Yo Brooklyn,
I guess you created your Alias in 2008 and have 29 posts, so about 3 a year. Makes me think you have maybe more than one Alias. What is not in dispute is that basically every company you have posted about is in rough shape.
I joined iHub in Dec 2016 after lurking for a long time. So my math comes to more than one month. If this is the level of reading comprehension you apply to your security selection I can understand why you might be long PRED.
Also if you looked through my 90 posts you will see quite a few stocks and it will certainly look like I haven't been on the wrong side too many times in the past year.
Sometimes I'm long sometimes short. Often both.
Hi Shifty,
I just want to say welcome to iHub, it is nice that your very first post can be advice for me.
Also Brooklyn I took a look at your posts and seems like you have been very unlucky with your OTC picks. I hope this one works out better for you.
I will buy your shares back when they get a little lower. Hopefully you got in below $2.
You guys make me laugh. Everyone knows I do this from my parent's basement.
On a serious note if you think that the published short values reflect what is actually out there you need to go back to school. As I said I'm not a huge short but I personally have a larger position than 7,000 and those of us that short deals like this are in and out several times while this is going on.
Heck I would even bet that some of the true believers on this board have been short the stock at some point in the past three weeks. Almost like they know something you don't.
GLTA... love to chat some more but I need to go top up my prepaid flip phone.
LOL Trapper John...ZWD doesn't count!
Can we please not pretend this is a real company. This is typical OTC stock promotion.
Check out ELGL or any of the other Ferguson Kaiser deals. Can someone please name one stock they have been involved with that has been successful over an extended period?
You can literally go back 10-15 years and see where this ends up. These guys only want to make a quick buck promoting stocks. They have no interest in building anything real. If they did there would be actual financial statements and real information provided to investors.
I'm sorry if you are a true believer as that means you literally are holding the back for some insider. Take a few minutes to read the stuff they put out including the actual patent. If you do that and still like this deal I would be surprised.
Otherwise you could have stepped up at $2.90 today to buy all the shares you wanted. It would be foolish not to. You could have filled your boots at $2.60 last week. But you didn't there is no volume left in this and unless they pull a much better press release out of the drawer soon it isn't going anywhere.
BTW - ZWD is Zimbabwe Dollars for anyone playing this game at home.
Check out Sal on YouTube
The link is
That depends, lots of OTC companies with financials are still pumped. Its like pornography... lots of different definitions but most people know it when they see it.
Anyway is that the next set of news? It would really move the price and probably make me sad!
We should be due for another "Amazing PR" today...
Maybe they can add Bill Nye to the advisory board...
Hi Brooklyn,
The short interest in these OTC stocks is significantly higher than what you will see on Shortsqueeze.com. I can guarantee that.
I've made decent money being short PRED over the past year. I'm a retail guy so less than $100k at risk. A real institutional short with capital could take this down to under a $1 if it popped up on their radar and they could get shares out of the tight float.
I lost a little bit when I first entered but have been able to short this in the $3s so I can wait for people to get bored with the amazing news and the promo to end. The normal liquidity on PRED is pretty bad so it can take some patience to get out without driving the price up. Some of the current support is from short covering.
History and lawsuits show us this management team has no interest in building a real company. They are serial stock guys look at their other deals. I mean deals not companies. They have no interest in building anything. This is typical OTC and people will make money on both sides but let's not pretend this is something it isn't.
Everything they have touched in the past has turned to dust so why would this be any different and why can't a company that has seen it's market cap top $750m be expected to have audited financial statements and other information available. They aren't just a little late on the financials there literally haven't been any audits done for years.
Let's all come back and try this again tomorrow.
Volume fell off a cliff today. Only 63k shares and just over $162k traded.
Maybe we will get AMAZING NEWS tomorrow and we can start this all over again.
Or maybe we drift a bit lower and those of us who shorted this pig are happy.
It's on!
Where is everyone? You can pick this GEM up at $2.60
No volume today, I thought this was the deal of the century sure to go to $50 based on 'Ol Sal over at the American Investor Show.
I was also told SMART MONEY would be backing the truck up on this dip.
Crickets...
I'd love to see 30 cents again, but I'm not so sure about your logic.
There are lots of shares out there that could be sold for any reason. I could sell shares I bought at 12 cents to realize a gain and buy a new car. Someone could dump shares they bought at 30 cents because they need the cash.
LOL -I'm glad someone knows how IT IS...
... it would be better if Dr. Prince's Company
Actually had a website. [tag]http://www.virionsystems.com/[/tag]
The link goes to a parked website with ads for virus infection, toothbrushes and the Sony PlayStation.
Further PRED can't even update their website information correctly as they list Dr. Prince and others as members of the FINANCIAL Advisory Board
Dr. Gregory A. Prince
Financial Advisory Board Member
Pioneered the prevention of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) disease in high-risk infants through the use of monoclonal antibody (SynagisÒ is currently marketed through a partnership between MedImmune and Abbvie); DDS and PhD (pathology) at UCLA; post-doctoral fellowship at the National Institutes of Health; CEO Virion Systems; National Advisory Councils, Johns Hopkins University School of Education, Utah Valley University, Dixie State University (chair); author of over 150 scientific publications in the field of infectious diseases.
It is great to be bringing all these people on board but I have serious doubts that they are doing anything much with the company.
Nobody is even commenting on the NEWS of yet another addition to the Advisory Board.
It's alive, sort of.
Shouldn't we have more Awesome News...
Or a video touting this as a can't miss $50 stock.
Anybody going to step up and buy today. Must be some shorts that want to cover now.
Crickets...
