thought you might like it surprised me to be so well done i was thinking it would be so nice but im glad
rj bokby ill i havent been on this board much i got ticked at raging bull board and i know the game they are playin at first they attacked me pretty good but i know what they want is to get you on the defense. and off subject and facts so now every time i see them attack me i post 3-4 things positive about the company and dont even respond to them yeah they are still attacking me but its not as hard or often because they dont want true info on board . im not use to boys talking to me in that way and in person it wouldnt happen and since they want a key board fight ill play to win iknow they dont want me to keep posting info but i will every time they attack
thanks i havent been in pennie stocks long and i never watched that in the bigger boys so im learning but fast. for the last 3 weeks ive gone with an avg of 4-5 hours sleep every 48 while i reasearch and learn. i think i need to get level 2

hi illim 2002 yeah but i wasnt ring to fool anyone the computor deal but im not kidding nice magazine i was not expecting that
you know i believe in prrm but to tell the truth when i ordered the magazine i thought ok it would be flimsy paper really not that god of quality . I was wrong it is a very well done mag. it it made of real heavy paper and is very high quality pictures. the advertising is not small ads and they are well know businees in the fields they do . full page ads some 2 pages some through out the book . to be honest it impressed me. i didnt think it would be done so well. this magazines is done so that people who do the sports can enjoy it if they arent rich but its disigned for people that have money to spend.

i mean they are advertizing on long air flight skis nickoloedion sports chanels tv series comcast is not stupid they would not have wasted there time unless dan could show them something comon even meteins with corp. that big cost them a lot of money do you think ythey say oh your pps is .0001 wed love to sink money into you

look guys ive done my own investing since i was 12 43 now and i never talk to other people because im deslexic and some times its hard for people to follow what im saying so alot of the info i saw last night i cant hand over it will come to me in pieces but let me tell ya this i cant believe this stock is less than .01 i dont care how many out standing shares it like the perfect storm there is alot of things going on but they are pulling together and if done right this will be one h$#@#@ of a company i cant believe what is really being done

Television
In Aspen, Media Is The Message
You would have thunk that no one would much bother about bringing a brand-new television station into a city with just 6,000 residents that already has one local station and a full-blown community television operation. But Aspen is no ordinary town, and the Mecca for megabucks has long been a kind of media hothouse—with two daily newspapers going head-to-head for decades, and three glossy magazines with “Aspen” in the title doing the bump.
Now Aspen is going to have two commercial television stations to call its own: the existing Aspen Plum, formerly owned by Aspen Skiing Co.; and, as of this week, a company controlled by Prime Rate Investors Inc. and allied as a new affiliate of the Resort Sports Network (RSN) carried on a Comcast Corp. cable channel in the Roaring Fork Valley.
Prime Rate, based in the ski town of Stowe, Vermont, announced that it had a deal with RSN and Comcast to bring affiliated stations to Aspen and Steamboat Springs. The new mountain-town properties will fit nicely with an RSN affiliate in the Adirondacks; existing RSN affiliated operations at the Stowe, Sugarbush and Smugglers’ Notch resorts in Vermont; a Vermont video production arm called High Angle Media Inc.; a majority interest in Stockli Ski USA, based in Denver, a distributor of skis, bicycles, and sportswear; and the Stowe-based ski retailer Skiershop Mountain Sports, an operation with a significant presence on the World Wide Web.
Prime Rate describes itself as “a multi-media holding company with interests in outdoor sports, e-tail, retail, print, web, television and film. The company's strategic relationships with multi-faceted, outdoor sports entities allow it to offer diverse advertising solutions to businesses seeking multi-media exposure.”
Aspen had been a bit of an orphan when it comes to television, with not a single network affiliate to be had from any closer than Grand Junction, and the maddening topography of the Roaring Fork Valley rendering over-the-air reception as a beam-me-up hallucinatory dream. GrassRoots TV, the local community access channel, pumps out a formidable array of government meetings and an impressive batch of local shows, but at the end of the daypart it’s still community television, with none of the bells and whistles viewers have come to expect from commercial television.
Local programming at Channel 16 was somnolent until this summer, mainly because SkiCo envisioned its local television station—an affiliate of RSN—as an extension of their marketing department. When Plum took over this spring, it cut a ten-year marketing deal with SkiCo to guarantee access to SkiCo properties, most especially the four local mountains: Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Snowmass—and the Buttermilk Ski Area that hosts the ESPN X Games.
Private Rate’s RSN affiliate, in other words, will have to do with access to the mountains proper for at least a decade. But when Plum came in, it cut ties to RSN, and that in turn left an opportunity on the table for Prime Rate to bust into the Aspen market as an RSN affiliate.
The station now known as Aspen Plum represents a company with mountain-town strategy that know knocks heads directly with Prime Rate Investors. Plum TV, headquartered in New York, has stations in Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, the Hamptons on Long Island and in Vail. The broadcaster plan to grow slowly, adding just one or two markets more in 2005. But the issue in Aspen remains local television programming. Though bolstered by a revamped morning show and a connection to The Cooking School of Aspen, Plum still incessantly runs the promotional SkiCo video, “The Power of Four,” and programming from other Plum resort towns has so far been top-heavy with historical documentaries about Nantucket, a fur piece from a mountain town, and very obscure short films.
Private Rate will commingle a modicum of local programming with the RSN feed, and that modest approach may leave open a door for Aspen Plum to ramp it up another notch. They have the credentials: with Nantucket Nectars found Tom Scott, Plum was founded by two executives with programming chops—Chris Glowacki, who helped start up both CNBC and MSNBC, and Cary Woods, the producer with "Swingers," "Scream" and "Rudy" to his credit.
At least for now, Aspen will have to make do with the Aspen Daily News and the Aspen Times; Aspen Magazine, Aspen Sojourner, and Aspen Peak; Aspen Plum and the new RSN affiliate controlled by Prime Rate Investors; not to mention the new Aspen node of New West that told you all this. When it comes to media investors, Aspen still looks marvelous.

