Albeit unaudited, it would appear as if mgmt is painstakingly attempting to be as transparent as possible, otherwise.
That, and the float is still relatively low (25mil) and, fwiw, they've added another cartoon to their credits (Exec Producers), named 'Sandal Brigade'.
Memorial Day is inching ever closer, so I'd hope that if CW has anything of a concrete nature in the works it's revealed before then.
Lou
At this point I think everyone's just holding their breath while waiting for the 31st, when 2014, eoy filings are due by.
Lou
Well, there ya go gman! The 31st, it is.
Dang, I don't seem to be able to get anything straight, anymore! Must be the effects of old age creeping in.(lol)
Thanks again, Tink.
Lou
Actually, as TinkerBell corrected/advised me, it's only 12 days, as '14 EOY filings are due by the 15th of this month.
Either way, time's growing short.
Lou
Good on ya G. I only wish I were a better trader. If so, I would've been riding free shares and had a few coins in my pocket by now.
Oh well, I'm still waiting on that audit to hopefully rectify the situation.
Lou
Yeah, those note$, I forget what they're called, came due on the 31st of December. Which was right around the time the o/s took that jump of 12mil. So the need for putting many more shares out there should have dwindled considerably. And if the books are audited by the 15th, that should eliminate the need, altogether. Or so one would assume.
Lou
Ps: You would've gotten this last night but the battery ran out on the POS and it went nighty night on me.:(
Good on ya PM. Wish I had the funds to grab more cheepies, but will have to make due with what I have.
Lou
Paint is almost always a little, make it look good, dab at the close. This, on the other hand, was an after hours settlement of over 1mil shares (1/7 of the total day's trading) that someone not only had a pvt placement for, but willing to pay a premium, as opposed to yesterday's avg. Imo, it was a placement for the week's avg, at week's end. The whys and wherefores of which I admittedly haven't a clue.
In having to pay for whatever, including the basics of just keeping the lights on, any recent dilution, which has been comparatively nominal, given there's no revs, that we know of. That being a given, all of which has, in my mind, been warranted.
What I'm somewhat anxiously awaiting is whether or not any and all actions on the part of mgmt, any and all dilution included, culminates in a good and proper end, for all concerned.
Tick tock, 15 days, and counting.
Lou
Looks like CW's off to a roaring start this morning with almost 2mil traded in less than 30min after the bell.
Go FILM! Tic toc, as 3/15 draws nigh.:)
Lou
Fwiw, this company, and it's mgmt, has never been known to pump. Especially under the present FILM ticker. Now, attempt to gain awareness? Most certainly. But the term pump inevitably lends itself to the word dump. Which mgmt has, in my estimation, desperately attempted to stay away from.
That is, unless one considers keeping the company 'current', keeping the a/s @250mil, only introducing another 53mil shares into the market (while returning 5mil to treasury), during a 14mo period, a p&d. All while paying bills (both past and present), attempting to lure projects and compensating a notable auditing firm in Vancouver to audit the books.
Hey, I'm no guru, and never espoused to be one. So could this be an elaborate scam? Sure could be. But many things point to it not being such. If it is, mgmt is sure taking it's time in bleeding this rock. In fact, if indeed doing so, they'd be an innovator and setting the bar at a new high, imo.
Lou
LOL! Heck no! Btw, I'm by no means laughing at you, gicven that response. It's just that this ticker, as it is now (after two changes and a r/s), has never been audited.
That said, all things point to a first in that department, as far as an audit, and therefore an SEC fully reporting status and the entre to an up list, is concerned.
After which, the sky's the limit. That is, should mgmt follow through with non-dilutive and or non-toxic financing, going forward, in order to finally finance their dreams and our (shareholder) hopes.
Lou
Fwiw, I don't have a ton of shares either. In fact, to be perfectly frank and honest, after CW's r/s of 250:1, I wound up with only 30K shares @ an avg of .20. And, after avg down, now only have 150K, albeit at an avg of a hair over .05. But if I had the funds to avg down further, I would. But that's just me and what the culmination of experience dictates. That said, I've most certainly been wrong, horribly wrong(lol), before.
