. . . what the 'H'??? This stock is sinking faster than a TURD! With a great product like theirs, what gives; anyone want to take a stab at it???
That's it; pump, pump, pump... This stock is a TURD! After struggling with them since 4/13/2007 I just dumped all my holdings in this useless company at a 82.4% loss. I've never seen a smoke 'n mirrors company skim like this one does. Invest if you will BUT don't put your kids money here hoping it'll grow enough to ever send them to college. You won't earn enough in 15 years to take the family to Burger King...
Booyah . . . NO!!!!
SP back in '09 was $.55/share!!! Hard to believe, huh?!?!
. . . been waitin' here since 12/29/2009, that's right - 2009...
How's 'bout a real big Booyah!!!
. . . you are correct, BUT it is acting worse than if it were pink. One would think that companies would be hot after their product with the Obummer crowd hollering about contamination from fracking, etc. Something surely seems amiss...
I've had this happen to me both ways on the same day. My BUY order would get filled in the AM and in trying to buy more later in the day got cancelled with the 'call your broker' message. I figured it had to do with them not wanting to be bothered with a penny stock.
. . . TRUST ME . . . IF I wanted to speak to someone there I know where to find a phone number. Worst scenario, I do live close enough that I can be parked at their front door in about an hour...
Duh?!?! My point is that even IF I were Gil, do you think I would pick up the phone and return calls everytime someone with a few thousand shares had a question; NOT!!!
Yes, talking to the CEO or Prez sounds kool but while in the middle of buyouts/mergers/splits, etc. these dudes are required to keep their traps shut and that means not talking to we investors....
It is called 'multi-tasking', ha ha...
I am very impressed AND pleased with the movement of this company! Great things appear to be over the horizon for we investors.
. . . do you folks really expect Gil or someone to answer their phone every time an investor has a question OR spends a couple hundred bucks on a penny (or less...) stock? NAH! If they did, that is all they would get done as I am sure they have more important issues to deal with if they are honestly working to move this company forward.
Gil is also involved with Breitling (BECC). I recently tried contacting him there, by phone and e-mails, and am still waiting for his response, although I honestly do not expect a reply for the same reason stated above.
And for the record, I am heavily invested in both ACLP (since 2005!) and BECC and being a retired Director in an information management corporation know pretty much how the corporate/investment world operates. As I mentioned before folks, patience folks; patience...
Whether this company turns out to be a turd or a rose, one or the other should soon float to the top of the pool and we ALL should have most of our questions and/or concerns answered.
Booyah!!!
I like the speed and direction that this company is moving; slow, precise and with obvious motive and mission... Anyone ever hear the story about the turtle???
Booyah!
. . . all great things take time; patience folks, patience...
One thing for sure, Chris is working hard to get us some credibility with our peers. Also, I believe BECC has more 'gunpowder' than many investors are aware of. JMHO...
. . . agreed pita...
I'm guessing too from the posts that very few have experienced a R/S. And you are correct on the bottom dropping out of share prices most times after the split. No one likes to face up to it but facts are facts. It sadly has scared away many folks that otherwise may have invested in a company.
. . . it worked; I saw the interview; did a quick research and BOUGHT in. Looked interesting enuff to me! Booyah!
I doubt that we'll get much information right now regarding a merger or anything... Might that info now be considered 'inside information'? Someone smarter than me on this board ought to know how the tax boyz would look at that.
Right; I found this info on Gil but it is for his company, Capital Markets, not BECC. His function at BECC is basically a 'bean counter' of sorts (Investor Relations); nothing more; a glorified pencil-pusher. Otherwise BECC would have his photo plastered on their corporate website with their other board members.
If you are referring to BECC, please provide proof that he holds a position there, ok? TIA
Not sure of this posting...
A poster on the BECC (Breitling) Board states: ". . . he (Gil) is VP at Capital Markets.... his own little IR firm. He only sub-contracts his services to Breitling. And if you ask me he won't last long."
In researching this on my own, I could not find any mention of Gil holding any position at BECC. If anyone can provide a link proving otherwise please post it to confirm this, ok?
Being a 'newbie' on this Board and a new BECC investor I appreciate the info. It was posted on another board that the CEO at that company (ACLP) was also a VP at BECC so I decided to do some digging and here I am investing in hopefully a great upstart company. Things look impressive to me... Booyah!
I believe the original announcement stated the financials can take up to 90 days; normal period...
I too was surprised that there was near-zero movement on this with that announcement. Lots of these 'pinks' act like this for some reason. Guess most folks don't get as excited over news like many of us do. They'll be sorry, heh heh heh....
Booyah!
All we need is for someone like Halliburton or Sunoco to buy them. Then the fun will begin! This company and their product is in my opinion one of the best kept secrets going! When the Obummer/EPA crowd tighten up more on treating runoff/waste then the real worth of this product will get notice and then its Booyah for us and off to the races!
