1147: I hear ya brotha! But very understandable and no mistake, except in hindsight, at all. There's something to be said for being once bitten twice shy. Especially considering the different aspects of where people are at ($) on this in particular and otherwise in general.
GL, Lou
Don't feel bad bob, you're not alone. I need another .545 before I see green. Which isn't bad, I guess, compared to some. Except for those that could, and did, throw some $ at this after the split. Cheers to them!
Regardless, I and everyone else would have to admit that things are looking alot better now than two weeks, or two months ago.
BTA, Lou
Now that things may be looking up I wish I'd had some dry powder, especially at the .02 mark, to make that R/S somewhat more palatable.
BTW, has anyone heard from derfireman lately!:)
That'd be nice if one had the powder to do so. But if you're tapped and seen 9mil shares go to 9K, that has to reach .67 just to get even, that sucks out loud! So I think I've already 'bitten the bullet', thank you very much.
That said, if things are finally getting squared away I'm still hopeful of recouping some, if not all of my investment. If I do no better than that I'll be extremely greatful. Especially seeing as how I thought pigs had a better chance of flying, while singing show tunes and crapping soft serve ice cream just a week ago.
L2T: I don't know about 'back' in the dollar range, it was never there, but I'd love to see it get 'to' the dollar range fo sure!:)
Especially since I passed on both a 100% profit and the ensueing 90+% loss while watching my 9mil shares turn to 9k.
GLTA to all that stuck around, just jumped on board or those who will. Surprisingly enough, this corpse is showing signs of life again. Thanks for putting the paddles to her matto!
Lou
Ps: Overhead, good to see you're around. Might be time to make up some of those losses. Hope things are going well otherwise.
First, a belated Happy New Year to all!...
Although I haven't bothered posting in awhile, not much reason to :( , allow me to allay everyone's fears about one thing. Garden City is, much for the most part, an upscale area of Nassau County in Long Island, and is only a few miles east of the Queens (NYC) boarder. So it's far from rural.
If iFinix is truly doing business there I don't much care if thy're renting closet space. It's still a sizable step up from doing business on Hillside Ave in Jamaica, Queens.. UGH! In my high school days I lived in Bellerose, Queens, which is the last district in eastern Queens before Nassau County. And let me tell ya, it's no contest!
As most here, I'm still hoping for the best. Though it certainly helps not having a freakin choice! :o)
BTA, Lou
Hey biz,
Can't PM for now, so I'll wish you the best in public. I wish overhead the best in his new endeavor and God speed to you in yours. Here's hoping everyone gives you the break they should have given overhead.
Take care my friend, Lou
Great stuff Kid! I'm with ya......eom
Right on the money Thinkpad!....eom
Yeah, I'm going to dream about them as soon as my prozak takes effect!
1001, 1002, 1003........Hell yeah! There's those ones!
Ahhhhh!
GN all, Lou
FWIW, it could be a competitor that's looking to hedge their bets for pennies on the dollar. Personally, I'd like to find it's the company accumulating their own shares to retire. But what are the chances of that? BTW, that's a retorical question for the most part.:)
FWIW, I'm still holding out some hope here for reasons other than a somewhat lame product and the promise of more to come.
First, as I've stated before, I can't see why the expenditures on advertising if this was nothing more than a self serving (scam) venture. Many others have run more profitable scams with nothing more than $200.00 PRs and no product, good, bad or indifferent, whatsoever.
That, and they have other assets, which most scams do not, that can be attached in the eventually of class action litigation from shareholders. Though, on that count, I wouldn't hold my breath. Seeing as how they DID, although not as advertised, release a product of sorts.
IMO, seeing as how it has no 'teeth', everyone can forget about the petition. If nothing is forthcoming (product, financials, etc.) btwn now and, let's say, mid-Oct, the only recourse is litigation for breach of promise. With an outside shot at internet and or securities fraud, or conspiracy to do so.
For now, it's two days and counting.
Lou
PC06,
Yep.
BOLTYT, Lou
Although that may be a tad overly optimistic, I'd certainly be agreeable to it. :)
FWIW: 1000 to 1 = .40/share, (math101:)....eom
You too defireman! You fucking disgrace, that you should even have the word fireman in your handle! You should kiss the ass of every fireman on the fucking planet, you shit sucking lowlife!
Don't either one of you assholes, that includes the 'frankies', bother to reply, because you're all going back on ignore. I only took the ignores off out of morbid curiousity in the first place. So now, you assholes can go back to kissing/sucking each other's asses.
Ya bunch of no account, misguided, your momma didn't love ya pussies! If you're all so disenchanted with the real world, why don't you all get together and create one of of your own, and leave the rest of us the fuck alone!
Now there's an idea for ya!
vegaman88= POS- Hey, got any proof it's a scam yet?
You've been added to the list of those who don't know the meaning of libel. So take that you carrot, and stick it up your MF'ing ASS YOU PIECE OF SHIT! You weak kneed, no life, ankel grabbing, bathroom stall, fudge packin', butt pirate, boy toy.
GET A FUCKING LIFE! YOU ABSURD, IDIOTIC, WASTE OF LIFE, SHIT SUCKING, LOW LIFE, CAN'T MAKE A BUCK, CAN'T GET A PIECE OF ASS JOKE!