So at this point in time, I'm only going on nothing other than what I've honestly put forth on this board, which I won't again repeat. So all else need do nothing more than what their conscience, timing and risk tolerance dictates and allows.
Lou
Amen, to all that. A lie can't be perpetuated forever. So, we'll see what the very near future brings, for the good or otherwise.
Lou
I, and at least one other on the board, that I know of, have been in contact with RS on and off for awhile now. To the point where I believe we might have worn out our welcome.:o) (lol)
That said, we'll just have to see what happens come the 15th of next month, audit wise. In fact, I even contacted the firm that was PRed as doing that audit, to no avail. Then again, they also didn't respond to a vm and an email from me with, 'Huh?'. So I take that as a good sign.
Bottom line being, folks like us have waited this long, so what's another measly 2+wks?
Lou
If CW is going to have audited EOY fins by 3/15/15, the only thing I might fault mgmt for is starting a promo, of any kind, a tad too early.
I and many others have been with this a lonnnng time, so at this point I assume most will be rolling the dice and riding it out with you, myself included.
Lou
Why go through the time and trouble of compiling & straightening out 10-11yrs of records and have them audited without any awareness preceding it? That wouldn't make any sense. And last I checked, no one does it for free.
So I really don't have a problem with it. Because imo, there's a big difference btwn a paid promotional awareness campaign and a p&d.
Lou
Well, let's hope that whomever is 'on time' with this pick, shall we?:)
Lou
To be frank and honest, aside from the obvious (maintaining current status, keeping the a/s, o/s and float low and updating the shar structure in a timely manner), the company has yet to deliver.
But with '14 EOY filings quickly approaching, now would be a good time for things to start happening. Starting with that long awaited audit.
Lou
Actually, it'd be nice to see it get halfway to that dime, if not better, by 3/15.
Lou
I've always found it extremely amusing how like minds and or those of a common cause, can not only rationalize and justify, but applaud the rhetoric of another. That, irrespective of how misguided and convoluted a premise might be, let alone the hows and whys driving the rhetoric which flows from that premise.
In this particular case, neither, on the face of it, can truly dispute the case to be made by either party, given it's fact based and within the realm of reason, with the exception of one glaring caveat.
That being, the overriding hope of the overwhelming majority, as it looks, with great hope and expectation, to the future. As opposed to the few who decry and doggedly attempt to detract from that hope, as they continue to solely dwell on that which they can dredge from the past.
Oh well, to each his/her own.
Gooooo CW, it's audit and non-dilutive financing time!
Lou
Btw, if I'm not mistaken, FILM saw higher lows and higher highs on most, if not all, trading days this past week. With buys outpacing sells by a fair margin. Again, just sayin'.:)
Lou
Sorry chief, but you need to fact check a bit better. Like a whole lot better.:)
First off, they haven't added to the a/s at all, as it's still sitting right where it started, post r/s, @250mil. But even if you're confused and were attempting to slam the o/s, you'd still be wrong. Because mgmt added nothing to it for months on end, until recently. And, imo, only then to further their interests in becoming a fully reporting entity, up list and pay some bills. Most of which came due on December 31st. So, there's that.
Also, the audit hasn't taken a year. It had, however, taken Richard Smith the better part of a year to go through all the books and share dispersal records for the past 10-11yrs. Which I'm sure would be a lengthy nightmare for anyone at any company. In the process of which, he managed to find a 5mil share discrepancy and promptly returned those shares to treasury, rather than stick them in mgmt's pocket. Now that's about as fair, honest and transparent as it gets.
As far as the actual audit is concerned, all of those records were just turned over to Buckley Dodds Parker LLP - Accounting Services in Vancouver in the 4Q of last year. Thus giving that firm time to go over all that crap before the 4Q came to an end, and before doing 2014 EOY fins and putting the whole ball of wax together for a March 15th deadline.
