From your lips to God's ear & back.
(lol) You and me both, my friend. Unfortunately, that took me by surprise, and was pretty much over by the time I got around to looking at it, that day. That, and I think it actually touched .0475, according to Eturd's marker caster.
Well, with only 49mil in the o/s and a relatively small float, as you noted in it's willingness to move, it won't take much for it to exceed that .044 or .0475 mark, imo.
Come oooon audit!:)
Lou
(lol) Good for you! I wish I were....new to this stock, that is. Some here, if not many, have been through two name and ticker changes and an r/s of 1:250.
You're in a good position, so I hope it pays off for you. At that avg this would pretty much have to tank for it not to, and I sincerely don't believe it will.
Lou
Aaah, so that was your 1/2mil on the bid, was it?:)
That's okay, you're still in a lot better shape than me, and I, along with a good handful of others, have been here for quite awhile. I've got almost 1/3 more in this than what you put up today, and only have 150K shares to show for it. So, relatively speaking, you're doing just fine.
I'm not bitchin, too much:), but I started out (post r/s) with only 30k shares @ an avg of .20. The real bitch of it being that I was doing better than some I know.(lol) At least I'm down to a manageable .05 avg now.
Anyway, it would seem, given yesterday and today's trading, that the low end (below .01) has been bought up. That said, I hope mgmt gets on with the show, real soon. Like btwn now and the end of next month.
Lou
Nice action yesterday, all trades being buys, and great bid support today, with 1/2mil on the bid and only 36K on the ask.:)
Looks like the .00s might be history.
Lou
I find it difficult to trust anyone, these days!(lol)
Lou
I'd pm or email, but I'm on a freebie here and don't have your addy. What now?\o/ :)
Same shit, different day/week/month, I see. But, as I've said many Xs before, ya gotta watch these sneaky, stinky pinkies. GThey\'ve got a way of surprising the most seasoned of veterans. Not that I'm saying this one will do that, but ya just never know.:)
Tryin' to keep a good thought.....
Lou
(lol) Yep Arch, it's easy to hang in there when you don't have a choice.
I'm as skeptical as the next person, just not willing to be an ignorant ass, with or without a particular axe to grind, and continually post hateful BS, as some here do.
But where there's any kind of communication, whether it be from PRPM or the mgmt any other company, there's still hope. Maybe not much, but still better than drop dead silence. Especially when and where there's simply nothing more to be gained by lying, as in a situation such as this, lock and all.
Imo, there has got to be something in the works, be it legit or more smoke and mirrors. Because with no impetus, you can't get blood out of a stone, and we're the stone.:)
Bolty, Lou
Were you expecting something out of the ordinary?:)
You betcha. And I am at peace as much as this life and messing with penny stocks will allow. After all, He's in control, and greater is He who is in me, than he (small h) who is in the world. So, for the most, I just lean on Him and try my best to go with the flow. Still need to get my butt up earlier, though.(lol)
GN, Lou
Btw, screw those demons, for the aforementioned reason.:)
Thanks PM, but Dad must've been P Oed at me or he would've made sure I was up an hour earlier this morning. :)
Lou
He's listening. Same to you PM.
LOL! Or as they say in the South, 'Like a scalded dog'.
I only wish I had a heads up as what was going to happen this morning. My ass would've been up earlier, which it should've been anyway:), and gladly trading my original 30K, (post split) shares for 60K.
Now that the tone seems to have been set, I do believe I'll be rising earlier in the future.
BOLTA, Lou
This was an exceptional day for CW & it's/our stock. And, imo, just the beginning of a turning point for both.
I hit up RS every now and again, and I can say, with a good amount of certainty, that it wasn't a paid promo. They've admitted to being burned before and are being very selective, going forward. But if it was, they must've have not only found a good one, but I'd bet the audit's almost, if not already, done.
In fact, from what I understand, as late as last week, they were still shopping around for a good, legit IR/promo person/group that wouldn't asked for the moon in return for services rendered. Imo, I wouldn't look for any kind of a promo, at least not a heavyweight one, until the audit is either completed or within days to a week or so, of completion. I think they're done wasting their powder.
Personally, I'm very enthused. As a fairly large sum of $ stepped up to the plate today, for no apparently earth shattering reason (hmmmm:)). In the process clearing out most everything <.02 and a god bit above that, which is saying something.
So let that be your guide. As they say, volume before $.
