Mellow Hope better not be on the list of those 'assets' being vended out. If it is, I imagine there would be a class action suit pretty fast. The CEO of a publicly traded company can not just decide one day to move the primary holding out of it's shareholders hands and into another unrelated entity (especially 25 PR's about said asset). That's an easy slam dunk for breach of fiduciary duty.
Umm...right.
Notice the date on the second one...May 2008.
You guys are really reaching...I show you an official vaccine label from a product manufactured in May 2008, 1.5 years after Tianyaun supposedly started doing their own exporting (as you say early 2007), and you still need proof?
I also have a picture of HTDS CEO and Tianyuan's CEO together doing a deal in 2009 in Chile. What else do you guys need??? These arguments are laughable at best. Proof is proof. Just admit you were wrong and move on to the next act.

"Exported by: Shenzhen Mellow Hope Pharm Industrial Co., Ltd."
If the SEC sent Rich a letter in 2005 about updating financials, why didn't Rich listen? It's been 5 years! That's even worse IMO...
Links? Show me an 'export division' link. Show me a 'none found' search on the SFDA.
You have no links. You are misinformed. You can have your own opinions but you aren't entitled to your own facts lmao.
I can provide a link to a third party confirmation that Mellow Hope is a top 5 exporter in China and Tianyuan isn't (sort or strange that Mellow Hope would be doing more exporting than Tianyuan if Tianyuan WAS INDEED exporting given that Tianyuan is the 2nd largest vaccine producer in China).
I can provide a link to a signed perpetual contract between Mellow Hope and Tianyuan.
I can provide a link to a photo of Terry and Tianyuan in Chile inking an H1N1 deal together.
I can provide a link that shows that Tianyuan has an "International Department" that handles registrations and things of a procedural nature - but not exports.
What links can you provide?
Show me a license in Tianyuans name...show me proof they have their own export division...show me proof they don't have an exclusive agreement with Mellow Hope...
1. Producers, not exporters are granted licenses.
2. ZT has no export division. They have an in-house domestic marketing team and an international department that handles their registrations and licenses...that is an INTERNATIONAL DEPARTMENT...not an EXPORTING DEPARTMENT.
3. They have an existing, signed perpetual contract with Mellow Hope.
I can show you signed contracts, proof that Tianyuan doesn't export themselves (they are the second largest producer of vaccines in China and not in the top five exporters of vaccines in China). Heck, I can even get you photographic proof at that.
What can you show me other than conjecture and opinions based on misinformation?
What about the picture of Terry and the President of Tianyuan in Chile inking the H1N1 order with Biosano? Was Terry on vacation? Or were the three parties discussing the H1N1 product, registrations, and logistics of delivery? Hmmmm...but you must be right. No connection.
In fact, Terry goes everywhere with the President of Tianyuan. Wait a minute...I think months ago it was reported that Terry didn't exist. Maybe an 'alledged' Terry was superimposed in that picture? Yes, that's it. It must be. Conspiracy theory complete!
neither does the stem cell article you posted.
For those that are slow on the uptake Mellow Hope/Tianyuan/Chile/Biosano and the $12M deal
Here is your third party confirmation with links et all:
1. Zhejiang Tianyuan makes H1N1 vaccines. In 2006, they signed what appears to be a perpetual agreement to make Mellow Hope their exclusive export agent. This establishes the relationship between Mellow Hope and Zhejiang Tianyuan. See link (pg. 3)
http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=24680
2. Mellow Hope is an exporter. Exporters create and cultivate their own sales channels, and sell through them. They can manufacture products in house or outsource them. Think of Mellow Hope as one in the same as a US distributor or a middle man. They buy in bulk from manufacturers, or make products in house, mark up the price, and sell through their established channels to INTL countries via companies like Biosano (more on them later). Don't listen to those who try to lead you astray by saying that the name 'Mellow Hope' isn't on the vaccines, the ministry of health licenses, etc. When a car dealership sells you a Ford, the name 'Ford' still appears on the car's registration. And if I sold you a 'Ford', it would still be a 'Ford'. So, by the same rationale, Tianyuan's vaccines are still under Tianyuan's name. They are the producer. The argument that Mellow Hope's name isn't on these independent news releases is irrelevant.
In 2009, Mellow Hope announced it was working on a deal to provide Chile with H1N1 vaccines. These vaccines are made by Tianyuan. Mellow Hope is the distributor. Mellow Hope buys vaccines from Tianyuan, marks them up, and sells them to domestic distributors in INTL countries like Chile at a profit. Here is a link from the Chilean Ministry of Health showing that Tianyuan's vaccine, which is to be distributed by Mellow Hope (see their agreement with Tianyuan), was approved. Furthermore, it shows that Biosano was the company in Chile that purchased the product.