As far as any promos go, how else in God's good name do you expect a, to this point in time, relatively unknown company to gain awareness? And, btw, the o/s has only doubled since last spring! Even then, it has only risen from 30-61mil. Which I believe is exceptional for any company, Pink Sheet or otherwise, that has had no revenues, to date.
So, as I said to begin with, maybe a little honest fact checking is in order on your end.
Lou
For future reference to all concerned, it takes all day to tell a lie, but only a few minutes to tell the truth. Just sayin'.
Volume's halfway decent, but I sincerely doubt we see, even for a moment, a 200% day. Though personally, I'd still be happy with 25% today.....tomorrow, Monday, etc., as too much of a spike brings with certain liabilities. Ya know what they say, 'Mo $, mo problems'.
Lou
LOL! The good Doctor probably wouldn't hate you any more than anyone else who questioned his integrity, at one time or another, myself included.
Lou
Hopefully not before certain other folks get their divvies in it.
Lou
"it was VERY LIKELY that Vakser brought about the global lock intentionally."
Maaaan, is that a stretch. But, by all means, you go on with your bad self.(lol)
Lou
Forget it DB, you're howling at the moon. It's literally like attempting to kill a rat with a fly swatter.
Lou
LMAO! I would but it's.....ah, never mind.
AS they say, "Hope springs eternal in the human breast". So I remain hopeful, though vigilant.
In this case, there are constants that inspire hope are. More than a year since the r/s the a/s is far smaller than most at this level, and is far from being maxed out. That, and the company does update any o/s increases in a timely fashion. All of which are atypical of a PS company. Which I hope it won't be for too much longer.
It's also said that, "Most men live lives of quiet desperation". That'd be me, waiting for that audit to hit the books.:)
Lou
MShoot Meg, my fingers have become arthritic from having them crossed for so long.:o) But it does seem that things are moving in the right direction, sp wise.
Lou
Screw that! I want another shot at that .40-.50 range!:) Still POed at myself over that.:(
Lou
Yep, I do believe you're correct, Tink. In fact, I just pulled up otcmarkets and 2013 was filed on March 18th.
Well, that's a bummer!(lol)
Thanks, Lou
It would've been nice to close closer to the hod, but this still beats .00s.
Five days, and counting, until fins are due. Audit or no audit, we shall see. Until then, only The Shadow knows.:)
Lou
That's some funny stuff. It would've been even funnier I weren't so depressed.:)
Lou
Yeah, unfortunately, as of the 27th, FILM has another 12mil in the o/s, bringing the current total to a shade over 61mil.
Seeing as that last 12mil hasn't seemed to effect the sp, one could hope that it was a pvt placement of sorts and hopefully restricted.
Lou
Looks like I spoke too soon. At least as far as the sp is concerned.:(
But there's still 20min left. Come on FILM!(lol)
Lou
As we near power hour, the volume's picking up a little and the sp's creeping up, as well.
It reminds me of the old Abbott and Costello routine, 'Slowly I turn....step by step, I crept up on him and....':o)
Lou
I totally agree with the timing part. Now let's see what happens, as to the execution phase.
The fox is the most crafty of canines, so let's see what a 'desert' fox knows.:)
Lou
~under the radar~......
but, aside from a quick visit to .0099, staying out of the 00s.:)
We can probably thank those who bought in on it's way up to .0475, and wanting to avg down, for that.
Lou
As good as all that is, on the face of it, they still need to back it up with something of substance, sometime in the very near future. They're really good numbers, but as good as they may be, like an appetizer, without something to go with them, that's all they are.
Still waiting to see what's really on the menu, if anything.
Lou
(lol) Amen brother!.....
Although one never knows, it would appear Luther or whomever, have very little to gain by perpetuating lies, any further.
So let's see what happens. All I know is that I've got nothing to lose by waiting to see if anything comes out of the latest round of promises/BS.
Lou
Btw, check your mail in a minute, if you can.
