LMAO! So in your mind no one's worth a shit, huh?
That being the case, I suggest you either run for Pres in '16 or put in an app with the SEC and work your way up to Director. That way, once in a position of ultimate power, all could see what you'd bring to the table, and judge your actions as critically as you judge others.
Like I said, just a suggestion. Though I'm certain you'd fair much better at either calling.
Lou
Although we agree on the SEC's absence, as to how can these A-holes can still be selling shares of PRPM, WTH is Obama supposed to do about it!(lol)
Anyone who keeps current, whatsoever, should know that btwn the Ukraine being on the verge of war with Russia, ISIS in Iraq & Syria and terrorism in general, along with the economy, immigration and racial tensions at home (just to hit the highlights), his plate's just a tad full these days.
So what is it exactly you and whomever else would care to see him do about a relatively obscure penny stock?
As the football crew on ESPN would say, "COME ON, MAN!".:)
Lou
Btw, I see PRPM has finally been downgraded on otcmarkets. But only to a 'yield'. Still holding out hope for a good pump, if nothing else, once the year long lock is over in January(?).
I agree, PM. I believe they've got all the BS out of the way, the audit has been financed and '15 will be a good year.
I'm not going to chase too much, but I'd still like to double my position before the 1st.
Lou
With the two out of sorts buys @.0199 aside, it seems some/someone felt it was worth hitting the ask for a few, today.
Looks like I'm not getting my 5s and maybe won't even get any at where I raised my bid to (.0069).:( Oh well.:)
Lou
Regardless of what anyone says/said, Etrade is still restricting trading on PRPM, which is all I need to know.
However, fwiw, we are coming up on a year since the lock was put in place. So let's see what happens in a month or so. I mean, what the heck! It can't get much/any worse.(lol)
Lou
Hey gman, At least they're keeping current on a daily basis and not just from one Q to the next.
I say that because I noticed that mgmt updated the o/s & float on otcmarkets, as of the 12th of this month. It is as follows...,
O/S 41,204,490 a/o Dec 12, 2014
Float 23,229,367
which puts both up another 2mil from the previous update.
Although theses minor increases are nothing to cry about, one would still hope those shares are being put to good use. Who knows, maybe (hopefully) this last increase was a stock swap to pay for that ever impending audit, which I do believe we'll get sometime after the first of the year. Therefore including the last Q of '14, with what are still an extremely low o/s & float, and starting the new year with a clean slate. That would certainly ready the company to move forward in a manner unlike that which we've seen, to date.
Lou
Wish I could brag on having gotten 1s, but I'll take the rebound and the handful I got low 2s, nonetheless.
Anyway, it looks like a continuation of Friday's interest, by whomever, for whatever reason(s), so it would appear something's out of the bag. If so, I hope it's a big old hairy cat with a whole bunch of $s hanging off it's furry ass.:o)
Lou
Lookie at what decided to wake up today! I hate to say it, but it would appear that either something's up, someone believes there is or will be, in short order.
Lou
Fwiw, PRPM is still 'current'. \o/WTH! Simply amazing!:o)
Must've missed this one from last week. If mgmt can really get this thing up and running, they need to invest in a better news wire service, because, imo, this 'Accessswire' ain't worth squat.:(

11/06/2014 [ACCESSWIRE]
MIAMI BEACH, FL / ACCESSWIRE / November 6, 2014 / Cre8tive Works, Inc. ("Cre8tive") (FILM) today announced that the Company has signed a Term Sheet with Sistar Films Inc. to fund an independent film project titled "Gord".
Cre8tive Works has agreed to raise between $1.2 million and $1.5 million on a "best efforts basis" for investment in "Gord" in exchange for a designated percentage of the film project's net revenues that could reach 50% dependent upon the number of additional investors brought on by the producer. Cre8tive will have access to all financial records throughout the production and revenue generating stages and will be granted "Executive Producer" credits on the project upon completion of the minimum funding, according to the term sheet.