For those 'newbies' (and oldies too...) looking for info on reverse mergers, etc., here is a good link from WIKI ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reverse_takeover ). If there are no hidden surprises the EIP merger should not take much longer.
. . . even at .0002, this is still one great buy!
Eye bee stockin' up...
Booyah!!!
I too like the concept but Energy Star is not a new product. USA Technologies (USAT - http://www.usatech.com/) has been selling this product (EnergyMiser) for years. This market is probably as lucrative as selling fender skirts for a '58 Chevy...
. . . looks like we had a train wreck this morning...
I'm not looking for any action here before the middle of '14... Very seldom do businesses concentrate on much more than finalyzing their end of year financials (good or bad...) AND partying...
Hang in there folks; don't give up the ship yet...
Well, I may as well 'tick' off a few folks BUT patience IS a virtue guys... You cannot compare what was done four years ago by a previous CEO, under WAY different conditions, with todays ACLP.
Everyone keeps hollering for updates. As is/has been reported by those that have spoken with Gil, THERE IS NOTHING TO REPORT AT THIS TIME. Being invested for YEARS with TCNH/EOIR/ACLP et al, I am confident that when news IS news that news WILL be reported.
Looking at ACLP like it is one giant lottery ticket will only frustrate investors. Again, patience IS a virtue and being patient, in my opinion, will pay off in due time; not before...
The business world is a very cruel and tough environment to deal with. A small corporation such as ACLP must have their "P's and Q's" in order to win contracts regardless of how good you believe and/or know your product is.
Case in point: in 1988 the new database company I was working for developed a product enabling electronic parts books and their printing on demand usually within 48 hours; unheard of at that time.
It was only due to the personal relationship (called sticking his neck out...) between a manager of that OEM manufacturer and the president of our small company that we were entrusted to pull off this venture. We won the contract and our product basically blew the doors off our competitors. Over the years just that part of the business has grown tremendously.
My point is that small corporations need the right connections to get the ball rolling on their product. My hope with ACLP is that just one bidder on these NETCENT contracts give enough trust to ACLP to partner with them to deliver their 3D product. Once this happens then we should see ACLP 'rock 'n roll'.
I am still bullish!!! Booyah...
From a 7/10/12 Business Wire news release, “This 3D imaging technology was acquired as part of the Company’s acquisition of Technest Holdings in 2011."
I never could figure out what Technest was doing with their 3D technology... All I remember is they were always 'developing' so that was the main reason I hung with them for so long; THE TECHNOLOGY.
From the direction it appears law enforcement etc. is going this should be a no-brainer for investing in this company. At least that is why I've stuck with them for so long.
please . . . patience folks; patience... There is no need to keep calling a company CEO every few days for updates as normally there is nothing to report. Mergers, R/S's etc. do take time. Been there; done that over my 71 year life span... We've already been told the latest and our pestering Gil will not speed things up.
The GOOD news folks (finally) is that we have been told good results are on the way which is more than I have heard from this company for years. Our reward will come when it is ready, keeping in mind that when news is released that I'm sure our CEO will get his reward too so he has no reason to hold us off. I have been invested here for going on five years and have never seen this much activity. Something is up and good things do appear to be on the horizon!
Don't believe some trades will show up as a 'single'
trade or transaction.
Case in point, I picked up 750K at 13:22:41 and it showed up as 1983333 shares traded. It appears brokers can and/or will lump multiple orders together.
Then please explain this:
"Energy Innovative Products has signed a letter of intent to acquire 100% of the assets, existing business, sales pipeline and current work in progress of Energy Edge Group, LLC (EEG). The intended acquisition would immediately establish EIP's planned energy services division as a significant operator in the energy efficiency engineering, construction and services arenas.
"The anticipated acquisition of Energy Edge Group, LLC signals the first of what we expect to be many synergistic acquisitions designed to quickly and systematically further the growth of our business," stated Scott Caputo, President of EIP. "EEG brings extensive industry expertise, an impressive sales pipeline and revenues of over $360,000 just this month with another $850,000 in revenues expected next month."
EEG is the one generating the loot; NOT EIP
Great question as what puzzles me is that Energy Edge Group, LLC is the one generating the revenue; NOT Energy Innovative Products (EIP).
What was the purpose behind Accelpath and EIP's hooking up? What is EIP's gig? I forsee a truckload of overhead i.e. 'lots of chiefs' vs. 'indians' doing all of the work and eating up their revenue stream...
I DO hope I am wrong.
It is showing up on my account...
All of a sudden it appears that SOMEONE else has eyes on this company as I've never seen volumes like this in over five years of trading. A good omen; BOOYAH!!!
BUY; BUY; BUY...
Uh; 500 x .0004 for example would give us a whopping .20/share . . . still in the penny category...
