And you've never heard of Market Maker Manipulation? That is a phrase that I just invented? The correct statement is that MM's are NOT SUPPOSE TO participate in such activity.

How coy.

Actually, there's no money in it for MM's with this scam. The artificial elevation of the CDEx PPS is most likely thru insider manipulation.
