Look in the mirror.
Yes. But when the heck are they going to confirm the confirmation of the confirmed confirmation that they confirmed was already a confirmation that was confirmed? All this convoluted confirming is confusing.
Why don't they just do it?
What have they done that they said they would do?
So, did I miss something here? Looks like the dividend (if it happens) only goes to those who have been holding this stock for at least two or three years.
So what if it's a scam. Everyone out here bought at .0001, took huge profits at .0008 and are holding free shares. It's a "can't lose" situation, so bug off!
Every day is "the big day" when you're in pinkie land.
Ask how many of them were extradited from South Africa.
Hey, why not? I've nothing better to do.
You, my friend, will reap big rewards! Now that I have a follower, I've decided to give a pretty darn big dividend. You won't be sorry.
I'd like to confirm that it was me. I will be merging the company with my old company and creating a new company that I will be naming at a future date and time. At which time I shall also be liquidating all the assets of the combined companies from the new company and giving away all said monies to my faithful followers, of which there are none so I guess I'll just keep the money for myself. Thank you and good luck.
You buy 'em.
A dollar???? You've GOT to be kidding.
Yeah, funny isn't it? And, like, who cares?
Good luck in extraditing someone from South Africa.
I've been in too many "sure things" in the pinks that went kaput. Believe me, this stock (and board) is reading a whole lot like a bunch of the others that I've held. They're all pretty much the same. They promise the world and then they disappear, while the investors hang on even after the end has long passed.
Is it worth a couple of thousand dollars to find out??? Not to me. But the wife won't kill me for losing $500.
P.S. You've been trading all my life. (55 years) I hope I'm not sitting at a computer trying to hit it big when I'm in my 70's. Good luck!
Yes, it is your choice. I hope he's not a total, lying scumbag, and I hope he makes you rich beyond your wildest dreams. But I'm certainly having my doubts. Time will tell.
If you buy $1000 worth of stock in my company that does absolutely nothing, in return, I will send you $60,000.
Do you believe me too?
I hope the guy is giving money away. But I don't really think it will happen. Worth a small price to find out. But only a small price.
"Fool me once, etc., etc."
"They lost tens of thousands of dollars in 2008 chasing a pipe dream."
da da da da, da da da, da da da da, DA, da da da da da, da da da da da da da, DA, da da da, da...da...da, Dumb, Dumb.
Yes! I too am sitting on pins and needles just waiting for them to make me rich on my piddly investment! I love it when people give away millions of dollars just to show they care.
It really is quite comical. I thought that "extraordinary dividend" was funny. But now he adds "enlarged"? And quitting because his feelings are hurt? How old is this guy, anyway? I'm pretty sure I can kiss my investment good bye in this one. I hope you folks that think this is such a sure thing are correct, but I doubt it very much. Make that very, very much.
It's the fact that you'll never see it. That's how.
It obviously wasn't in stock trading.
Wake up! You're dreaming!
No, not a bag holder. Just not a B.S.er.
Yeah, everyone bought in at .0001 and nobody loses in Vegas.
I've got four 'wonderful' dividends in my portfolio:
Watchit
True Product I.D.
Good Life China
Apple Rush
Had all of them well past the restriction time but I still can't trade them. Ameritrade says they have no record of them (even though they're in my account) and that I need to talk with the companies. The companies tell me to talk to Ameritrade. Stock dividends at this level (pink) are a joke.
Two posts in front of you.
Finally, a post I can believe.
Why don't you give them a call?
Remove the zeros, divide by two. Nah, that's still too big.
Woo Hoo!! Another 76% and I'll break even!!
I wasn't positive about the $5 so I looked it up on the NASDAQ site. There are three NASDAQ classes; Global, Global Select & Capital. The initial bid requirements are $5 for both of the Global classes and $4 for the Capital class. Once listed in the Capital class (which I assume would be ETNL class), there is a requirement of keeping at least $1 share price. There are also other fees & requirements but that's the bottom line on the share's bid price. You can't get into NASDAQ with a share price of less than $4.
NASDAQ requires a bid price of $5. Don't hold your breath. This stock hasn't even held it's pre-split price after all the 'great' news.
Somebody tired of losing money, that's who.
It is a 1000 for 1 R/S that they are implementing during the reverse merger.
You can call it whatever you want but you're going to have to divide the number of shares in your portfolio by 1000. That's called a reverse split. Just because they didn't call it one, doesn't mean it isn't.
You asked what we're getting out of this reverse split and that's what I was responding to. And, yes, I've been through this with at least a half dozen or more stocks that I've owned in the past and none of them prospered. I'm hanging on to my 2 mil shares, which will be 2000 shares before long and then I'll watch the price erode even more. I put $1000 into this company (as I do with most any pink I invest in) and I can afford to lose it. (DINK) If this company makes me some money on my investment, I'll be very, very surprised. It will have to get above 50 cents per share and I don't see that happening.
You get fewer shares (a LOT fewer shares) at a higher stock price. And then you can watch the price go lower (a LOT lower) because it will. Always does. Been through this a bunch of times.
You are absolutely correct in your assessment.
