Prime Rate Investors, Inc. Subsidiary to Syndicate Nationwide Programming

Lake Harmony, Pa. -- 2/24/05 -- Prime Rate Investors, Inc. (OTC.PK: PRRM) announced that its subsidiary, High Angle Media, Inc., will participate in the 2005-06 "Mountain Top Ski and Snowboard Series," syndicated nationwide by New Visions Syndications of Aspen, Colorado. Specially formatted episodes of High Angle Media's "Backcountry TV" were part of this year's Mountain Top series; each episode has reached over 67 million total potential viewing households in the U.S. Additionally, episodes were shown on US Airways Inflight Entertainment Network on all international Atlantic flights into the U.S. to nearly 200,000 passengers. The "Mountain Top Ski and Snowboard Series" airs on broadcast and cable network affiliates of major networks including ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox throughout the nation.

Next year's series will begin airing Sept. 1, 2005. "We are thrilled to continue our relationship with New Visions Syndications," commented High Angle Media Sales Manager Jamie Morris. "Through the nature of its widespread syndication, the series is an excellent venue to build brand awareness of both Backcountry TV and High Angle Media productions. It also provides a platform for DVD sales and the nationwide exposure for our advertisers and show sponsors has been tremendous," he concluded.