3. On December 15th, 2009 HTDS announced that it had received an order for the first 200,000 doses to Chile valued at $1.8M.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=htds#getNews
4. Yesterday, HTDS announced that it had shipped the first $1M of the order. On 2/16/2010, this article appeared in the Latin American Herald Tribune. The following was worth noting:
- Chile has purchased 2 million doses for $12,000,000 ($6 each), with an anticipated delivery of March 2010
- The first batch of 110,000 has been received by Biosano
- This is consistent with HTDS news release that they had shipped the first batch
- Evidently, China has lifted the temporary ban on H1N1 exports, as evidenced by the receipt of vaccines that arrived in Chile
http://www.laht.com/article.asp?ArticleId=352423&CategoryId=14094
5. About Biosano...they have a clear cut working relationship with Mellow Hope and Tianyuan. Here is a picture of Terry Yuan (Mellow Hope), Chen Xue Kui (Tianyuan) and the officers of Biosano. The article speaks of discussions that took place in August of 2009 of an agreement between the 3 parties. Click the link and when it loads click the picture...
http://www.biosano.cl/inicio_esp.html
6. Now to make sense of the numbers. In the December 15th PR, HTDS announced an initial order for 200,000 doses for $1,800,000. That would put the cost per dose at $9 each. Yesterday, HTDS announced that they had shipped $1,000,000 worth of vaccines. This would equal the 110,000 x $9 that Biosano received. Who knows why the first shipment was reduced down to 110,000 doses instead of 200,000. Maybe Biosano isn't yet prepared to house 200,000 batches. And as far as the cost discrepancy per vaccine of $9 vs. $6, maybe the first batch cost them $9 instead of $6 due to the size of the batch. As everyone is well aware, when you buy in bulk prices get substantially cheaper. Maybe Biosano/Chile wanted an smaller initial batch before committing to a multi-million unit batch.. The fact of the matter is that all the numbers add up. All the links add up. China no longer has a ban on H1N1 exports. Tianyuan produces the vaccine and sells it to Mellow Hope. Mellow Hope marks it up and distributes it to Biosano. Biosano marks it up to $24 and sells it for a profit. And the best part? HTDS just inked a deal worth $12,000,000 coming in March. Don't listen to the naysayers. All the evidence is there. GLTA

Interesting selection of messages you have as sticky notes at the top of this page. How do we go about changing them? Who approves them?
You spoke with an associate who said he "doesn't think" the relationships is exclusive...hardly proof. Why don't you contact someone higher up the food chain...you will hear a different story I am sure!
This rule only works when the securities you are wanting to buy are marginable. I.e. buying a .0001 stock, then selling it at .0002 and then trying to buy another .0001 stock won't work.
With that said you could prolly buy the .0001, sell, and then buy a $5.00 stock (which would be marginable). Hope this makes sense.
But the best way around it is to have $25K in your account (day trader status). Then you can buy and sell at will, 100 times per day if you choose.
GL
Wow. I'd like to know what brokerage allows you to buy .0001 stocks on margin lol. GL there...
Pinksheets is showing quotes on HTDS again. Looks like the skull and bones should be coming off shortly IMO. GLTA
Um...ok. To avoid anyone questioning you, please provide a number. This way we can ensure that we all have the exact same starting point. This will limit confusion of speaking to different people.
You see here is the problem. You claim to have made a call and verified some information. Yet you will not even provide a number so we can verify for ourselves (which is what you want us to do, right)? That seems odd to me.
Firelane, you seriously won't provide even a number?
I would think with all your efforts here on proving this to be a scam you would be more than helpful to folks trying to seek the truth? But not so?
You still standing by your birther-like theory that Mellow Hope doesn't exist?
LMAO!!!
here's some DD for ya

