I believe that many expected more out of the share price to date for all the reasons that have been stated as to why this isn't your normal pink. It's a real company, with a real product, real subsidiaries and a fairly aggressive marketing campaign for an entity of its size. So what gives!
Well, unfortunately this is not a well known company, on a respected exchange, that just launched a new one of a kind product. It's a relative unknown, on a crappy exchange, with a product that has (good, bad or indifferent) competition.
Also, people are creatures of habit that don't take to change very readily. Especially when it has anything to do with their finances. If they already have something that works, regardless of how poorly, it usually takes awhile for them to warm up to something new and different. That and most, baby boomers in particular, couldn't care less to dive into anything technologically new and or challenging. At least until they're either shamed into it, it becomes cost effective or just too costly not to.
Even if RealTime, enhancements and other platforms notwithstanding, is the best thing since sliced bread, it aint bread. So people can do without until they feel they more or less just can’t and that’ll take a little time. But if it is the best thing since sliced bread, in its sector, it wont take long for word of mouth, which is better and faster than any ad campaign, to snowball this exponentially over the next several months. Nothing of any consequence goes unnoticed for long in the wonderful world of finance!
Take it FWIW, Lou
That's what it sounds like to me...em
Well shoot Dip, they need you at HQ!
Yesterday someone, I believe one of the mods, said that bashers would be coming out of the woodwork. All I can say is, welcome to the woodwork! It would appear they got up with the chikens this morning. Once they get their fill of cheap shares, to enable them to tell us what savvy traders they are, they'll either turn into that which they seem to hate, pumpers, or we wont hear from them for awhile. Either way is fine by me.
In that case they surely didn't need to buy air time to run commercials on major cable financial news stations.
Amen!
MR.GB: 'YIELD'! You're looking for the rating to go to a lousy 'yield'! Personally I'd like to see it to go to a buy. In fact, make that a 'BUY LIKE THE HOUSE IS ON FIRE, LITTLE TIMMY'S TRAPPED IN THE ATTIC AND LASSIE'S NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!' LOL
Like I said, that same link also showed INXR @.0001. So what?
The link came up with INXR as the ticker symbol but the sp of .0001 was wrong. It leaves me thinking, what else is wrong as well as just what the heck is right anymore?
mnbean: Thanks from those of us that have legitimate concerns. I was tempted to give them a call myself today, but I feel that 'overhead' is right in leaving them to their business. Which hopefully is enhancing the product and marketing it more efficiently.
Here's hoping they read their emails! :)
Lou
I agree. If they're not running their PRs through Stern, then they need to. If they are, they need to get a new PR firm. To state that they only have 200 paid subscribers after two full weeks of launch, although in my mind a shamefull admission, is one thing. But to neglect to be quick to add that there are still over 2000 on a free trial basis that they hope to retain is quite another.
As a shareholder I hope that their effectiveness across the board improves over time. As with everything else in life, we shall see. In the meantime, the saga continues.
Thanks, that'll do nicely.
Can hardly wait 'til we top 66700 posts. This many 6s is creeping me out more than 1millionfl's jiggy kitty! :)
Call me what you will, but I surely will not be the one to post #66666. Maybe that's the problem with the sp, too many 6s! Once we get out of these 6s so will the pps.
GN all, Lou
Tex; I think poor old nenodj got his Americanisms a little mixed up. I believe he meant to say that it's 'the' bomb, not it's 'a' bomb. LOL
nenodj: Think you mean 'it's THE bomb'. :))
qwikley: Not a pumper by any means, but everyone's been talking about a pink sheet company that just came out with the 'short' version of their 'first' paltform..... TWO WEEKS AGO!!!
Am I disappointed thusfar in the SP? HELL YES!! Do they need money? Probably so, but who's to say that that's not already been planned for and taken care of. Me, myself and I are really interseted in what transpires btwn now and the fall, never mind next week.
Just my 2, Lou
CASH: Thanks for spreading the good news..^..eom
GD....SFW
FWIW: I've just put in a sell for all of my shares as I had suggested everyone do earlier. I was going to put it in for something outrageous like $5, but decided to go with a conservative .25/sh. That'll be enough to lock those shares in place in cyberspace....hopefully! That and I really don't think I'd have a fit if they were sold out from under me @.25/sh! :))
In the meantime, wouldn't putting in a sell, even for a ridiculous sum, lock those shares up electronically?
duelittle2: Listened to it all, very informative..eom
FWIW, by Monday I think I'll put in a sell for all of my shares at $5/sh. Im not sure, but if everyone did this it may greatly decrease, at least on paper, the number of shares that can be screwed with.
Input anyone?
I'm sure it would! :) But I've got all I need now and I think I'll hold 'em awhile.
Your safe, I'm outta powder! :))
I bought @6 and it went to 5!!(LOL)
Heck no!, 1.125 @6.
Fan; Blame me, just bought...always goes down!:)
I'll sick the Ralley Monkey onhismessedupsorryazz!(LOL)
My sentiments exactly. :)
59: That was the beginning of last week!:)
I'd rather watch Elton's piano go around than look at the cartoon cat someone else has doing that giggy dance.
Giggy kitty freaks me out...... and that's sober!
Most companies that pretty much start from scratch don't do so well right off the bat. People and 'the street' want to see some #s, with all they tell, and orders/contracts with present and projected $s. In this case I believe those are coming much sooner than with most.
On a personal note....Some years ago I was employed as an O.T.R. driver for a union freight company in Oklahoma. The old boy that started it wound up running one of the bigger nation wide freight haulers in the country. He did so with the help of his employees. Who, at times or just whenever necessay, went without paychecks to assist in that endeavor and in turn were well rewarded. When he died in the late seventies his, IMO, rotten kids sold, what started as a one truck operation, at what I feel was the bargain basement price of $33Mil. Unfortunately it was down hill from there.
If I were to guess, I'd say that the folks at iFinix have had loyal friends, family and otherwise dedicated employees putting in long hours for, comparitively speaking, next to nothing to make this thing fly. If they can put it all together and keep it that way, I hope they have quite a few shares themselves. I'd like to think that these are the folks that have the most at stake here. Directly related would be their not wanting to let one another down whatsoever and even more so at this point in time. BWDIK!?
BTW, if ya weren't readin' this you'd be readin' some other crapola, so gimme a break! :O)
Vish: Thanks buddy, i saw it yesterday when you first put it up. I just haven't seen it live on the tele yet.
Appreciate it, Lou
Hope the signal for run back to .0015!
Yeah, once we leave this dark, ugly place I don't want to ever, ever come back!
Not that that's what's at play here, but sometimes ya just can't beat a good conspiracy theory. :) Who's to say that an MM (or two) either doesn't want the competition or wants the sp low for merger, buyin or buyout purposes. At this point not much of anything is off the table.
Lou
Oh, that's a little different. Strange, but different.:)
yo: 75Mil aint bad in little over 1hr.
Cabroncita: I po', but I have cable.(LOL) I just haven't seen it yet. Probably just poor timing.
That's a fact!
In that case they should have and probably would have sold into the run up a few months ago and then again a few weeks ago. I'd like to think they're getting better advice than to sell at 5. If no where else than the broker they have a LOI with.
