At least we got to see what’s inside the sharp looking box in last presentation
Still waiting for the other shoe to drop on this latest promotion , maybe offering announced Friday after the bell ?
FDA approval would be huge , no doubt about it . It just really stuck out , that part of NASDAQ compliancy In last 10q , almost as if they thought it was achievable if only for 10 straight trading days? Going back to the Pinks not the end of the world, hell it was selling for $5 a share then . I think the talk of bankruptcy is premature given that they have already stated they have enough until Nov. 2020
If FDA does get delayed, which not officially late I think til end of December( if counting just business days )it could be for a myriad of reasons including more info needed from manufacturer. There's no Q that a lapse in long term planning occurred but perhaps moving forward depended on CE approval entirely ? The loan from major shareholder I think was in part because management knew major delays were inevitable because of long delays in supply chain for components for SB and also delays for creating the digital services they plan to offer in addition to hardware? At the end of the day this is still a CE approved product that has limited production volume enough for UK ,Ireland and maybe Germany ? I'm hoping sp drama goes away with 10 straight days of closing bid above $1 at which point that clock is at least reset til June. I've harped months and months ago about the lack of manufacturing capacity ( and obviously now production of the individual components) as well as the lack of corporate structure and skeleton crew .
@Think while latest 10Q disappointing with delay of commercial launch I can't say I'm surprised since we were already told weeks ago that there was something in the order of 4-8 months wait from manufacturer for individual components that make-up Sugarbeat ?!? I also don't see how DBE could possibly put together related digital web coaches/ services in such a short amount of time by January ? There's not much to talk about until FDA news, results from private insurer study in Germany and possibly a capital raise ( sp could be reflecting such plus end of year tax selling) . There's definitely a possibility this goes back to the Pinks unless they get closing bid above $1 for 10 straight trading days , not the end of the world .
Oh jeez, what were these likes ? The Sugarwatch gluco thing in Asia? ??
As in new domain name . Mysugarwatch.com now goes to Sugarwatch.uk
Looks like Sugarwatch.uk domain operational now
Wonder if one of the stock promoters paying themselves before quarterly report?
Good point . Also interesting volume this morning
Agree 100% with that . It's a good sign , shows you what is possible. Look forward to more exposure like this leading up to launch .
Good find and thanks for posting ! 81.3 million visitors per month , good exposure. Monthly cost looks attractive .
By end of year 2020 FDA decision mentioned in recent interview with Dr Schaebsdau and most recent corporate presentation on Nemaura website.
No the corporate presentation on Nemaura's website. It's been updated for October and it's definitely a more polished presentation.
Anyone check-out latest Corporate Presentation?
My interpretation of that is something like favorable initial feedback from FDA with request for additional information from manufacturer for something like manufacturing certification of process and questions regarding testing batches etc. etc. with approval coming sometime in 2020 . I wasn't expecting FDA approval in 90 days but more so for them to take process additional step closer to possible approval.
Yes that's definitely stepping up to the plate with a pretty solid January kick-off date and further commercialization expansion up to mid year. Next up IOS update and FDA progress report. Probably not much happening until mid to late December. Today's interview with Dr Fred had some good info !
Let me know @iddrisw. Not on their list . I poked around FDA site last night, didn't find anything .
I believe it's January 11th for delisting unless they can get bid closing price above $1 for 10 consecutive trading days in which case clock most likely reset at that point. I'm not expecting much out of NMRD until decision from FDA or DBE going live with e-commerce site for sales of Mysugarwatch. The presentations at conference had some great stuff btw. It's obviously a fairly robust product to say Faz had one on for seemingly just over 24 hrs.
More slides from conference, am I missing something else?
