Oh, you can believe it EB!(lol) After 4mos of nothing from PRPM mgmt, and then seeing something even resembling a light at the end of the tunnel, most everyone's now working themselves into a frenzy at the slightest misstep.
It's only human nature. Unfortunately it's one of the lowest forms of, but whatcha gonna do?:)
Lou
(lol) Amen brother! Well said and spot on.
I saw that story when it first broke, and, believe it or not, it was over 100 seizures/day! I remember the number for being astonished when they said it, and thinking, "That poor kid".
Lou
Well, 500mil shares @.0009 or just under, comes out to the better part of 1/2mil $.
That seems to be a bit of a stretch, mrsdoubtfire. But if that is indeed true, I fully understand your being a bit schizo.:o) Wth \o/, I would be too!(lol)
Lou
Ya know Shon, it amuses and amazes me to no end, that the first daylight in 4mos PRPM has seen any daylight and some are already getting their panties in a bunch as soon as things don't go exactly according to plan. WOW!(lol)
I don't know about anyone else, but after 4mos looking at this as a write off, I've got another day or week, to see what happens.
Lou
You're howling at the moon, Mike. Most don't give a rat's ass as to what someone/anyone is going through, in regard to PRPM or anything else, for that matter. With the notable exception of themselves, naturally.
Lou
As much as there's some sort of trading lockout on PRPM, it's still 'Current' on OTC Markets. So I don't know where you're getting that caveat emptor stuff.
Now once this starts trading again, if they don't get their filings up to date, within whatever time period, then it would eventually slip to a 'stop' )no info), not CE. The CE designation is reserved for those who did more than simply not stay current in their info.
Lou
The skinny on Scottrade...
ST is trading PRPM, but will not accept the transfer of shares on penny stocks. You can open an acc't with them and then trade those shares, but they still will not accept a transfer of shares from another broker.
You can trade this or whatever, with them, same day with a bank draft. That's if you get to an office first thing in the AM. Other than that you can open an acc't online, but it takes 3 biz days to clear.
Have a good one all!
Lou
Sound$ good, neo!:)I've got nothing but
PRPM time.
Yeah chuckie, we know you love it. Heard it all before.
But, as before, FILM will rebound again and then some. I base that on it having done so before. Whereas, you have absolutely nothing to base your opinion on.
If you'll notice, the word 'before' keeps coming up, and is relevant in all cases.
Lou
Yep, only 710K @2 on the ask.:)
Whatever, chuckie! It's like they say, "One man's trash is another man's treasure". So let's just leave it at that and move on, shall we?
Lou
It's really quite an impressive list of accomplishments for a PS company that seemed to be at odds with itself, at best, just a year ago and almost seemed destined to circle the drain.
Didn't they also say that CW had some 50K followers on Twitter? I'm not much for the 'social media' experience and don't care to play, but that's fairly impressive, as well. Given it's basically a no name, little, wanna be production and distribution company. Or is it? BWHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Lou
Unless you're a curmudgeon, ya gots ta love the underdog!:) Besides that, it's the long shots that pay the best odds.
As far as that, 'if the shoe fits', stuff is concerned, if the shoe fits, LJ or whomever, damn well better put on his/her best go to the ball gown, and where it!:o)
I don't believe the gov't would turn it loose otherwise, and yes, this week and next (o/s disclosure wise) will tell the tale of the tape, imo.
You have a good one, as well, thanks for the update and I will.
Lou
As much as I hate to admit it, I kinda miss pulling up this board an not seeing that there were at least 30-40 posts by mid-afternoon.
That is until having started reading some/most of them. (lol)
Thank God \o/ that's over!:) At times, silence truly is golden.
Lou
Yepper, Indie films have been gaining popularity ever since Robert Redford, et al, started the Sundance Film Festival.
Lou
Ps: Btw, I hate you!(lol) My avg is .20, I haven't had the stones to trade it, for the float being as tight as a crabs ass:), and no cash to otherwise get any of those cheapies (.13s-.20s).
Boo Hoo!:(......:)
If the o/s is brought down to 2.5bil or less, and Kolbe's still on board, I don't think it will matter, all that much. Certainly not, when one compares the $3-400K Vortex brings in against the #s in the weed cultivation and distribution biz.
Fwiw, let's also consider the fact that just because the company and it's stock has been impeded, doesn't mean that nothing else has been accomplished in 4mos.
Lou
I'll take that one.:)...
They would have to first be purchased before being retired. That is, unless they are loose shares found during the course of some sort of audit. Whether on the books and not paid for or through some other book keeping screw up, once found they can either be returned to treasury, for possible resale, or retired, altogether.
I'm no regulations Yoda, so if anyone has a better answer, please do edify we, the unwashed masses.:o)
Lou
I'm not about to hold a revival, just yet.:) But, given what will certainly be a clean bill of health from Uncle Sam, and the prospect of a greatly reduced o/s, I'm somewhat more than cautiously optimistic as to our chances.
Lou
Just for S&G space, what are you and others of a like mind, going to say should PRPM not only come out the other side clean, as all can bet it will or not at all (FACT! NOT OPINION!), but with both guns blazing and the sp mimics the increases other MJ stocks have enjoyed?
Lou
Meaning it should be at or south of, if not greatly south, of 2.5bil, seeing as the reported o/s was roughly 5bil.
Lou
Great to be heard from, my friend.:)....
If this horse does do a turn about, it'll be considered as one of the darkest horses in IFlub history to do so.(lol)
That said, and given the extreme scrutiny this has most assuredly endured by multiple gov't agencies, I seriously doubt the Q&A thing on FB Saturday would've happened if there weren't a goodly amount of veracity to what was put out there.
Yup, giddyup, indeed!
Wish the same for you and your, as well.