Net revenues generated by the film include, but are not limited to tax credit rebates, revenues from worldwide distribution licensing fees, revenue from online downloads, pay-per-view, DVD sales, royalties, music publishing, web-related sales and merchandising net of any agreed upon distribution costs, according to the Term Sheet.
"Gord" will be incorporated in the Province of British Columbia (BC) and structured to maximize available tax credits which is part of Cre8tive Works' business model highlighted in a previous news announcement.
The Company expects to recover a significant percentage of its financial investment in the film project within one year in the form of a Production Services Tax Credit (PSTC) issued by the BC government.
"Cre8tive Works is pleased to announce our commitment to fund the independent film 'Gord,' which has tremendous potential to secure a major worldwide distribution deal and a successful premier at a prominent festival due to its strong comedic and edgy performances. Our confidence also stems from very positive feedback and coverage that the film has received from a number of prominent sales companies and distributors that we have been in discussions with," commented Cre8tive Works' CEO, Andrew McLaughlin.
"Gord" is a dark comedy/mockumentary that the producer anticipates will be completed and ready to debut at film festivals in the fall of 2015. For more information, visit www.imdb.com/title/tt4012558.
"'Gord' is the third commercially viable film project that Cre8tive Works has agreed to fund in the last few months. The Company now has a 'package' of films that we believe have an excellent chance for success and can begin negotiating distribution agreements. Additionally, Cre8tive can now utilize its network of European contracts with which we have had successful dealings in the past to raise additional capital if necessary due to the fact that we've begun the process of becoming fully reporting with the SEC," added Richard Smith, Cre8tive Works' CFO.
The marketing campaign for the film "Gord" will encompass poster, print and online platforms including traditional social media sites Facebook and Twitter. Cre8tive Works will also have a dedicated website and launch awareness campaigns that include an in-theatre movie trailer to create early awareness to ensure that moviegoers know the film is coming soon.
Ask Luther's bud, the Dali Lama.:)
:).......PRPM!
If lack of $ was the reason for the delay, and the o/s is still at 30mil, then sell some shares and get on with it. I mean, even @.05, 5mil shares would bring in $250K, which would cover most audits 2Xs over.
Well, as always, we shall see.
In the meantime, I just wish they'd use a news service that actually showed up somewhere other than a place it takes a data miner to find.(lol) Because this Accesswire sure as shit doesn't come up on Etrade, otcmarkets or even on this site.
Lou
Amen to that M! At this point they really need to show us their resolve and get that audit done in a timely fashion. Imo, if they do, we're in good shape.:) If not, we stay where we are.:(
Lou
LMAO! That was good, dukeb. Seeing as Kolbe has only been mentioned somewhere in the neighborhood of 3-5, thus far:), I'm gonna take the under.
I neither know nor care about the whys and wherefores, but something seems to definitely be in the works. So what's another 2-3wks or months, for that matter, at this point.
Lou
Hey guy, how's it going!?....
I agree. Although maybe through nothing more than wishful thinking, I believe there still just might be something to this thing. If for no other reason than it still holding a 'current' status on otcmarkets, for whatever reason(s).
So imo, there's something still right here, though it would appear otherwise. As always, anything goes down here in The Wild, Wild West, so it would pay to be both patient and vigilant.
Have a good one, Lou
Well, fwiw, according to otcmarkets, SUTI is shown as audited and therefore fully reporting.
It still boggles the mind though, at least my little pea brain, that PRPM has retained it's 'current' status on that site.
Lou
Imo, it's certainly worth considering if you can get back in @.10 or below.
Lou
Ah yeah, that's pretty much what 'snake eyes' means. But thanks anyway, Cptn PRPM Obvious. :)
Lou
Since I didn't, and don't, know these clowns, I wasn't fighting for them. However, I'm always on the side of optimism and common courtesy to one another, while allowing things to play out.
Imho, this has played out and come up snake eyes. So all that remains is the common courtesy part, which many haven't been able to handle that very well either. Oh well!\o/
Lou
Nah, the stock's not a fraud, just the company and those who run it. It's kind of like it being people, not guns, who kill people.
