"Do you think the MM's know something?"
LOL!!! Of course they do! They know how to make a market! That's what they do. That's their yob. It's no different than any other penny stock that goes up and down on MM play.
If they even catch a whiff of something that investors may perceive as good news, they'll slowly raise it up, get investors that are in love with the stock panting heavy, then short you as many shares as you want to buy.
Crow,
"As it turned out, there truly is no advantage for the shareholders."
Not in trading, but at least they can review the filings with a better level of confidence that they're legit.
Sorry Viking,
"Pretty Impressive for a company that is supposed to be a scam. But isn't!"
Do you think Loch was a scam?
Did MP work for Loch and tout the ELF/VAMMP?
When MP was hired by the Boyz to manage CDEx, did he continue to tout the ELF/EM-1 and claim it was ready to go?
So, where in his tenure at Loch/CDEx did MP get "fooled by the Boyz" (TM- Kidstewart).
If someone is paid to help cover-up a scam what would you call that?
Onetheedge01,
Please do not claim the Boyz would have folded Loch and no one would have got anything. You know that isn't true. Stop lying and smarten up- no one is that stupid.
If the Boyz had done that, they'd have had 30,000 irate shareholders on their hands and would have been facing numerous lawsuits and prison time for sure IMO.
No, what the Boyz did with the aid of MP, yourself, et al was the most reasonable thing they could have done.
As Jenn stated and everyone knows, MP did more for the Boyz than the shareholders. I believe that he took over the "reorganized" Loch Harris, then helped slowly bury the fraudulently advertsied "revolutionary" XRF technology.
Until MP comes up with a XRF-based explosive detector that can perform as originally claimed by both Loch and himself, I'll continue to believe that it's been nothing more than a cover-up.
The only thing left for shareholders is the pillsniffer and if that market should prove fruitful- watch how fast the competition will flood the market.
You saw his picture didn't you? Personally, I thought he looked sneaky or afraid as if he was hiding something and might get shamefully caught.
Then again, I'm prejudice based on this hyping posts on RB and his unacceptable actions over the years.
I read that his demeanor at the SHM wasn't much different.
Very True,
"Why doesn't CDEX have a permanent, full time chief financial officer? Because when it does, the game is over for the insiders. It's more important to have useless Directors helping to milk the cow."
Of course they could assign the CFO job to an insider. That's the only way they'd be able to give away those sweet PP deals.
If they had an honest CFO looking out for shareholders there would be no thirty centers (TM- Himanez).
Without the sweet deals as compensation, Kidinsight and Pookie would probably quit their posting jobs.
The basherban would take over the boards.
Closer would overheat.
MP would be forced to release a PR! LOL
Ontheedge01, have you answered anymore of MP's personal emails lately?
Have you fabricated any new documents?
Any new tall tales of Wade Poteet threatening to sue newspapers for the mere mentioning of his name? (my favorite- "absence of malice" LMAO!!)
You've told so many whoppers and as of late, you've been cheerleading so much on the TCL that it appears to me that you're getting a little nervous. Why so?
I understand there is no x-ray technology as advertised, but the UV thing may work if the CDEX team can keep up with the state-of-the-art technolgy of their competitors that choose to enter into that particular market.
That's what would make me nervous if I was still invested in the Loch/CDEx scam.
Hope they cut a deal with Cerner soon.
Ontheedge01,
"Do you think I was the only one who asked questions?"
I'm not following who you're referring to as "I"?
My post was directed to TheCiscokidd and referenced a tall tale spun by Kidinsight on the Loch Long Board.
Are ontheedge01 and kidinsight one and the same?
OH MY... I never would have figgered that one out! LOL
So how did you get 86ed off RB?
da didd
Butt Kidd, Poteet was busy in the lab and didn't know that all his test reports were being fradulently released to the investing public.
He's really an innocent guy with lots of integrity. I hear very humble too. That's what the snake oil salesman says anyway.
I wonder how many people are buying that tall tale.
What about Poteet's business partner of many years, Harold Cauthen, was he busy in the lab too? What about Harold?
Yep that's it, they were BOTH so busy in the lab that they BOTH never realized that the Boyz were allegedly falsifying their test reports.
Funny thing is when you add up all the aggravating circumstances surrounding Kidinsight's tall tale it is mathematically almost zero percent believable.
For example, let's say that it's a 25% possibility that Poteet was actually busy in the lab and never saw a single false PR. Another way to look at it is to say that 1 out of 4 (1/4) people find the story believable.
It follows that if Poteet didn't know then his partner Cauthen didn't know either. How many people believe that Cauthen ALSO had no idea the test reports were being falsified? Let's again say that it's a 25% possibility or that one out of every four people believe this story as well.
Now here's where it gets interesting. Based on the above, what is the possibility that both men were busy in the lab and neither one of them saw a single false PR?
It's just like dice, you take the product of the probabilites: 1/4 x 1/4 = 1/16 meaning it's only a 6% possibiltiy that BOTH men never saw a single false test report or now only 1 out of every 16 people find it believable.
