More breaking news. Won't mean much on a quiet late afternoon Friday but could be huge for marijuana stocks Monday morning -

You missed the humor. I was just matching your bad poetry with some bad poetry of my own.
All Hands on Deck for AGRITEK!!!
That is cool.
Agritek told shareholders in a March 27th news release about being one of the largest outdoor operations producing CBD -
“The new protections enacted specifically for Hemp research will allow Agritek Holdings to fully complete its plans for its Pueblo operations which will be one of the largest outdoor operations producing CBD, full spectrum oil for medical patients and pharma research once completed. Additionally, investors can now view updates, receive news alerts and see video of all projects and equity interests of the Company in the newly created interactive newsroom linking all Company social media to keep new investors and existing shareholders informed in real time of new developments and updates from management at www.AgritekHoldings.com,” further stated Friedman.

C'mon Agritek...let's get that 80 acre site up and running now.
Wait! The state of Colorado gave Agritek a license??? If true, this could be a first step in legitimacy!
"This recent approval by the state of our Hemp farm in Colorado will allow Agritek the ability to grow its own biomass for production of its full spectrum Hemp Oil brands containing no THC now being sold in both retail locations and multiple e-commerce sites including www.WellnessHempoil.com and www.Hemppops.com. Our strategic and unique business model of owning our own properties, production and brand distribution with multiple revenue streams will continue to show progress and create shareholder value over the long term as we expand our operations through our real estate property portfolio and products in Colorado, Puerto Rico and California markets," stated B. Michael Friedman, CEO, Agritek Holdings Inc.
At least they filed on time this quarter.
OK MF - We're all here waiting for these "newly developed revenue streams" in Colorado, Puerto Rico, California, and Washington State. This quarter would be a nice start -

No it's not dead. It's bounced above 4 cents a few times in the past couple years. Now is the exact time you want to buy...when it seems dead in the water. Play the bounces correctly.
No offense hardstance but that would value the company at about 3/4 of a $Billion. Let's get to a nickel and then talk maybe a dime.
Hey Mojo - Have you had a chance yet to check out that Puerto Rico development yet? Here's an article (a week old) that has some revenue estimates. He's saying 900lbs/year at $4000 per lb. Anything close to that estimate ($3,600,000) would vault this stock much higher. Even much less a lb would be a good start -

CNN Special Report "Weed 4: Pot vs. Pills" on Sunday, April 29, at 8 p.m. ET.
Sorry. I didn't mean you were spamming. I meant the email itself. Didn't explain myself well.
"once in a lifetime opportunity!"
Not the pick of the week or the pick of the month but the pick of a LIFETIME! As someone who is positive on this stock, I have to chuckle at that one. Oh well. Who knows if this post is legit or spam. I guess we'll see if it pops Monday. I suppose with the whole country of Canada legalizing in July and more states in the U.S. voting for marijuana in November, this company has a shot. $200 gets you 10,000 shares at 2 pennies a share.
Another positive week for the whole marijuana industry -

From yesterday's news release -
"today announced that the Company has entered an agreement to purchase a tier one recreational license on behalf of its approved licensee for the state of Colorado allowing the operation to grow up to 1600 plants once the transfer is approved for its existing farm operations"

Ok...I've been here in and out for a year and a half. How did you know it was going to run and what is "being email pumped this morning" mean? Thanks.
Things are rapidly turning our way -

Well, that's one opinion. I would think we would see an immediate pop in all mj stocks if it's rescheduled. That would allow you and I and everyone else in AGTK to take some profits here.
Maybe you don't want marijuana rescheduled for some oddball reason but most anyone invested in any marijuana stock would want to see it rescheduled from a schedule 1 drug. Being classified a schedule 1 drug puts marijuana in the same category as heroin which is crazy. Even cocaine is a schedule 2 drug. Schedule 1 drugs can't be used for medical research and banking is prohibited among other obstacles.
https://www.vox.com/2014/9/25/6842187/drug-schedule-list-marijuana
Schedule I
Considered drugs with “no currently accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse.” They include marijuana, heroin, LSD, ecstasy, methaqualone and peyote.
Schedule II
These drugs are “also considered dangerous” with a high potential for abuse. They include Vicodin, cocaine, methamphetamine, methadone, oxycodone, fentanyl, Dexedrine, Adderall and Ritalin
I hope all of us will be alright. Check out this news tonight -

No...not Freidman. Just an old retired fart trying hard to make a few extra bucks in my IRA. I like to remain positive. I hope all of us will be able to make some money here...even the ones who mock me and foolishly think I'm Freidman. As if he would put himself on a public message board. Thanks for the laugh though.
I would be willing to guess that it's pretty hard to give away something they don't have.
Another positive step forward for marijuana. The first cannabis-derived drug in the United States has just been approved by the FDA. New is just coming over the wires.
https://www.cnn.com/2018/04/19/health/fda-committee-marijuana-drug-epilepsy-bn/index.html
I thought they didn't have any product to give away???
Just curious. Are you trying to buy the products on line? Marijuana is illegal in most states and they sure won't ship products to you. You might find some of the products in California.
If this company is going to have a chance, it will be with hemp production. Mitch McConnnel is in favor of legalizing hemp and has introduced a bill -

Overall a very positive article and development. Of course there are going to be doubts by some that Trump will change his mind and not sign a bill. That would be a huge political mistake after promising he would sign it in return for getting his appointments through. We shall see how the stock reacts over the next several weeks.
Ha Ha...I can tell you are getting excited on the possibilities.
"The bill is in the works" and Trump said he would sign it. Here's a bit of what may come -
https://www.thecannabist.co/2018/04/13/cory-gardner-marijuana-protections-trump/103576/
"During a phone call Wednesday night, Trump also assured Gardner, “you have my support,” for federalism-focused legislation that will allow U.S. states to decide how they want to regulate cannabis without fear of federal interference, the senator said.
As part of the deal, Gardner agreed to lift his blockade on U.S. Department of Justice nominees — a hold put in place following U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ rescission of Obama-era guidance on marijuana.
That bill is in the works, Gardner said, adding that it’ll look a lot different than the medical marijuana appropriations riders of recent years.
The “states’ rights, federalist” legislation also should be more comprehensive than the slew of bills that have addressed aspects of marijuana regulation — including banking, taxes, research, and federally authorized state systems — but have languished in congressional committees.
“I would envision this legislation taking care of all of that,” Gardner said.
Gardner and congressional colleagues such as Sens. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass.; Rand Paul, R-Ky.; and Michael Bennet, D-Colo.; are putting the finishing touches on a draft bill, he said, adding that it’s “hopefully moving soon.”
“We have the president’s support,” he said. “You have 30-some states that have addressed this issue in one way or another.”
And as such, there is a growing number of legislators whose constituents support cannabis regimes, he said.
Appears to be true - https://www.marijuanamoment.net/trump-to-support-major-marijuana-legislation/
"In a briefing with reporters on Friday afternoon, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders confirmed the development, calling Gardner’s statement “accurate.”
“We’re always consulting Congress about issues including states’ rights, of which the president is a firm believer,” she said.
Sanders revealed that Trump and Gardner spoke about the issue several times in recent days, including on Friday."
This news is just out this afternoon. It won't really hit marijuana stocks until Monday morning. AGTK volume is still low although picking up in the last hour.