BOLTA, Lou
Hey M,
Fwiw, the way I see it, and what it comes down to, for all too many here, is that the lock needs to be lifted, period. Until then, it matters little what Luther or anyone else, does with PRPM. Unless your shares are with Scottrade or whatever broker has been muddling through this nonsense, you're screwed, period. And here's why:
Imo, as far as shares of this SUTI is concerned, if it ever happens (big if, in my book), that's basically a losing proposition, anyway. If we do get shares, it'll be at a price to the sp of SUTI, and no small price that would be. So wherever that sp stands now, I haven't bothered checking, you can cut it by at least 1/4. Then, as soon as those shares hit folk's trading acc'ts, Katie bar the door!:o) You wanna see a run for the exits, watch this shit!(lol) That, and even if we get 1:10 (roughly 1bil), that sucks! As it would be still be nothing more than mere pennies on our PRPM $, and for what? For us to sell into a quickly evaporating SUTI $. Shoot, don't bother on my acc't.:( That is, unless whomever at SUTI pulls a rabbit out of their.......hat.:)
So, getting a dime on a dollar (at best) aside, our only hope of recouping anything that isn't laughable is for Luther to pull something out of his ass, starting with the lock, and light a fire under PRPM. Whether it's a smoke and mirrors one or legit, it matter little to me. Just as long as it gets this berg even half way to .001. Where some will make $, some will get 1/2 back and those who bought in above that, well, it beats a poke in the eye with a sharp stick (locked with no bid).
Whew! That rant was waaaay overdue. But as I and others have said, here and all over sites such as this, ya just never know, down here. Lacking any notable trading skill(s), the only one I lucked out on, well into five figures, was a total scam. One which was initially Ped&Ded down to trip 2 and came roaring back to a high of .051. That's when the roof fell in, for once and for all. But still.:) So let's see.
Take care M, and bolta!
Lou
That's okay guy, those of us who have been here awhile are enjoying seeing the bid looking much better than the ask has in months.
It'd be nice if others would allow us this moment/day before trying to drag it down for a reload. Nothing personal, just saying, in general.
Lou
Yepper TB! As much as it's a worn out expression in Pinkyland, it would certainly appear one or more people/entities knows/knew something.:) Enjoying what I'm seeing, regardless.
I honestly believe mgmt gave everyone the old rope a dope with that same ol', same ol' PR. In fact i mentioned that possibility on another site (Investors Hangout). But this time me thinks our long awaited audit is about to come to fruition. If so, YEA!\o/ (lol)
Lou
Although skeptical, one can only hope such will be the case. Especially the part about being better prepared.:)
What the heck, most here have already paid the price of admission and hope costs nothing. So IIII'm a hopin and a prayin that this comes out the other side in one piece, more than less.
As I and others have said, ya just never know, down here in The Wild, Wild West of trading.
Lou
Sheeeet, I haven't so much been positive, as silent.
Although I haven't pissed and moaned, and ridden this into the ground as some have chosen to do (it serves no good purpose), it'll take more than another one of those vague, poorly written tweets or FB posts for me to even think about jumping back on this band wagon.
That said, I certainly hope you're right, for the sake of all concerned. Trust me, I'd love little else more, than to recoup my coin here, if nothing else. But it's a long way back from a no bid lock to where I've been holding a bag @.001+.:(
BOLTA, Lou
I don't know about all that, RSF! But if that's the case, that boy needs to get off his phone and on a PC or laptop, pronto. Because whatever conveyance he's using ain't workin', and hasn't for more than a year now.
Lou
Thanks OP, from those of us (old farts) who don't FB or tweet.
No flies on you, but I found this hilarious...
Thank you for hanging in there we have now begun our climb to the top again
First, let's address the 'hanging in there' part. I don't see where any credit is deserved or should be given for hanging on to something one couldn't get rid of if their hair was on fire.
"Climb to the top again"? Did I miss something, just stupid or am I suffering from early onset Alzheimers!? Exactly when was the first time this thing was on top!
And, as per the norm, in general, the grammar, spelling & punctuation sounds as if it's coming from someone whose first language isn't English.
LMAO, Lou
But stay tuned! As ya never know what's around the next corner, in Pinkyland!
Imo, one of the reasons FILM will move up, post audit, is the potential capital that being fully reporting will bring in. Which, up until now, has been sitting on the sidelines waiting, as have we and other retail investors.
I think it's getting close to giddy up time! It's now or never CW!:)
Lou
No sweat Tink! It's the least I can do, with admin having seen fit to remove me from my mod position here.
It's been a long, long road. But CW, and it's mgmt, hasn't had the earmarks of a typical stinky pinky (late or no filings, excessive dilution, etc., etc.), so I'm looking forward to them fulfilling many, if not all, of their goals, this year.\o/
Lou
The company put out some news on otcmarkets this morning. Although, overall, it's little more than one of the rehashes of info we've become used to, it is a tad more detailed and definitive.
Hopefully they'll have something to go with it, along the lines of backing the forward looking statements in it, in fairly short order. Imo, they are, and have been, on the track. It's just been a painfully long process without the necessary capital that an audit will almost assuredly bring in, one way or another. Then, once the powers (wallets) that be are appeased, audit wise, we'll truly see what this amounts to. But not until then. Unless of someone pulls the likes of a rabbit out of their posterior, in the meantime.:o)
Lou
One, make that hundreds, can only hope.:)
That's all well and good, regardless of where it came from, and I sincerely hope their intentions even come close to matching the rhetoric.
