In summary, the ADRs will have to be converted to ETE or they must be sold.
Apparently in addition to the option to sell is also the alternative of effecting the exchange of ADRs for ordinary shares underlying NBG that are traded in Greece (ETE). It's like that ?????
What happens with the shares bought in the NYSE and in the OTC market ??????
Will continue to be traded in the OTC market as NBGGY ??????
CHRISGOLD. What I have said is that the share price will not change as much as we want, I estimate it will continue to fluctuate between USD 0.30 and USD 0.50 until the elections of 2019 and this is because the current government led by a communist party he is not a friend of the companies and their investments (I do not say that there have been no investments but they have been minimal), it is not in their DNA, beyond talking and saying that they are open to investments, the facts show, since practically they have not privatized any company and have resisted or postponed to this subject, which infinity of times they have been told by European economic entities. That is why I point out that a center or right government will attract more capital and investments. The current government does not make major economic and structural changes, it resists and yields only on some issues due to pressure from European economic entities because if it does not receive money, but the government will actively move as an articulator and partner of the sector private to generate investments and attract wealth, it's not like that. In short, expectations are now at stake and as long as there is no greater private investment and privatizations, the country's economy will not substantially improve, it will be able to do so, but not what it really needs and therefore the price of this Greek share and others will remain low. I wish it were not so and its price will increase a lot, but for what I mention, I do not think it will happen in the short term.
There will be no substantial change in the price of the action until after the elections in 2019 and the current leftist government will be replaced by a more liberal and friendly investment and business.
