Re: GM's, not sure if you saw this, but here's the take from their IR:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=104850222
I sent them an email asking about this through their website, and amazingly, received a call from IR literally 2 minutes after submitting. He reported that the GM in Q1 was exceptionally high - "peak levels" he called them. Q2's margins were still "very good". Madera had nothing to do with the decline in GM in Q2.
So to sum up, the GM's in Q1 were about as high as they can go due to the rail car situation, corn crush spread, etc. Q2 came back down to Earth but were still very good. Going forward, we are looking for more "really good" GM's.
My take is that we silly investors used the Q1 GM's as a standard from which to model our projections for Q2... and we were a bit off base.
Haha HLF execs are trying to protect their own personal assholes from getting ripped. They see the writing on the wall
Very nice! And final ruling "imminent"

Would you say you love that green?
SHGCF update... sort of.
http://www.shorelineenergy.ca//news/news-releases/shoreline-energy-corp-announces-strategic-process-update
(June 30, 2014) CALGARY, ALBERTA – Shoreline Energy Corp. ("Shoreline" or the "Company") (TSX: SEQ) announces that it will not make the interest payment on its unsecured convertible debenture scheduled for June 30, 2014 (the “June 2014 Debenture Interest Payment”). The Company intends to make the June 2014 Debenture Interest Payment, plus accrued interest thereon, following resolution of the Company’s secured debt obligations, pursuant to the forbearance agreements entered into with each of the Company’s senior lenders (collectively, the “Senior Lenders”).
The Special Committee of the board of directors of Shoreline continue to work in cooperation with the Senior Lenders to complete Shoreline’s strategic alternatives process, co-ordinated by its advisor RBC Capital Markets. Shoreline intends to release additional details with respect to the results of this process as they become available.
The Company cautions that there are no assurances or guarantees that (i) the process will result in a transaction; (ii) if a transaction is undertaken, the terms or timing of such transaction will be satisfactory to all stakeholders; or (iii) the ongoing conditions of forbearance agreements between the Company and its senior lenders will be met to the satisfaction of the lenders.
Interesting. Does this matter to the market, typically?
Thanks for any thoughts-
Nice!!
PEIX Q2 earnings reported end of July? Thanks in advance
Nice... thanks. Market sure is "meh" on it so far, but I expect that to change over the next couple weeks.
The earnings call must be completed? I just tried to jump on it, but it seems to be finished. Was anyone on it?
Sell sell sell. Dilution kills.
Followed you into ARCP, sold it at the open today for the same reasons.
Thanks bud. Will check it out
Any DD to support, nsom, to get us started? Thank you in advance!
Now this.... this was too far.

If I recall, there was another JBI rumor out of Sierra World Equity Review, maybe a year ago?
Nothing came of it.
Over $2/share in operating income. Huge!
Wtf is with you and your use of commas? Kind of takes away from any message you're trying to deliver.
Good luck to us and JBI though!
ARCP: I'd add that insiders bought at end of March 2014
Ackman could literally be Hitler. Wouldn't change the fact that HLF is a pyramid scheme.
More annoying than Gort. Didn't think that was possible.
Awful. Just.... Just awful.
Completely agree.
They want to do the offering precisely because the sp is what it is. They can do a lot with the cash, and less dilution for us, too.
Yeah it was tough. That pallet pun held no weight.
I'd say GLGI is palletable
*yawn*
Whatever the case, we're making money hand over fist right now. Lots of options
I think the main reasons we non-lawyer anonymous message board poster types think the GERS lawsuit is BS are:
1) It's been going on forever and now GERS is trying to sue another entity(s) involved with PEIX. GERX fans will try to tout this as bad news for PEIX, but the savvy might see this as a sign of weakness.
2) GERS is in very poor shape financially. They are a money losing machine, which makes one suppose that they'll not be able to fund an ongoing litigation much longer. http://finance.yahoo.com/q/is?s=gers
Good lord. Monstrous earnings coming.
