Yes...I disagree. I expect about a 20-30% increase over Q1. I don't care what other predictions have been out there...that is still excellent growth.
Agreed. It's been a very, very long time. Nothing but continued accumulation here.
LOL...he's referring to "Point of Sale"
Too funny!
Doesn't it have to appear first?
Christian Paul...a very generous bag holder
Down 1.57%
In this case they have an awful lot in common.
Neither one will happen.
I'm sure they will file the suit right after the audit is completed...so we just have to wait for that. Any day now, right?
This is what is missing from any attempt at determining where ICNB's pps will be...emotion and hype. ICNB accumulation has been on the rise because of speculation of where Bellissima will be sold in the future, not where it is already being sold. Any basic prorated math that uses Q1 sales as a barometer is beyond pointless. It simply doesn't work that way when a new brand takes off in a big way.
When this ticker gets the news of a major national chain or two adding Bellissima...or a new country or two (Canada/UK), the pps will react in a major way and emotion/hype will trump anything else. I think most believe these events are more a matter of when, not ifs.
Yep...that's the thing here. Will there be a buyout of Bellissima? More than likely, yes. When? No one knows. What price? No one knows. Is ICNB undervalued at the current pps based on how far the company has come with brand development/placement? Yes, it is extremely undervalued.
This is simple stuff.
I am surprised at how many people think Rich/ICNB have anything to do with the retail prices Bellissima sells for. He developed the brand to be able to sell within a range of retails. It's entirely up to the retailer what price they choose to sell it within that range.
Some retailers prefer higher margin, some prefer lower margin/higher volume.
It is encouraging to know that some retailers are comfortable going as low as 16.99 and still be in their desire profit margin.
Got math?
"So what? Down HUGE for the WEEK!"
I simply do not agree
Ringing endorsement there. So you mean to say Alonzo enjoys the flavor. To the moon I guess.
Yep...
In order for a stock to be pumped, it has to have at least something positive going for it. This ticker has nothing. Nothing at all.
You missed my point entirely.
Of course it is. That's why all investments come with a risk/reward balance an investor must weigh. I believe thorough DD provides plenty of reasons to maintain faith in ICNB. I would never tell you, nor anyone else, to throw caution to the wind on any investment. Caution is wise. I don't trust most pinks as a rule. ICNB is the only non-big board ticker that I hold an investment.
It comes from common sense. 2017 Q2 just ended. You don't hire an audit firm mid Q2 to have them audit Q1 and then sit around and twiddle their thumbs waiting for Q2, Q3, and Q4 to end. They were hired to audit 2016 fins and onward.
We will just have to agree to disagree on this where it applies to ICNB. I am fully aware that some pinks claim audits/uplists to generate excitement. I am fully confident that Rich/ICNB is not one of them. His desire to audit/uplist is to get away from the very perception you describe.
Yes, I think it's safe to assume he is. It doesn't make any sense to hire an audit firm in early June of 2017 if this is the first full year to be audited. This is common sense stuff to me, and to most. The targeted uplist will happen this year, and no reverse split will be necessary.
Not sure about that. 2nd PR inside a week. Seems obvious that Rich has a new strategy...PRs can drop at any time. Was once a month, then two. Now I think it will be less predictable. Those that sell into one PR thinking to wash, rinse, repeat may find themselves without shares a day or two later when another PR hits. And these PRs will be significant. JMO...GL

I buy that mistake since it just happens to be the 23rd of June...I can see how that error can be made at a quick glance.
But it is always best to get the s/s info directly from the TA. The OTC site is rarely up to date.
Either you are uneducated or deliberately trying to deceive. The OTC page only shows information since the last update from the transfer agent. Notice the date on the O/S? Jan 23rd...5 months ago. I would hardly call that current information. Unless you confused "Jan" for Jun"...
When was the last time you called the transfer agent for the most current information?
Binny's is very big...they move a lot of product. I've been checking my local Binny's for a while and it was only available on special order. I just called them and they now have all 3 expressions in stock on the shelves. This is certainly a positive change...their first direct import order has obviously arrived.
LOL! It's obvious why a wall that size is there. This stock is going to run when the right news hits. If someone wants the play games with ask walls, why on God's green earth would anyone just slap all at once when one knows that the risky players will get riskier...the wall price will either go away or come lower
LOL...we've seen this before. Good luck with this strategy
Only an hour or so to go for some fugliness, whatever that is. Is any else as excited a me?
I wasn't paying attention to this ticker yesterday. Not sure what your question is...
Looks to be @ a little under .0005.
Every time there is a small bid whack down near a penny, I am reminded of Jesse Pinkman in this scene.
Good post...common sense is refreshing
It's been painfully obvious for quite some time that they do not...but you know this. Please carry on...
Oh I'm quite certain we can expect news before September.
LOL
ICNB
It's clear the majority of buyers are doing it for a one-tick profit at this point. It would be going higher if the interest was long term.
I know you're not promoting it. But the fact that it is being held so tightly shows the tremendous interest of where this ticker is going long term. News of new placements and other milestones will send this ticker up when they occur. There doesn't have to be constant buying of a ticker to prove interest. How tightly one is being held shows a lot imo.
All depends on how hard some want to try to breach it by bid whacking (or below) with their own shares just to see if they can...and to try to entice fear selling. In my opinion it would be a waste of effort. The volume shows that no one is really selling, and they haven't been for quite some time. There are just some that are trying to create selling. This stock is being held too tightly.
No, it wouldn't...it would be quite easy.
The pet rock was a fad. Fidget spinners are a fad. Prosecco's history goes back hundreds of years...so a fad it is not. Prosecco is not new.
I understand the excitement over Clooney's tequila deal. Comparing the numbers isn't important right now, but the fact that a celebrity backed brand was sold for that amount is certainly encouraging. Bellissima will continue to grow its footprints across the country...and across the globe.
Yeah, no one cares...but carry on