Lou
Btw, how's out buddy G doing, these days?
Fwiw, I have little to no doubt that if and when PRPM starts trading across the board again, that it will do so as a vastly cleaner and tighter ship. With the cleaner part being a no brainer (not opinion, but fact), the only thing that will remain to be seen is how much tighter.
Imo, the o/s won't be more than 5bil, with the possibility of it being 3bil or less. Regardless, after the lengthy house cleaning, imposed and overseen by gov't agencies, that PRPM has gone through, all can rest assured that a completely new day will dawn upon PRPM's return to the stage.
Just exactly how sunny that new day will be remains to be seen.
Lou
Now that the decks have been cleared, with everyone having gone back to their respective corners, we can hopefully get back to honest opinions on CW & FILM, rather than vendetta inspired diatribes.:)
That said, FILM, at least for the time being:), is up a couple, once again, in continuing last week's stair step climb.
Do I smell .30s, if not .40s, before the audit and up list hits the wire?
No wise cracks from the peanut gallery (not you KS:)) as to smelling anything else, if you please.(lol)
Lou
Hey neo, good to see you.....
I'm thinking this has a chance to be one of the breakout stocks of the summer. Or, at the very least, allow those who held to easily recoup their investment.
It's either that or LJ has/is taking a huge risk for holding that Q&A and stating what he did as fact. Especially while under the watchful eye of at least one or two Federal agencies.
Imo, a whole new ballgame is about to begin. Kinda like a rain out in baseball.:)
Lou
TJ,
This might just might, I say might:), turn out better than any had hoped for. I say that because should PRPM come out the other side and start trading again, it will most assuredly be clean as a whistle from top to bottom, with no one being able to doubt it's transparency, and still under stringent scrutiny, I'm sure.
Who knows, this might wind up being the cure for the PS summertime blues.
Lou
Obviously rec'd your PM, but decided not to pay for those privileges months ago.
Hey Miller,
glad to be seen. Even if it's on this board!(lol)
One, if things weren't soon to be cleared up, if not already, I seriously doubt we would have heard a peep out of LJ. As he more than likely would've just faded into the sunset, imo.
Which speaks to your not so WishAG (Wildish Ass Guess:)) about a court or SEC/FINRA gag order. As I doubt he would've opened his mouth, and in doing so wouldn't give details because (under intense scrutiny, I'm sure) he couldn't.
All perfectly reasonable and a reason to have more than a bit of hope that this pony's about ready to come out of the gate. And do so with a much cleaned up, if not completely sterilized, background and things in the mix. Otherwise, why bother, right?
Have a good one guy, Lou
If I read the Q&A, kindly supplied by JudeNJames, correctly, he said in the next 2wks.
Still, now that things have become a bit more out in the open, as of yesterday, maybe all can hold out a little hope, as to recouping losses and or, dare I say it, entertain the notion of the of making a profit.
Lou
Must be the wrong board, SCHNARZY. Post 20493 on this board must have been 2yrs ago, if not more.
Lou
PF, you need to check the bottom of the reply I posted to you earlier today and get back to me as I asked (via email).
Lou
That's right, enough said! That 74K was plenty for the time being, and enough to raise the sp for the third consecutive day.
Lou
Btw, I reached out to the person in question, and will address the concerns of your fellow board mates, given the opportunity. Other than that, I can't promise anything. In the meantime, how about showing a little class, seeing as I and no one else here is bothering a soul. At least none I know of.:)
LOL! I seriously doubt a company that had already done a 1:250 r/s at the beginning of the year, and now has an o/s of only 30mil, partly due to their S&T finding and returning 5mil to treasury, would even come close to entertaining the idea of a r/s.
Now that's 'the truth'
Lou
For all anyone knows, once the smoke clears, this just might work out better for those who hung in there than all could have ever imagined.:)
Then again, all concerned just might be the recipients of a big old hair cut.:(
As you said, we'll find out, soon enough.
Lou
Everyone has to agree, as far as FILM's float is concerned. Especially seeing as it's so well documented. Even kept up to date on this site's 'Quote' page, which is a real rarity.
Lou
Btw, I need you to shoot me an email @ justashotaway2002@yahoo.com, asap. It doesn't have to be anything in particular, just so I can send something back that you, personally, need to know and act on, also asap.
Thanks PM, and back at ya.:)....
As to the recent pages of those with their goodies in a wringer on the FILM board, I believe I know what the story is on that and will endeavor to correct it.
Good on ya guy, and have a great weekend.
Lou
Really? Then maybe you should be more clear, while doing whatever it is you're doing here, and attempting to get you're message across.
Not that you already haven't made your opinion on Cre8tive Works crystal clear. The only that remains to be seen is why.
Lou
From what I understand, Richard Smith went over every document, ledger, receipt, et al, going back to '03. That's how the 5mil shares were found and returned to treasury.
So imo, both the audit and up list should go smoothly and quickly.
Lou
(lol) Yep, I see other detractors (shorters?) have joined the FILM board, so it must be on radar.
If it weren't so pathetically obvious it would be downright hysterical. So I hope any and all that might be shorting this or already have, get a rude awakening, real soon.
Remember, CW's S&T worked on the Canadian exchange and is privy to who's doing what (through their transfer agent, if nothing else), as far as trades are concerned. So he can see who's doing or attempting to do, whatever, and knows just how to handle it.
Imo, btwn now and year's end, some here will be very happy, while others will be eating crow.
Lou
Thanks TB, looks good! :)
Thanks Tink, it's much appreciated. I can't speak for anyone else, but it'd take me a year and a day, and even then, I'd probably screw it up.:)
Lou
Ps: I hate to ask, but, given the time and inclination, could you remove MMA Animals, and maybe put the other cartoon in it's place?
