Your opinion is of no value. Trolling should be forbidden but you need some method of “release” so enjoy yourself.
But do we have a cause for action?
Who is now running the company. Where can I find information on the lawsuit. I am a shareholder and wish to join.
It takes a long time to roll the quarters.
.12 cents? Where is that number originating from?
So who is looking out for the interests of the stockholders?
Cannot find any news and have not heard anything lately, guess we may have a total loss. Bye bye over $50,000 of my investment. Oh well.
Received the same letter. But my shares are held in an IRA, not sure what to do. Never been in this situation before. Do not want to create a taxable event.
It will probably be "settled" when all of the money is gone to everyone but the shareholders. I'm out over $50,000.
Dear Shareholder/bondholder,
In order to have your vote counted, your ballot must be received at least one business day prior to the vote cut off date stated in the materials, via the enclosed envelope.
Direct quote from instructions.
You say you "just voted"? Wasn't the cutoff date to be received yesterday?
Is there any means to verify that this post is legitimate?
Have little to lose at this point so I plan to vote to keep my 150,000 shares in toward the magic mouthpiece.
Your math appears to be correct. Would like to see this transaction take place but I'm no longer seeing math that "adds up". Might end up being more smoke and mirrors. I'm in favor of this transaction moving forward, but the numbers look dubious and am not seeing if it is actually viable. Want to move forward but starting to look like a pipe dream.
Am I just not reading it properly, or is there no photo of the device on the website of the proposed business "opportunity" . What the hell does one of the "breathing" devices look like, how is it applied? There is also an "old" website under a different name with what seems like the same inventor and what sounds like the same device, but cannot tell for sure. I may be changing my mind on what I do on this situation. I would like to see a move into a new opportunity with the remaining funds, but the information I have be able to research so far does not give me comfort.
Plan to ride it out and see where it goes. I've already lost over $50,000 so might as well gamble the rest. Something might happen if this new product line pans out.
My 150,000 is chicken feed compared to her position. Oh well. Live and learn.
Does anyone know how much stock each of the five "leaders' each own?
The final result is all that matters. Everything else in between is just costly activity. I'm seeing money expended that is simply lost. These types of actions typically eat money and do not improve the final result.
I own 150,000 shares and pretty much consider it a total loss as I don't expect to be anything remaining after all the wasteful costs we have bee exposed to by the "committee". And they are not done trying to find ways to evaporate what little remains.
I have 150,000 shares held by Schwab and I never received any information either.
I've got $50,000 plus down the drain and no hope of recovery. Only the attorneys will do well with what is left of our money.
Thank you for the information. They would then have a great deal at risk and work in our interest.
How did they select the committee members? I am an individual investor with 150,000 shares and I never was contacted.
I've lost over $60,000 in this stock. I foolishly believed the story told by management at Club Med in Florida at events sponsored by their underwriter Noble Financial. I certainly appreciate the optimism shown by posters on this board, but the reality is that I have lost a huge chunk of my life savings and at the age of 72 I do not see any hope of recovering much, if any of it back. Lesson learned, but too late.
Who is Glenn King? How can he be contacted?
You are not alone. I bought 150,000 shares. Bought on advice of their "financial advisor" who allowed them to "present" at Club Med Sandpiper two years in a row. My legal council is looking into the potential of an action against their "recommendation".
How many shares do you have. I'm sitting on 150,000 shares. Don't think I plan to attend any more Noble investor conferences. That's where I "learned" about this great opportunity and bought on their Buy rating at the time.
Yes, and I'm still "holding" 150,000 shares!
Noble Financial Had a Buy Rating.....
As a member of Club Med Sandpiper I was invited to three years of the annual investor conferences sponsored by Noble Financial capital markets. The conference included presentations by Implant Sciences Corp. Noble also provided a financial rating for the company in their conference agenda book provided to all attendees.
In the book dated January 5, 2015 they rated Implant Sciences Corp. and they provided a rating of BUY on the subject company with a 12 mo. Price Target of $1.75. In their book dated December 30, 2015 they also rated Implant Sciences Corp. with a BUY and a price target of $1.35. I determined later that they had a "relationship" interest in this company. I bought shares in this stock based upon their recommendation. Obviously, their recommendation cost me a significant loss.