In any event, they're still sorely lacking someone with better skills to write for them. That way, at least mgmt won't sound like they come from Eastern Europe. Whether they actually do or not is a different story.:)
Lou
Thanks TJ. Look at it this way, next year has to be better.
Doesn't it?:)
Lou
Guess what? You've got plenty of company!(lol)
Mmmmm, PRPM New Years lamb chops!:) Will it be feast or famine?
Only The Shadow knows!
I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable New Year's Eve and I wish all a Happy, Healthy & Prosperous New Year!
Lou
I would, if I could. But I can't, so I guess I won't.:(
Lou
So it would seem. If the lock's not lifted in the next 1-2mos, as the year will be up, they'll be a whole lot of folks left to turn those lights off.
But, as foolhardy as it may be, I'm still holding out some hope for a resurrection, in whatever form it might take, in '15. It certainly helps to not have a choice in the matter.:(...... Oh well!\o/ :)
Lou
(lol) Maybe he can import some Tai Stick or Vietnamese Gold, through his new connect. Aaah, the good old days!
Lou
Having nothing better to do, I wound up poking around CW's website and decided to click on the pic of one of their 'Productions in Development', 'Somebody Else'. Part of what came up was a site dedicated to that movie ( http://www.somebodyelsemovie.com ). One of the links there was for Press, which yielded the following article. Albeit that article's from May of 2010, the fact still remains some saw fit to give the screenplay an award, nonetheless. So hopefully it's time has come and it will be in production in '15, as advertised and the till begins to ring.

The Producers Guild of America on Tuesday named two Australian films and three others from countries around the world as winners in its inaugural International Co-Production Showcase, taking place in connection with the second annual Produced By Conference on the Fox lot.
CoProShow aims to "provide international film producers with a unique opportunity to engage in an open dialogue with their U.S. counterparts," the PGA said.
Winners included:
-- "66 Degrees North" (Iceland) -- Producers: Edwina Forkin and Richard Scobie; the story of an afflicted sea captain with a grim secret who is offered a second chance at life.
-- "The Adventure of Kokochin" (China) -- Producers: Tim Baker and Jing Jin; the true story of Princess Kokochin, daughter of Chinese emperor Kublai Khan, who travels to Persia with Marco Polo, is sold into a slave house, and then escapes back to China along the Silk Road.
-- "The Fourth Knot" (Victoria, Australia) -- Producer: Matt Hearn; a supernatural thriller about the most forbidden love.
-- "Somebody Else" (Canada) -- Producers: Andrew Boutilier and Eric Finkel; a smart crime thriller in the vein of films such as "Blood Simple" and "Shallow Grave."
-- "Under the Black Flag" (New South Wales, Australia) -- Producer: Nicholas Cole; the true story of two 18th century women pirates whose cleavage was just as deadly as their swords.
Imo, this will do just fine now that the company has liquidated however many shares necessary, both for services rendered and or pending, and tax loss selling appears to be at an end.
Once that audit hits, replete with EDGAR filings and the like, all bets are off, and any who may have shorted this puppy on the way down will need to CTA, toot sweet.
Lou
Well, they sure didn't let it drop to the .005 level that I had a bid in for. I even raised it to .0065 and then .0069 yesterday and still didn't get any.
Oh well, if I don't get any there, I'll have to go to my next level (.0075) and willing to go to .01, if I want to improve my position, which I do.
I truly believe things here will get lined out in the next few months or I wouldn't be looking to avg down, so enjoy your holiday G!
Lou
Hey guy! Good to hear from you, and a very Merry Christmas & a Happy, Healthy New Year to you and yours, as well.
Be safe, enjoy and don't forget the reason for the season.\o/:)
BOL, Lou
Ps: If you haven't picked up some already, I hope you're in a position to grab some FILM at these levels. Naturally there's no promises to be had, but I believe the company will have a much better first 2Qs of '15 than the last 2Qs of '14.
I wish all my fellow FILM shareholders a very Merry Christmas, safe travels, if you're brave enough:), and the hope that all are blessed with family, friends and or acquaintances, to enjoy the occasion with.
Lou
I agree, and have no doubt the likes of Jon Stewart would love nothing better than to see you run for office.......any office.:o) Especially with your impeccable grammar. Not to mention turns of phrase that are nothing short scintillating.
Kidding aside, you're absolutely correct, as to our having a bunch of numb nuts in Washington. Who, unfortunately, aid and abet corporate America's fleecing of the general public (the 99%) on a scale tantamount to criminality.
Anyway, Merry Christmas to ya Litch! I hope Santa treats you better than PRPM has treated it's shareholders this year.:(
Lou
Hey D, wassup bro!? A Merry Christmas & a Happy, Healthy New Year to your and yours, as well.
Here's hoping Santa brings us a post Christmas PRPM pump in the new year.
Lou
