Exactly. Rich began discussing Bellissima w/ the LCBO back in December. It is quite possible then that they said something like "it looks promising Rich. Let's re-visit this down the road a bit and see how the popularity/demand has grown and how your supply capacity has improved."
He's been working on LCBO approval for 8 months. It is not easy to acquire.
Sorry Steven but you are simply wrong here. It's not rationale, it is common sense from years of experience. I've been selling to major chains and distributors for almost 30 years. You don't even get invited if you don't meet certain criteria first. It is simply a waste of the company's time otherwise.
I'm ready for the pps to start moving too, but supply is not the reason it hasn't. We can agree to disagree if you wish.
We see it differently...but it doesn't matter. Not worth arguing
It is what it is...MMs keeping it @ .01+
It's there for everyone to see.
LOL!
The up-list won't be until fall anyway.
Your theory is clearly flawed since there in no chance in hell the LCBO would approve something that couldn't be supplied. LMAO! Steven, you are better than this. At least I thought you were.
There are other reasons for the current pps. I won't post them here. It wouldn't matter if I did, they would be deleted anyway. Carry on
ICNB/Bellissima Prosecco Is Now An International Brand! Canada!

One can only guess that they have a vested interest in seeing ICNB uplist.
LOL...2,080,808 sure looks like a few trades averaged out @ .009786. Trades that weren't posted until after the bell. This is not a new thing here. It has happened the last 2 weeks...and the O/S hasn't changed in that time.
It's pretty obvious what's happening here. But speculate away...
It can be for different reasons. A lot of times it's the MMs posting trades that took place earlier in the day. This is why it looks like the MMs are hell bent on keeping this ticker closing @ .01+. There may be trades that would have it close lower, but they are posting them after the bell. This has been going on for a while here.
I don't see anyone celebrating. It just is what it is until the next chapter is written.
It's not at all difficult to believe. There are forces behind the scenes that are keeping it in check. It has been this way for a while now.
Exactly! Yet they agreed to the settlement agreement. Logic clearly suggests they are ok with waiting a little longer because of the potential for greater reward. They would not make that decision lightly.
Logic would also suggest they wouldn't want to wait around forever without getting some money in the meantime. So it makes sense to assume they have been issued some shares per the agreement.
This isn't rocket science.
I just see no logical reason why the debtors would agree to the settlement if this were the case. It makes no sense at all and it is not in the debtor's best interest. They simply don't do business that way. They never have.
No, we don't know for sure. But we can use some common sense while speculating. My guess would be the added shares to the O/S since the debt agreement would be a combination of debtors being issued some of their settlement shares per the agreement, and part of it for operating expenses. I do think ICNB is very close to operating in the black. I think increasing of O/S for operating expenses has either come to an end by now or will very soon. The future increases will be for debtors exclusively. Since we're speculating...
If mods were to sticky every opinion, the whole board would be yellow.
One could easily counter his opinion with their own. Should that be stickied too? I guess I don't really see the point.
Doubt it. The powers that be clearly want this closing @ .01 or above. I don't see a lack of news this week changing the pattern. It is what it is until news comes.
No one is saying to hold your breath. It will be a while.
Speaking of patterns of behavior, would you agree the pattern for lenders of pinkies would be to dump shares mercilessly? Do you think they would agree to a debt settlement deal for x amount of shares, with selling restrictions attached, and then decide not to acquire and sell any of their shares? Does this behavior sound consistent with how pinky lenders operate?
It was a mistake. Another poster let it go...so should you. And dilution did not continue. The OS has been the same. We all know it will rise, that is no secret. I think the notion that the debtors agreed to this settlement agreement only to sit on their hands and not sell any shares is beyond ridiculous. It lacks basic common sense and spits in the face of everything the lenders of pinkies are notorious for.
Speculation is fine...but let's all exercise some basic common sense.
So you are basically assuming the increase in O/S since the debt agreement is for operating expenses and not shares for the debtors?
Why on God's green Earth would the debtors agree to this settlement deal then? They didn't have a gun to their head to do so.
Let's pretend this is true for a minute. In this hypothetical scenario, why haven't the debtors chosen to sell any of their shares? They are certainly free to do so.
You hit the nail on the head...there is zero credibility there. Just someone claiming everything is untrue because that's the reality he wants...even though it's not the reality that exists.
He's referring to flipping...or a 'short term' buy & sell. No offense, but ICNB is not for you apparently...your own history says how poorly you've done here.
And if you haven't noticed, the longs aren't going to sell shares based on what you post here. You might as well buy and hold a few...or just move on somewhere else.
LOL!! So true.
Turns out you were right about it being a mistake by the TA. I have never encountered a TA error before so I thought the suggestion of a mistake was silly. I was wrong. But it is time to let it go bro...enough is enough.
Dilution has been addressed...lol
There is when they never follow through on what is communicated. There is when it communicates one thing, but does the opposite. You know, basic integrity. Common sense stuff.
My daughter has a Twitter account too. Having one does not make a company legit and trustworthy. It has the opposite effect when the company only uses the Twitter account to post quotes that basically contradict its past actions (or lack thereof).
My personal favorite was "You can't do big things if you're distracted by small things." I saw a very appropriate response to it when someone said something like "you can't do big things if you can't even accomplish little things." (such as renewing a business license)
This ticker has absolutely nothing going for it...
LOL...too true. Don't forget "nonsensical"
No they are not providing anything at all. I've seen their Twitter board.
No...too many shares...and too much debt
I wouldn't feel as good as 30% obviously, but it wouldn't change my thinking much. I always expected the bigger revenues to be posted in Qs 3 & 4.
" but the real culprit is showing up here, day after day, or worse, hour after hour and creating one's own reality."
We certainly agree on this...just not worth it to spend too much time here.
"If you buy in to all the narrative"
There is the problem if the narrative you are referring to is this message board. I'm sorry, but I don't find this place to be the most reliable, nor the most educated place to come for financial estimates. Jmo...
And we will just have to agree to disagree that a 30% Q to Q increase would be described as disappointing. It could be more...sure. But you would be hard pressed to find any reasonable businessman, who has never heard of iHub, to look at the revenues for this new brand, in its first year of existence, and think poorly of them.
Indeed...thanks for the refreshing visit back to basic common sense. This isn't all that difficult.
I expect Q2 revs to be about 30% more than Q1. Some will piss and moan at that and think the numbers are bad. These are the people not thinking clearly.
This is assuming every Target has the same end cap display, which is unlikely. They may begin it that way to get the ball rolling, but it would be in the in-line plan for these stores. Still a shit-ton of volume...just keeping it real.
Every pinky needs a set of good pumpers to help out. They key word being good. Anyone, including novices, looking at ISBG for the first time is not going to see anything worth clinging to here. Nothing verifiable anyway...just the same sentences over and over with no substance at all to back the words up. jmo...
Saying it 1,000 times more won't make it true. It is what it is...a dead ticker.
