Hey Mojo - Have you had a chance yet to check out that Puerto Rico development yet? Here's an article (a week old) that has some revenue estimates. He's saying 900lbs/year at $4000 per lb. Anything close to that estimate ($3,600,000) would vault this stock much higher. Even much less a lb would be a good start -
