from all the dd i have done here, this is what it's looks like to me santini is brokering a deal this is why st.james is giving him the moeny. he must only use that money to buy contolling intrest in HGLC and it must be repaid by the end of the year. so he buys the company and sells it off to the buyer that he knows, he is brokering the deal good way to make easy money for santini. This is how most brokers make their money. so which means he can't buy it more than .02 because he knows what the buyout price is and he must pay 12% to st. james so therefore in order for him to make money he cannot buy it for more than .02 cents

you said they are drilling on an averag eof 300ft per day well they started drilling last night so make the calcualtions 4-5 days just like I said expect no pr's about the drilling this week which means we will probably fall down to .018 level again

I believe that the mm's have a huge inventory now form the current lows of last week to .017's that they are ready to unload this, with the os maxed out and no possible diluting until the board meeting should be a very intresting week definately. Eay run to .04 for sure