Oh, ok...I hadn't seen that yet. Where did you find it?
Oh well...my theory debunked.
Thanks
What I am saying is that it could very well be that Zhejiang received two product licenses: one for their own domestic use and one for exports...which Mellow Hope has the exclusive license for...which essentially means that Mellow Hope was indeed granted an H1N1 license through Zhejiang...which is exactly what the PR states...but we shall see. I'm resaerching that part as we speak. GL
So did he or did he not TELL YOU that Mellow Hope is not the exclusive agent for Zhejiang? It sounds like you are making inferences on partial info rather than doing solid DD
Ummm...do you know for sure that what you are saying is factual?
Did you notice that Zhejiang received TWO product licenses for the same product? Hmmm....
Oh, ok. So, we have established:
1. Mellow Hope exists
2. They do have a relationship with Zhejiang (and it IS exclusive...I'll believe a Deputy Manager over the sales associate you most likely spoke with in choppy english)
Is there anything else you and others here may have 'miscalculated' about this company?
Wait, is this your way of casually admitting that Mellow Hope really does exist? Can we at least establish that fact so some posters can drop the whole non-existant, paper only theory? This way they can spend more time on other important conspiracy theories - like the whole birthers thing.
So you didn't get a name?
Given how thorough you are, that's out of character!
Tell me, what were the answers to your 4 (5) questions?
Please cite who you spoke with. I would like to verify with them.
Thanks

This post came from Google...
It's been there all along.
I'd tend to go with the most recent disclosure...aka tooday's filing. They also updated the Reg D sales in it as well...even though they occured after 6/30/2009
Your facts are incorrect...filing is still there
http://www.pinksheets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=24368
Huge O/S reduction!
From the recent H1N1 PR:
"plus the sizable outstanding share reduction"
http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=htds
New O/S per the filing today has decreased from 4.8B to 2.4B! Huge!
Don't think so...we are way oversold...check the Williams % and other indicators..
We may see a short term trend reversal today...look for a green close to confirm...
I stand corrected. I confused the Reg D with a PP.
The "fact" of the matter is that all your innuendos are based on mostly unrealistic, uninformed, ridiculous speculation.
Like the business about the CEO's two names. Or where is the cancer stuff (which was answered today I might add). or about the $964M that you were wrong on. Or the Reg D filing that you have tried to dispute which you are wrong on. Or that Mellow Hope is just a delivery firm which you were wrong on. Or that Slavica has no funding (hello $1M from today's news) which you were wrong on. Need I go on?
As for the $15M, I am sure that will come to fruition and prove you wrong again, just as the list of 10 of 20 other times you have had your facts mixed up.
Again, you are a fountain of misinformation. Reg D shares are sold in private placement and are resticted per rule 144. They can not be sold.
More speculation. Can you please stick to the facts. Thank you.
Intentional perversion of truth...is that like saying this company is a fraud because the CEO has two first names?
Funny how you read "they just filed for reg D 504" from this headline
Hard To Treat Diseases (HTDS) to Retire Regulation D 504 Offering
*sigh*
More speculation based on zero facts. Furthermore, your argument is in complete contradiction of 200 years of economic supply and demand lessons learned. *sigh*
I think I'll stick with simple economics of supply and demand rather than your misinformed hypothesis
