Just so we are all on the same page as Bulls & Bears here:
I would note the PRED market cap is now approaching half a BILLION dollars
However the company's last 10k was issued on Dec 1st 2015 in relation to the Aug 31, 2007 fiscal year.
We do have a 10Q from Feb 2016 relating to 2008 though.
For a company that spent close to $2.7 million on SG&A last year this is shocking.
Because there is no proper disclosure I can't tell if there ever will be any products other than Press Releases for PRED. The last annual report is all of 11 pages.
They were kind enough to include pending litigation
NOTE 9 Subsequent Events Management has evaluated subsequent events through October 9, 2017, the date on which the financial statements were available to be issued. On or about July 25, 2017, Surgenex, LLC filed a lawsuit against Predictive Therapeutics, LLC, Predictive Biotech, Inc. and others. With respect to the Predictive entities, the complaint alleges unjust enrichment, conspiracy, conversion, misappropriation of trade secrets, tortious interference with business relations and other claims. Litigation is subject to many uncertainties and outcomes that are not predictable. However, based on the information available to us, we do not believe any of the Surgenex proceedings will have a material adverse effect on our business, results of operations, financial position or liquidity. Further, the Company denies the allegations in the complaint, has not discovered any evidence of wrongdoing with respect to the allegations and will vigorously defend the claims.
