijuana Legalization in 2017
Canada/U.S. Current Populations vs Full Legalization
325,607,567 Current U.S. Population
36,555,643 Current Canada Population
Canada has only a little over 1/10th the population of the US, but the country is gearing up for full legalization in 2017.
With Canada breaking the taboo and going full out, it should hopefully help bring conservative views in line with marijuana legalization.
Let's hope that all of us that are invested in MJ stocks and like minded companies see a benefit to Canada's bold move.

Canada Gears Up For Marijuana Legalization in 2017

January 3, 2017
In 2017, Canada will become the first G7 nation to fully legalize marijuana use. The stock prices of cannabis companies reveal investors are anticipating millions of users and a multi-billion market.
In terms of how it's regulated, will Canada get it right? Earlier this month, a federal task force made 80 recommendations to the government, among them, setting the age limit to 18. Bloomberg TV Canada's Amanda Lang speaks to W.A. Bogart, professor of Law at the University of Windsor and author of "Off The Street: Legalizing Drugs," and Bruce Linton, CEO of Canopy Growth, Canada's first marijuana “unicorn” after reaching a billion-dollar valuation.
