Wow,
I have to find a way to buy more now!
Closer every single day!

Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Love it! Unfortunately too few actually follow that advice on this board.
Don't be so ignorant about where the money went. It wasn't all operating costs. It paid off debt, allowed for growth in the company, and supported other aspects... It wasn't all operating costs like you keep portraying it to be.
Was most of it spent? YES.
Was it spent where needed for a more financially sound company and plan for future growth expansion? YES.
Was it spent on hookers and blow? No.
... well maybe some.
And currently they do pay a % to SFOR for selling product of their own (ACS's), but that changes a bit once they pay out their option of $9 million by 2020.
It's all business and what makes sense to ACS.
They have until 2020... why would someone pay early? If they have a DoD contract they may want to to get a better % of $ from it and buy out with the $9mil from SFOR. Only time will tell.
The ACS deal wasn't even announce until last month... why would it end up in the Q4? Silly rabbit.
That's right... ACS has it. But that may or maynot trickle into SFORs coffers.
Sled,
Although this is true, ACS sells more than just SFOR. As much as it lines up it still isn't a 100% sure sign of revenue to SFOR as much as I want it to be... trust me, I'm riding heavy on this one with what I have available and I really need this to work for all of us share holders. The connection is there, but it isn't guaranteed. We will see in the 3rd/4th Q as per Mark Kay on big deals! I was hoping for more 2nd Q... again, we don't know until we get there.
The OOBA patent is insane and the world will know StrikeForce, its just a matter of time.
Fifth paragraph down:
"“This 12 months we also have progressed with our retail purchaser gross sales through these we outlined in social media and our new Tv set airing this thirty day period for GuardedID and MobileTrust,"
Or of course that it is being sold through one of our channel partners that does have their documents current! Much more probable IMO.
The fact that he stated that is costs $14,000 to uplist was more of an indicator to me than that he possibly thought it would go further south. IMO
My takeaway through the apparently speach to text article is that Mark Kay said HSN is selling GuardedID and Mobile Trust for 30 days.
That video linked on 2) is awesome. I hadn't seen that one yet.
Thanks for the post ZPaul
Haha, I love that you threw in the common core math. (fist bump).
I hear you, but the $2mil cost is something that isn't their standard burn rate... something that was for growth because of the large lump sum they received earlier in the year... IMO. Moves are done in business at different speeds depending on what you have available. These guys know what they are doing.
I believe in the patent that they have and proving to the world with a few more lawsuits should make the landing of licensing contracts without a lawsuit much easier and come quicker... We just need to get some conclusions on the existing lawsuits, and that is just around the corner.
Do you know anything about business? 42% GAIN in Revenue over last year is not a small amount. The road ahead looks like that will be a small growth %, but only time will tell. $800k cash... how are they going to be out of $ in a month? You sprinkle truth with lies... Wish your posts were gone and nobody had to waste time on you.
Yep, and because they see it everywhere from banking to their cell phone bills, to just standard registration for different websites many don't think that someone owns that technology patent. Companies using it don't even realize it, but they will soon! And that is what is the major task of our CEO and marketing department.
Volume is indicator that those that know what this company owns in its patents have positioned themselves well and are holding their shares tightly.
No news means MMs can play their games and stock moves sideways until new investors discover this company.... and they will being on HSN again this weekend!
Yep, and with just one lawsuit completed.... Let alone 3 grouped together, StrikeForce and their ability to more aggressively grab cyber security market share will skyrocket IMO.
Great progress was made in those 4 quarters and we've got implications that Q1 2017 will continue this great growth!
Very excited to be a part of this company at this stage of the game. It won't be a penny stock for long!
Looks good! Great increase Y/Y with even more expected in 2017 Q1

Did you bring up SFOR on their board and point people to a true winner?
I discovered that you must purchase the product through HSN in order to write a review on it. I own it, but not allowed to review it on their website. I haven't tried writing reviews on other sites other than Amazon where I purchased it from though.... yet.
Completely agree... however that means that I'm going to load up on more shares now! Easy money with a little patience :D
I've also spread the word and have 1 new investor and two in the wings waiting for $ to clear since last week. Father is in with me since .0091
Bring someone with you on this amazing ride up! $$$
Let's do this my fellow brilliant or lucky investors!
Must have been back several years ago when a R/S happened. Good thing SFOR is past its infancy and toddler stages and has moved into being a young adult, soon to be discovered by the world.
I know you may feel burnt, but SFOR isn't the same company it used to be. It's much bigger, stronger, more contracts, more visibility by the patent infringers, and closer to a Buyout!
Perfect time to buy into this company... Read or Re-Read the stickies with all the catalysts and DD done!
I'm with you on that one...
1) SFOR
2) ENDV
OMG, I'm in Orlando, FL to do 6 talks for a conference.... and I am having the hardest time prepping because I can't stop watching my $ go so far up. Hard to believe that StrikeForce is just now getting started!
GLTA
You just want the shares to drop so you can get more of them. I've doubled my money over the last few weeks. You've been around here for a long time... Obviously you are an investor/day trader/flipper. Just so anyone unfamiliar with the board is here.
Amen, Right on brother! I do the same, but never asked what I pray for.
Yep! AAPL has always been my best savings account... Way better than any bank.
I honestly don't understand why anyone other than a day trader would sell this stock at these prices... Unless desperate for beer money.
Perfect time for more extremely cheap shares as long as one isn't full of fear or lack of any bit of patience... in that case they shouldn't be in stocks to begin with.
$ENDV looks to be a silver mine ( better than Gold in ROI by far )
Booyah!
SFORs exponential PPS climb recently looks to be forming up well and just beginning prior to the PR and known Q over Q and K over K increase!
Very interesting!
Time for reading stickies with lots of DD!
I wonder if AAPL is already licensing the patent use from SFOR (StrikeForce Technologies) or is just planning on it in the near future.... Hmmm.
Yeah, my first buy was on Friday. Seeing today just sucks!
Wow... are there no ASKS out there? The last purchase price is higher that the current ASK... Are we locking up these shares that much longs? :D
Well, I'm in. I only have $5k to play since I'm tied up in SFOR mostly in Cyber Security, but wanted this diversification. This looks very promising!
Well... If he wanted to keep the price lower and actually accumulate all of the TOTAL shares he wants... buying in smaller increments to not set off the price prior to grabbing all the desired shares is how I might take this slow 1,000 at a time approach. Putting in a $2,000,000 order on the ask at .05 isn't going to get aquired.
IMO
Can anyone point me to a link or site that has more detailed information about the trials or tests that have already been completed... I'd like to look at more detailed results they have achieved to date.
Thanks