Well for anyone who is buying today, just remember that:
If you are buying THEY are selling.
No shares available to short at the moment so I imagine that some people are well positioned for the fall.
I was too busy looking at old fluff posts on this one to see there are no bids today!
PRED dropped over 30 cents while I was typing my last post
Hi TL,
You really have been here for a long time and it looks like you've been very patient with this stock despite the problems and minimal reporting prior to this run...
I took a look back through your old posts and the stocks you have been posting about are pretty awful. Pretty bad luck to appear to have been bullish on all of these:
Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate (PBLSQ) – 0.000001 – Suspended Grey Market – Scam
James Monroe Capital Corp (JMON) – 0.0001 – At least it is still trading – you only had a few posts.
Universal Apparel and Textile Co (DKGR) – 0.0018 – Pumped & Dumped
Gold Rock Holdings (GRHI) – 0.0001 – “Gather up all you can at these prices”
Comstock Mining (LODE) – 0.3903 from a high of $17.50 - Winner! Winner!
Element Global Inc. (ELGL) – 0.048 – Sandman70000 loves this one too! Called a scam too many times to mention on iHub. Anyone who bought over 75 cents is still holding the bag. Formerly this was known as GBHD.
Great Rock Development Corp (GROC) – 0.018 – subpenny before November, maybe this one will run
Telco Cuba (QBAN) – 0.0004 like GROC you had a random post in 2013
Hot Mama’s Foods (HOTF) – 0.06 wish I’d bought it over a buck-sixty back in October 2013 when you assured everyone – “Seems to be some good things going on here.Real company doing real business.”
BioForce NanoSciences (BFNH) – 0.89 - Just jumped up from 8 cents since October after you noticed it way back in May of 2014. Pepperspray was in on this one too.
Maybe there will be better luck with PRED but I can't help but notice it is brought to us by the same team that did/is doing ELGL!
Nice High Close by the PRED Plunge Protection Team today!
All the way from $2.75 up to $2.94 on the close with only 3,700 shares being bought in the last 3 mins of trading. Nice work.
VWAP on the day was $2.88
So much anger here. And that was even before this thing cratered.
You can buy all you want here at only $2.80 so who will step up today?
My point is that this wasn't worth an all caps BOOM and 8 exclamation points!
Yawn, the market is underwhelmed unless you guys are going to back the truck up at over $3/share I don't see this going anywhere.
I would prefer to see a quality person added to the actual management team, like a proper CFO or accountant who might get the audit done.
Anybody home here? Very quiet today.
I guess we wait for the "amazing news" and hope it will be YUGE!
I guess you followed your own advice on Monday. Take the profit and run.
I don't know who is buying at this point... but your profits are someone else's loss!
Wow as if on cue.
Look out below.
Anyone up for buying today?
Buyer's strike day two. If I had any meaningful holdings left I would be taking profits on the bids showing.
Otherwise you just wait for the next batch of amazing news.
In any event you want to get out before they are late on filing the financial results or worse yet actually report.
You will need some actual bids this week to realize those gains.
Agreed on the last 10 mins. Pretty impressive to move it up 40 cents on 12.5k shares. A lot of ask slapping there. Will have to see what the volume looks like today.
Except a PR campaign costs money and can't go on forever.
A normal business that has silly things like audited financial statements would not be staggering multiple board appointments across several days etc.
I will give this group credit they are managing a tight float and staying disciplined.
Eventually someone will break ranks and dump a load here... then look out below... stairs on the way up... fire pole on the way down.
Looks like a buyer's strike right now.
Any of you with conviction should be slapping the ASK for all its worth.
Unless you are worried about the music stopping on the press release organ.
Well someone with a plan will likely take profits on some $1-$2 shares today so I expect to see a print under $3.20 looking at the bids right now. There doesn't seem to be a lot of depth at this point.
No body ever got hurt by taking profits! But there will be people hurt by holding the bag!
That appears to be the history, but that often doesn't matter in OTC land, but when it starts to matter... Look out below!
Couldn't happen to a nicer guy...

It is difficult to determine how much of an opportunity the Patent provides but it is interesting to note that all of the other patents, licenses and trade secrets carried on PRED's balance sheet are valued at less than $25m.
If we look at the opportunity in the United States royalties for genetic tests typically range from $5-$20 per test.
If PRED were to license at $50/test and an upfront fee of $250k per lab the cash flows might look something like this:
Best Case next 10 years:
Estimated 5m women tested = 5,000,000 x $50 = $250m
Lab Fees: 100 Labs x $250k = $25m
So Gross Cash Flows over the next 10 years might be $275m if everything went right and PRED obtained close to 100% market share.
This of course does not take into account the cost and risk of further development and licensing. Unlicensed tests or the very likely chance that royalties are significantly less than $50/test as there are competing technologies in development and the current alternative is a $250 ultrasound and physical exam.
So the stock is likely a wee bit ahead of itself.
NPV of $27.5m per year for 10 years with an 8% discount rate is around $180m and this does not reflect any incremental costs for this project.
Let's see where this opens.
Just so we are all on the same page as Bulls & Bears here:
I would note the PRED market cap is now approaching half a BILLION dollars
However the company's last 10k was issued on Dec 1st 2015 in relation to the Aug 31, 2007 fiscal year.
We do have a 10Q from Feb 2016 relating to 2008 though.
For a company that spent close to $2.7 million on SG&A last year this is shocking.
Because there is no proper disclosure I can't tell if there ever will be any products other than Press Releases for PRED. The last annual report is all of 11 pages.
They were kind enough to include pending litigation

Not sure if Amazon's mirror patent is good or bad news for this stock.
