Hi dkirby00,
You are correct. At the time of your post that was the value, that is, if you could actually sell them.
Hello Gents, of course you're aware it was a rhetorical question. I just wanted to say something that used the words 'crooks', 'bilked' and 'ill-gotten gains'.
My next question will include the names MP, WP, RS, RT, JB ...etc.
Are the crooks that bilked millions of dollars from honest investors going to jail or do they just get to resign from the company and walk away with thair ill-gotten gains?
How long before the CDEDx scam goes to the pinks?
The truth tells on this board (I mean bashers) pointed out the blatant lies and deception at every turn, but who knows what boolsheet the crooks were telling potential investors.
Remember the prospectus that MP distributed to potential investors?
100% BS, especially knowing that the products didn't work as advertised.
Yeah... JB and RS, WP (et al) are that and more, but at least JB got the SEC filings in on time.
"He's a true business man and leader."
LOL!
The CDEx Scam is over... unless they can find more fools to throw away their money.
I was told by a reliable source that the G4 never worked which of course most of us new from the get go.
If some sucker gets conned into funding CDEx the result will just yield more outrageous lies from CDEx and a rebirth of the all-to-familiar streetie aliases.
the " CEO is in the Corner"
More appropriately... "the CEO has painted himself into a corner"...
with super slow drying paint to boot!
Very true Amanita, I don't believe that Poteet and MP ever buried the hatchet. Maybe it's time for a major overhaul. Dump that worthless Bumfield, dump Poteet and bring Coates back into the scam as chief sheet slinger.
MP can make that happen if he wishes, isn't he the only shareholder with preferred shares. Aren't those shares "super voting shares"?
CDEx is drowning in its own Boolsheet. They've ran out of any half way believable lies to try and con new investors. I believe that their last PR was something about the success of the G4 and looking forward to launching the G5 in 2016. LOL! What absolute idiots!
Their house of cards appears to be crashing down.
So Loch/CDEx has really been a scam all along?
Really? I'm beyond shocked! Poteet the renown genius (and second inventor of ELF/EM-1) is nothing more than a scam artist? How about his partner Harold? Are they still together?
The resident promoters (two notorious ones in particular) that spread lies on this board have turned tail?
Oh mine, who would have thunk!
Trading has leveled off somewhat today, not like yesterday where we saw heavy trading among the MM's of 2 shares.
The Lubbock group of investors must be fuming at about this point. Eventually, all PP investors catch on that they've been hoodwinked.
It's a never ending job to find new suckers to keep this scam alive.
zoooom....
Pow... zoom! Go CDEx! LOL
Oh com'on Amanita, a return on equity of -3,831.74%, that's just a silly little number. Those astute PP investors don't pay that no never mind. Ya gotta read between the lines.
It's clear that they only have one way to go at this point.
Pow! To the moon Alice.
I (d4diddy) am hereby willing the purchase any CDEx shares from private parties at a fair market value of .0001/share. This offer will extend through July 04, 2015 until 9:00 PM EST.
Interested parties please leave a message in my mailbox.
Oops, make that .00001/share, my bad.
Valimed has been around for many years and if it was useful to prevent drug diversion CDEx would most certainly have been hyping it all over the boards.
As it stands, it appears that they aren't even aware of the organization that Amanita has referenced. One would think that CDEx would have been in touch with them on day one.
And here's another interesting item that caught my eye from the link that Amanita posted:
"Reported drug thefts at the University of Michigan Hospital System went from zero in 2011 to two in 2012, eight in 2013 and eight already as of July 2014. (Katie McLean | The Ann Arbor News)"
The very hospital that performed that 18 month Valimed study and the resident hospital for CDEx director, Stevenson, has a growing drug diversion problem! LOL!
I wonder why they're not using Valimed to solve their drug diversion problem?
The truth about this scam always eventually surfaces.
The new CDEx iG5 which they are expecting to start advertising in late 2015 is rumored to be capable of selecting between free hot dogs or cotton candy, but you didn't hear that from me. Fries still four bits extra.
Just saw something on TV the other day where dogs are sniffin' out cancer (Melanoma) before it's at the stage where it can even be detected with advanced medical equipment. They say a dogs smell is 100,000 times more sensitive than a person's.
Of course, that's still not as sensitive as the capability of CDEx iG4 which can identify a drug and determine its strength from just one return photon of light!
It also dispenses a free hot dog and small root beer after the completion of every test. Fries are an extra four bits.
There's never market research to verify that a need exists for a new product, it's all about exploiting the latest news headlines to give the stock promoters tools to attract PP investors. Landmines, airport security, counterfeit drugs, fentanyl, tamiflu, Meth ... etc. All headline stuff.
One can almost predict the next scam product by watching the news!
The product doesn't have to actually work, props work just fine.
The product should be capable of saving lives. A paid shill announcing that the product has saved xx lives works well.
Having a product that does work (but not as advertised) is enough to sell units so the news can be used to bait new PP suckers. Units returned by hospitals after learning that they don't work as advertised is of no consequence.
The CDEx scam is all about buying "consultants" to seemingly endorse the product, attract PP suckers, then insert money into pocket through exorbitant salaries, paid consultants... etc.
Standard penny stock scam operations.
No products after 15 years and almost 40 millions dollars down the rabbit hole.
CDEx is a scam
The earlier versions of Valimed were suppose to be capable of detecting narcotic diversion also, yet in all the years we never heard of a single case where it made itself useful.
The only thing we ever heard was the kind of penny stock hype like you're posting now.
CDEx is still a scam.
100% Guaranteed.
Common Demmo:
"No hype on bogus pr's, as was the norm from the loch days and first 9 years of Cdex.
Cdex moved pass the Penny Stock scamster stuff, when a true business man and leader was brought in by pper's"
Pennstreet has spoken. SHEESH!
Pennstreet does have brief flashes of brilliance once in a while. LOL