New West Network | Aspen | In Aspen, Media Is The Message
very interesting reading i dont know how to cut and paste but i think bobky and jt you can find it if not let me know i think you like it
i dont know if these means any thing but scottrade is showing a ask of .0002 it hasnt shown that in weeks just think things are getting close boys open the gate i wanta ride
it shows it on raging bull chart and scottrade also on pink sheets . com the funny thing is it wasnt like that all the time
can any one tell me who why there was 128 million shares bought for .10 around 6/13/2005
ive got some money coming if its still down which i hope it isnt il and 30-50- mill at this price but if its runnining i may also jump in another10 mil just to make afew extra thousand
i agree and i think your .50 will be worth a whole lot more down the road butiit would be nice to start hearing from dan again
i only have 90.mil but i also plan to hold on but there wil be a run and then after everone is in. the mm will drop ask so the can make money on people selling. iw ill sell some then not much but enough so when it settles down im back in because they are spending money know once everthing settles they will be making mone from tv to skis to magazines to has everone forgot movies they are making a movie with roger more supose to come out 2006 . i looked hard and longfor a stock like this one andi didnt think id ever find it but believe me we have found it and for theones who got scared well im sorry youll probable get back in sometime but to be at the start of a company thats coming together when the stock price is .0001 doesnt come along every day. ive got one more penny stock that i think will go reall far and have alll the believe in it but its nothing likethis one
well after you bail just think about keeping a mil or so(100-200 cost)in your back pocket becuase gentleman i think some where done the road this company will be out of penny land and having some big boys look at it. even my dad who wont touch a stock under 5.00 looked at thedeveloment of this company and is thinking of breaking 40 yrs of investing rules
dont know where it will end up but i know its worth a hell of alot more than .0001 i expect a good run one day a fall back for a short time (as some investers that are in at this price sale some to use free shares then i predict an up word chart for awile as it grows i think in time within 1 yr we will be close or over .10
well the acct showed up in the prrm web site and the o/s shares to be honest not to concerned about and as for radar i wish the stock had run earler but it might of been beter for all to wait till now notice all the other stocks making runns right now well summer is almost over and people are gettting in before market gets busey