Let's hope I'm not delusional in thinking the brand SUGARBEAT will be commercialized somewhere outside of DBE in continental Europe or Mideast ,elsewhere before end of November ? If not ,I'm not sure what sustains share price and more importantly closing bid over a dollar before first week of January ? Again it would be nice to have video or transcript of yesterday's conference to get more info . Even if they get NHS onboard in UK and FDA approval here I don't think it's enough to keep over a dollar with delays at MSW coming out now sometime early next year . And yes please a full 24 hr battery capable of heavy useage. At this point I'm wondering if this goes back to OTC and we wait for 2nd Gen ?
Waiting for PR and next week's Conference.
@Maley63 First and foremost a big thank you for taking the time to not only phone in on CC but also posting on this board. As with all good things I realise patience is key. I like that Faz continues to reiterate his confidence in DBE. As to be expected, lots going on in the background and obviously those discussions are confidential until an agreement is struck. Probably the next milestones to expect are September conference in Spain and FDA update in October? I remain bullish and will add gradually to my position at these levels.
@Maley63 my Q's would be as follows. #1What recent steps have been made but perhaps not publicised to increase production for device transmitters and patches for expansion of rollout and increased demand for Sugarbeat ? What additional orders have been made with contract manufacturer in the past month or two?
#2 does current transmitter hardware include two channel Bluetooth for multiple devices ,ex. Cell phone matched with Android or Apple watch ?
#3 Has Nemaura hired a media company to produce commercials, produce print media campaigns and also create a web presence thru Sugarbeat website , Twitter, Instagram
etc worthy of a top three player in diabetes space internationally.
#4 What is status of Lactate rollout and possible partnerships with any major players in sports arena ?
#5 When precisely can we expect to see Sugarbeat app available on Google Play and Apple?
Thanks in advance.
H***sh** I leave for awhile and this is what I come back to ! I agree with previous posts, liquidation of stock given for services. The most recent previous release from Faz very Bullish . Im still targeting October /November for full commercialization.
@iddrisw "We are now aggressively entering the commercialization phase in Europe and other markets, and access to these non-dilutive funds will allow us to accelerate our commercialization timelines.". Maybe August is our month however they still have til end of September.
@iddrisw you are pretty much all caught up with last two press releases. Official word of commercial launch could come at anytime now .
Great news ! Don't look for NMRD stock to get cheaper . Today's PR actually details financing terms and recent PR reaffirms DBE relationship and role , Nemaura in no danger of running out of money . Commercialization on track sometime between now and end of September. They'll announce it when THEY are ready and most likely some swing traders will be disappointed . Everything is on track !
@bigbill1 I'm aware of that fact because I'm actually the one who first posted that news to this board back in June. That being said this is an entirely new PR with additional information and new statement from Faz.
I would say today's PR is reaffirmation that NMRD is confident in DBE and their timeline for Sugarbeat launch. I'm curious if "digital services" is going to be yet another stream of revenue? I'm guessing we should get some news on lactate commercialization soon and possible/potential relationships in athletics space
@Think LoL They have until January 2020 to get compliant. It may not be a big concern considering they have more exact information on rollout and revs that should lift this out of doghouse in literally minutes. Still, hate seeing a notice like that and possibility of RS
Now they need to get on it, delisting notice won't help sp one bit unless they counter with launch and marketing. At least they have until January 11, 2020
Yikes Senseonics just got nailed
Everyone please read dia bet post from yesterday if you still have any doubts where this is all going . Slowly but surely NMRD is getting this done in a methodical way .
@bigbill1 I think we are focusing too much on DBE . "In September 2015, he founded his own firm as exclusive distributor in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for UniStrip®, the world’s first generic blood glucose test strip. Since September 2015, he is a member of the Advisory Board of Peppermint Venture Partners." Think this guy has experience ? I think Dr. Schaebsdau brings much to the table .
We know from previous PR they plan to present at diabetes conference around September 17th In Barcelona. In order for there to be enough usable data from key opinion leaders and user's soft launch has most likely commenced or will by end of July.
Agreed it would've been nice to be out on the market already but I suppose any exposure is good for the next few weeks . Non invasive is going to draw skepticism until it's actually out on the market. This will make all the major publications when showtime comes.