Again, if we add another aggravating circumstance (and there are many), and multiply the possibilities of every single one of them being true simultaneously the story spun by kidinsight gets more and more ridiculous.
Remember his absence of malice tale about how Poteet threatened to sue the newspaper? LMAO.
That was a good one.
Scarednomore,
In reference to your question on TCL board:
It's not a bad idea at all to sell for a tax write-off. Course a PP holder and chief cheerleader like KidStewart may not agree.
Back in the Loch days after the big pump-n-dump the PPS slowly but surely went from around 4 bucks (after the 2 day peak at 6) to 2 cents. Investors that bought in for pennies had a couple months (minimum) to get out in the 2-3 dollar range and make a handsome profit. I'm sure you remember this.
Most did not because they listened to the manipulators that were doing everything they could to make people hold long. There was always good news just around the corner and people were afraid they'd miss the boat if they cashed out early. At the same time, the insiders were making millions as they slowly sold off their dirt cheap shares into the market at (still) ridiculously inflated prices.
Holding long was a suckers game and it still is IMO.
I recommended selling for a write-off over four years ago and guess who told me it was a bad idea? Nasfan! LOL!! It turned out to be a very good idea for me (I won't speak for anyone else, but I'll bet [sorry scared] it would have been a good idea for Nasfan too)) I sold off my Loch stock in the range of .08 - .16. I made more money in tax write-offs then the value of the stock. Could I have bought back into CDEx and increased my position ten fold at a much later date? Yep, but I won't do business with people I believe to be crooks.
LMAO!!!
I have a reason Crow. (Note "a" reason- LOL).
So that people like Vicking (Rio), that got to greedy last time and were (are) left holding the bag can take some other suckers money and bail out.
That's considered long term investing with the Loch/CDEx scam IMO.
Someone should TOS valimed on RB for the use of multiple aliases and maybe kidinsight will disappear too! LOL
"We shareholders" believe that as a significant PP investor, kidinsight cannot be trusted. He has demonstrated no objectivity whatsoever and is a cheerleader for MP to the point of nausea.
Reminds me of Art protecting Boone and Baker in the old days:
"I don't beleive that they are crooks, just bad managers"
At least Art didn't worship them like Kidinsight worships MP. Gotta give Art that much. LOL
TheCiscokidd,
Hey Kidd is this you posting on the TCL board or just one of your wannabe admirers?

I am quite sure you, nor I have any idea what it has been like to be the CEO of CDEX.
One quick point I will make on that matter is the fact that MP's wife from time to time, loaned the company money. I am sure your husband would do the same for you and your public company, with no promises, you can repay him.
I giggle a bit, when I think of how nieve some of us really are, when it comes down to running a company of this nature. Do you really think that each time the CEO's wife loaned money to CDEX, she did not feel a little knot in her tummy.
I guess you might think about how quite it could have been these last 4 years had MP not taken this tech over. IMHO, it would have been casket quite.
IMHO, valimed will not be spun off.

lmorovan,
Did you receive the document?
lmorovan,
Did you receive the document?
I don't know RA,
being capable of knowing the difference between detecting bulk chemicals at under an inch under pristine conditions and trace chemicals at 2 meters in hostile environments can be quite taxing to the brain for some.
..."they're prepping the assembly line for mass production"
-Nasfan
lmorvan, I don't know if I can get a copy, but I can certainly ask.
I'll let you know, maybe an anonymous person will send me a copy in the mail, or better yet directly to you.
Sand, I think it was 10,000,000 in three years if I'm not mistaken.
Some major miscalculations on MP's part.
Or were they? (TM- Homer Simpson) LOL
Inet,
Yawnnnnn.....
Jeannielf 3 = PP Investor
Kidinsight = PP Investor
Pookie = PP Investor
Trader66 = PP Investor
Spigianna = PP Investor
PP Investor Question: What was MP's three year revenue forecast for CDEx as disclosed in the PP investors prospectus back in 2001?
Answer: I believe hearing it was an eight digit figure. Not fact, just hearsay, but can you imagine if that's true!! Inet, what excuse can you come up with for that milking of PP dollars if true? Just another oversight (like with the technology) on MP's part?
Yawn......
I just can't believe how the bashers will reach for anything! Like... OH my gawd, they are soooo desperate!
"One small insignificant detail that you might be over-looking.. SCAMS ARE AGAINST THE LAW"
Really Crow, aren't we splitting hairs here?
Those novice investors deserve to lose their money for not doing the mandatory DD.
The gutter scum crooks aren't ta blame.
Shame on you!
Mercy! (TM- KidStewrat/Kidinsight/peep)
Dubyah,
"... I am not now nor was I ever whoever paige was is or be."
I wasn't implying that you are Paige, but I'm surprised you never read any of Paige's posts on this board or even recognized the fact that Paige posts here.
"And I never heard of any contract ever spewed by anyone about anything to do with the FAA."
That was in the Loch days. I was told personally by a Loch (now CDEx) insider that Loch had a contract with the FAA.
