Thanx for the discounted price:
“PotNetwork recently announced that the Company had recently reported Third Quarter Revenues of $4,444,800.00, exceeding Second Quarter Results by 29%. The Company also retained the auditing services of East West Accounting Services, LLC, a Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) registered CPA firm, to provide a methodical review and analysis for the audited verification of the Company’s recent monthly reported revenues”.
Anyone know how many shares (float)
are out there??
A few points to be made.
#1
Company announced an agreement to purchase.
No where has it been mentioned that they ‘closed’ on this transaction.
#2
Mcig and their attorneys had to know there was potential danger in the Kern County Board initially issuing a ban..
So if this property turns out to be within the Boards jurisdiction I would be shocked that it wasn’t addressed as an escape clause for Mcig..
#3
If all of the above turns out to be not true the property still remains a booked asset for MCIG.
It’s not as if we’re talking about a finished the facility here.
IMHO a great time to buy some discounted shares ..

PotNetwork Holdings (POTN) Update
There's no denying that (POTN) has been on a barrier breaking path this year after having generated more than $5 million in revenue. But what's more is that we're now looking at it ahead of two potential milestones. Considering that that company saw $1.46m in revenue alone in July and they still have to report August & September, the question arises, "Will (POTN) see another record setting quarter?" The recent surge in attention the the CBD industry has received is also a contributing factor for those looking at the opportunity within the industry. With a cashflow positive, net revenue generating company with increasing sales quarter over quarter so far this year, (POTN) has begun to command attention and now we look ahead at what the last half of the year has in store!

Patience....From pennies to dollars:
"Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau introduced legislation on Thursday that would legalize the recreational use of marijuana next year.
The proposed rules would take effect in July 2018 and allow Canadians to grow up to four plants in their home or to purchase dried flowers and other cannabis products from licensed shops. People over 18 would be allowed to possess up to 30 grams of weed. Edible products would be allowed later, the government said in a statement".
This should ease investor trepidation:
A green light for the future...
Bides well for Mcig
"Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Wednesday again criticized marijuana while also signaling that the Department of Justice under his leadership won’t launch a wide-ranging crackdown on cannabis businesses.
Speaking with reporters after a speech in Virginia, Sessions said “much of” the 2013 Cole Memo – which laid the groundwork for the adult-use marijuana industry as it exists today in the United States – is “valid.” But he also suggested some additional federal guidelines may be coming from the U.S. Department of Justice.
In his comments, Sessions indicated that the DOJ and the Drug Enforcement Administration probably won’t take widespread action against the eight states that have legalized recreational marijuana."
Forest Grove Cultivation Selects MCIG's Grow Contractors to Build Largest Oregon Indoor Grow
Marketwired March 8, 2017
HENDERSON, NV--(Marketwired - Mar 8, 2017) - mCig, Inc. ( OTCQB : MCIG ), a diversified company servicing the legal cannabis, hemp, and CBD markets, subsidiary, Grow Contractors is proud to announce its selection as the builder of choice of the first large scale indoor grow facility in Oregon for Forest Grove Cultivation. With an overall plan for 115,000 square feet this will be a top ranked grow space in Oregon. The first phase is already permitted for 50,000 square feet. MCIG estimates to begin construction within 60 days and 4 months to complete the project. The project will generate a minimum $1.5M in revenue for the Company, but could exceed $1.9M with add-ons.
In Oregon, state law requires that you complete the build out before obtaining a license. This does not change our business model and all growers are almost certainly assured a license by complying with clearly written state building requirements. Rob Kressa, CEO of Grow Contractors stated, "Our sweet spot is definitely large scale growers on the West Coast. They understand the real deal while the East Coast is still getting played by opportunists looking for a quick buck. We are here to stay and will do multiple phases and build outs for the best players."
If I'm not mistaken he said $10 million in concrete signed backlogs....

Being involved in the industry in the 70's....and all the dramatic political changes that affected the scene..doesn't give me that much time left to enjoythis vindication..lol.
We had the seeds (no pun intended)..sown for a great paraphernalia industry but were taken down by government regulation..