ONCE A SCAM, ALWAYS A SCAM.
So unless there's concrete proof, what people say I this board should be considered fabrication?
Got it!
Once a scam, always a scam!
"Reckon somebody is flustered??"
Yep. The all-knowing Pennstreet can't answer a simple question of "who done it?" LOL!
The increase in PPS doesn't mean squat when weighed against the volume. It's being artificially pumped and can crash sub-penny if allowed to seek its true value.
Rumors of a pizza party isn't what moves a legitimate company forward. They've tried about everything, fly-by-night PR firms, investment banker convention, selfie loans... etc. They're desperate.
The only thing that they haven't done is come up with a product that works as advertised and that people will buy.
My source tells me that they STILL HAVE NOT GOT THE G4 TO WORK which means that everything you read coming from Brumfield is still a complete fabrication.
Hype and bogus PR's is still what is scam is all about.

POPPYCOCK!
"If you truly read the letter before, then I can read between the lines as to how you did that."
Good, mystery solved! LOL
Imagine that, Pennstreet in the dark about a simple CDEx fact.
That is "with" noting.
Just because Pennstreet calls it a "personal" resignation letter doesn't make it so.
BTW, I've read that letter before, there's nothing personal about it.
It's been around. LOL
"NO NEW ANGELS BUYING PP SHARES AS WAS EXPECTED. Or maybe just HOPED."
With more and more past CDEx PP investors realizing they've been taken for a ride, I expect it gets harder and harder to find new suckers to believe Brumfield's fairy tale story of "commercialization" right around the proverbial corner.
It doesn't take much DD to see that he's already played that card several times.
You're exactly right Crow, the three employees did not want what they knew were worthless shares and they also new the G4 was nothing more than a prop later hyped by Bumfield's bogus PR's.
A simple and undeniable fact about the CDEx SCAM.
Yes pennstreet I agree, CDEx continue to be the same scam it's always been.
And yes, shareholders are getting very tired of Brumfield's incompetence.
Enough hype, enough lies, enough of Brumfield.
"I am not sure what your real knowledge is of the "friendly MM's" that you claim are keeping the Stock Price of Cdex above one penny is. But, it has been my understanding that MM's DO NOT participate in such activity."
And you've never heard of Market Maker Manipulation? That is a phrase that I just invented? The correct statement is that MM's are NOT SUPPOSE TO participate in such activity.
How coy.
Actually, there's no money in it for MM's with this scam. The artificial elevation of the CDEx PPS is most likely thru insider manipulation.
LOL! The CDEx scam according to the de facto CDEx spokesman and promoter. We can take that to the bank, streetie has spoken!
Oh my... how funny! LOL
WOW! Look, the CEO, Jeff Brumfield is actually loaning his own money to help finance CDEx! There must be something really good happening that we don't know about yet!
Let's load up the truck, we're gunna be rich!
THE CDEX CON ARTISTS WILL TRY ANYTHING, THAT'S HOW DESPERATE THEY ARE ONCE AGAIN!!!
"Also, he shouldn't use words that he doesn't understand. I was appalled."
When Brumfield misuses a scientific word in his interview, it shows his lack of education and understanding of the subject matter.
What a waste of money, CDEx paid the website a fee just to demonstrate Brumfield ignorance.
And a CEO should not hide behind an alias and toot his own horn. How low class can ya get!
Brumfield is a horrible public speaker, he should not be allowed to give interviews, it reflects badly on the company. A simple and obvious fact.
Stop trying to justify it. Deal with it.
Also, he shouldn't use words that he doesn't understand. I was appalled.
Behold, the CEO!
CDEX's Jeff Brumfield really needs to keep his mouth shut! He is a terrible public speaker. His lack of an education clearly shows.
If one were to remove the words "and um" and "ahh" from the interview it could have cut the air time in half. LOL!

Thanks for the laugh Amanita.