Lou
I stuck it out one time and got slapped.:o) Oh, you mean PRPM.
Lou
My sentiments, exactly.
Really Davyd? Please, tell us more! Not really.
Well, if it is the end of days, so to speak, we'd best hope someone's in the market for a shell that needs some house cleaning.
Lou
Although not exactly the greatest of news, it was a year ago, and only a warrant, not an indictment, let alone a conviction.
But if there is any such info to be had, I'm sure someone here will find it.
Release the hounds!!\o/:o)
Lou
It's your prerogative, but you're wasting your time.
Thanks itk, but I've been here for a looooong time.
Lou
The pieces must surely be falling into place now, as they felt it a good time to begin an awareness campaign. Hmmmm, and just in time for Labor Day.
Though I could ill afford it, I found enough change in the couch cushions to snag a small handful @.10, after all. \o/Yea!! :)
Lou
Good call, as it's been there before, and, imo, somewhat to much higher, depending on what that news is.
The float's so thin it's almost nonexistent, and I've seen those with much higher ones move 300-500% from the 20s & 30s, in just a couple of hours.
Lou
Yep! In fact I scraped the bottom of the barrel, cash wise, to pick some up @.095. Imo, high teens, low .20's are a no brainer by the end of next week, if not much sooner.
Lou
Imo, he's being honest, as to the possibility of the lock not being lifted in a more timely manner, and doing whatever necessary, including an end run, to pull this out.
Most don't understand or don't care to, that if the problem was so bad and or pervasive, PRPM would've been halted, altogether. That, and it would've been residing on the GSs, with the real losers, and not still trading, albeit in a restricted fashion, let alone still 'Current' on otcmarkets.
Lou
Soooo, what's the skinny on the big FB Q&A, thus far?
Maybe one of the youngters who is keeping up with it wouldn't mind bringing us old bas**ds, who don't screw with that stuff, up to speed, sometime later this evening.
Not that it means much, as actions speak louder than words, but it'd be much appreciated, just the same.
Lou
All this hand wringing over a PS stock is borderline ridiculous, imo. It's nothing more than the same old, same old, and anyone who has been around for more than a minute should understand that.
So come on folks, this is the Wild, Wild West here! Everyone needs to put on their big boy/girl pants and suck it up, already. Because what ever is gonna happen is gonna happen, regardless.
Lou
LOL! I gotta admit, that was a good one!
Good for him and yeah, for the moment.
LMAO, at your response to the harbinger of doom. Yeah, I'm talkin about you, E!:)
As a friend of mine is fond of saying, when it comes to things such as this, 'It ain't worth two tears in a bucket', and that's the way I'm looking at it. As I try to do with anything remotely as iffy as penny, let alone sub-penny, stocks.
Lou
So have many others, myself included, who held losers for years, and had long since written them off. Only to awake one day to find said loser having stepped from the grave to a 500, 1, 2 or 3K% gain.
Lou
I like a good pretzel too, D. Especially the salty kind, like EE*O:), because they're the ones which seem to have the biggest payoffs, in the end.
You and yours have a great weekend, up there in The Great White North, my friend.
Lou
I had thought that we'd hear something this week, but maybe not. Unless, of course, we get it AH. Who knows, but there's a distinct possibility they might be holding back for Labor Day being just around the corner. I mean, why waste good ammo when the Pinkyland summer doldrums are almost at an end?
I know that's giving mgmt he benefit of the doubt, which one normally shouldn't, really almost never, do with PS companies, but I'm willing to go the extra mile with this one. They not only didn't dilute in 8mos after a r/s, but returned roughly 1/7th of the entire o/s to treasury, which is pretty much unheard of with stocks having an o/s of under a billion shares. Let alone how small FILM's o/s was (35mil), in the first place. They also did a sterling job on the website, which I hear isn't done yet, and stayed current on all fronts.
Aaaanyyyywaaay, as always, I hope you and all else here have a happy, healthy and safe weekend.:)