"And no I am not a private placement investor because if I was my name would be disclosed in the sb2 filings which it is not now nor was it ever."
Guess you're right, can't recall seein' a Dubyah or even a Curious W listed in any SB-2.
diddy (yawn... getting sleepy)
It would appear that Paige does not want to answer my question whether she is a PP investor in CDEx or not.
"Why would they have a secret contract with the FAA?"
For the same reason Loch Harris insiders spread the rumor of a secret contract with the FAA that was suppose to be announced shortly, to scam honest investors.
So you think CDEx might have contracts?
That would certainly explain everything right? LOL!!!
Maybe they have a secret contract with the FAA.
(yawn....)
Kidinsight hasn't heard any hype because he's the only one left writing it and with a dwindling audience if I may add.
Close Markarious, I thought we'd give Kidstewart a call and see if he can recommend a good honest attorney.
Do you think we could get MP to cooperate with us, one would think that after being fooled about the technology as his apologists claim, he'd understand our position and be willing to help the innocent victims of this scam.
Ditto Poteet.
It's time to sue Boone and Baker for fraudulent PR's. I'll be in touch with a few people (that I trust) by phone next week.
Have a nice weekend ya'll.
diddy
Paige,
I guess you missed my question yesterday.
My golf buddy told me that you use to post under a well known alias. While I cannot verify his information at this time, it explains exactly what your motives are to spend so much time and dig so deep for even a drop of news that can be tied to CDEx.
Have you sold all your PP shares yet?
If you're not, and never have been a PP investor, can you state that for the record?
I'll be back later to read your reply, I have a tee time a 1:15.
diddy
Rotten,
" It's obvious this person has been around for a long time and I'd be willing to bet ole dubyah is an insider and we probably know him/her under a different allias."
You know it, I know it, everyone else knows it, and Dubyah knows that we know it.
He seems to be doing it for his personal amusement. I just can't believe that he's stupid enough to think he's fooling anyone.
Then again, there's been some awefully foolish attempts to manipulate investors on the boards- especially in the Loch Harris days.
All evidence of a scam in progress.
Here is the Sniffex patent:
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PALL&p=1&u=/neta...
In other words, both NO3- and NO2- are "nitro oxide ions".
"nitro" is a general term which refers to nitorgen-oxygen compounds. Nitric refers to nitrogen oxides in the higher valence state while nitrous refers the lower valence state.
Nitrous acid HNO2, Nitrite ion NO2-
Nitric Acid HNO3, Nitrate ion: NO3- = nitric oxide ion
OT: Another outrageoualy blatant scam.....Eden Energy (EDEN):
http://www.stocklemon.com/report_view.asp?ReportID=43
Hmmmm.... listed in the Sniffex disclosure statement to fulfill the requirements of rule 15C211 is the following:
On March 18, 2005 the company (“Licensee”) entered into a Patent Sublicense
Agreement with TASC International Limited, (“Licensor”). TASC granted the
company a non-exclusive license to practice, have made, use, offer to sell, sell,
transfer, or dispose of explosives detection equipment under the name Sniffex,
to manufacture Sniffex products (“Products”) in the forms that are currently
manufactured or will be manufactured during the term of the agreement by
Licensor, use Sniffex images, product documentation, and marketing materials
owned by Licensor.. TASC is the Owner of all rights, title and interest in the
Patent for an explosives detection device (United States Patent Number 6 344
818 B1) and trademark in the name SNIFFex. The company agreed to issue
60,000,000 shares of restricted common stock as payment for the Exclusive Sub
License Agreement currently valued at $600,000.
The patent number is invalid and a search for TASC as an assignee to a issued patent comes out blank.
Can someone post this information on the RB SNFX board so it can be investigated.
Muchas gracias

Re SNFX
I was reading some of the posts on the SNFX message board.
I tend to agree with Licky200:

Looks like another Loch/CDEx
Wow!! I guess there's no steel objects allowed in the MRI room! LOL
I didn't read that detail a description Crow. Sounds kinda like nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). Ya put a sample in a strong magnetic field and hit it with radio waves which provides just the right quanta of energy to flip the magnetic dipoles of the hydrogen atom (proton).
The spectrum of the radio wave absorption peaks provides information on the structure of the chemical sample.
Once high performance computers become affordable, they took the extensive NMR spectral data base and used it to provide imaging of the different bodily tissues and called it MRI.
But still, a very strong magnetic field is required for NMR.
"see the present moves, however slow, as an honest effort ,by men who should have too much integrity to be involved in a BS scam."
Should have? Agreed. They should have but they don't IMO, at least not the peeps. As this thing drags out, we are seeing more and more of their BS come to light.
Hyping the ELF/EM-1
Inconclusive test reports.
Numerous missed deadlines.
Mock-up pictures of phony products.
False claims of marketing.
Bogus (IMO) patent application for the ELF/EM-1.
Army/Navy rejections.
blah, blah, blah.....
(Yawn)
LOL!! Ya like that too huh Sandy? My of my favorites is "we either have it or we don't".