Hey, this is the parking lot right? So one can tell it like it is, right? So consider yourself having been told, you worthless piece of shit! While you're at it, take yourself and all the 'frankies' and climb back up inside your mother's cunt! You no account, loud mouth (typing), cyberspace little shitass!
Have a good one, Lou
Ps: FUCK YOU! Just in case you didn't get the message.
Tough don't mean we care to be played for stupid! Although that's what I was when chasing this thing off of the PR last year. I believe it was .14 short term and $1.14 within a year. Talk about a classic P&D! Okay, so I'm a sucker. It doesn't happen often, but when it does you get it put to you good.
Oh well, it is what it is.
(LOL)You can't be any worse than buying @.057 and watching it flop to .0020! That's gotta be among the all time worst. No excuses, but they just caught me at the right/wrong time, with the right line of crap. That's all it amounts to. If I ever get my money back, let alone a profit, I'll be thrilled!
You have a good weekend as well, Lou
Yeah PC06, it raised enough interest to drop our shares from .0065 to .0020! If folks get any more interested PHYH will need a respirator, with or without an HMO.(LOL)
We need a good pump like that load of crap that was put out last summer. What was it, .14/sh short term and $1.14/sh within a year? Somebody ran a nice P&D on us! I emailed both the company and their IR firm twice 3-6 months ago and got no reply. What a surprise!
Don't mind me, I bought a penny from the top last year and was due a for a rant.
BOLTA, Lou
Mom: From what I understand, the main respondant was out of the country, in India doing business, and not able/willing to go to bat from that posture.
Someone who was in contact with IR reported that this and other issues will be addressed next week upon his return. So it's still a wait and see situation.
Last go 'round, since I've got things to do, places to go, etc., and this is going nowhere fast.
They may very well have been told by anyone from their PR firm, to a lawyer, to the SEC themselves to keep their yaps shut! That, until the proceedings were made public so the company wouldn't be made to look any worse than what some have already made them out to be.
I don't care how many people called me for info. If it even had the most remote possibility of being counter productive, let alone against the advice of any number of sources, I'd bite the bullet and explain the situation as it stood later. It's ALWAYS easier to ask forgiveness than permission.
Ps: Again, I'm not a pumper, I've done my DD (as best as one can), and I take NO ONE'S word for anything. Especially those who CONTINUALLY see fit to lash out at something, and those owning it, without PROOF! That's just wrong, period!
My eyes are always open and I put a fair amount of thought into what I post, unless just goofing around. That statement also reads, as I and others have pointed out, that "often this is done WITHOUT a company's knowledge".
Now that you've admitted, which is nothing more than the truth, that I'm not a pumper, why is it that you persist in the negative aspects of what has come out today? I'm sure you've heard how individuals and companies alike are being ripped off in the electronic age we live in all the time.
If the company had pumped and came out with NOTHING, and then went silent, I'd say you and whomever else may, if not probably, have a point. But that is simply not the case.
Companies that are only seeking to P&D an issue simply DO NOT have to hire an IR firm, come out with a product (of any kind), advertise (AT ALL), let alone set up CS email service and chat lines to add their customers. That being a company's intent from the get go, they'd do it as quickly, cheaply, and with as little input as humanly possible.
I'm sure you or someone else will find a way to spin this in a negative fashion, so have at it. I seriously doubt you'll win many, if anyone, over to your way of thinking. Least of all me.
With that, I'm out. Have a good one.
Greg: Same as identity theft that's been rampant in the public domain in recent years. Fact being, regardless of who you are, if some good for nothing low life targets you, and has the time, inclination and wherewithal, you're screwed!
What needs to be explained? They've been very forthcoming publicly until recently. Recently being the past 5-6 weeks. IMO, and as Renee stated yesterday, that silence is very unusual as opposed to the wealth of communication that preceded it. So, again IMO, I feel that there is a better than even chance that their silence was not self imposed. Especially with many shareholders, and general B busters, calling on a fequent and consistant basis for info.
(LOL)And if it's not in a right to work state you may have to contend with goons from the area Teamsters, Carpenters & AFL-CIO locals as well!
"Yo kid, who you using to transport and squeeze dem lemons, eh? And who built dat stand anyway? Looks like pretty shoddy work if youse was ta ask me. Listen kid....for a small piece a da action we can make sure ya don't have no problems wid people tryin ta muscle in on ya turf. I hear dat mom of yours can be a real pain. Ya want we should take care a dat for ya or what? Fugettaboutit!" :o)
Better be nice to your kids this weekend!
Have a good weekend all, Lou
I don't know, in light of what's been revealed today, that I'd be too quick in dogging the company, at this point, for their silence. They've been all too ready to pulically communicate their position until lately. Which, IMO, tells me that their silence as of late may not have been self imposed.
Thinkpad: That's how I and a friend found out about INXR, over a year ago, in the first place. It was through a website called 'The Stockster' that many may be familiar with. These same people, if I remember correctly, were put on the hot seat late last year by the SEC.
In their statement, the SEC said that these types of scams are accomplished "often without the company's knowledge". And, that they are bringing civil, as well as criminal, charges against the defendants. Which would, in my mind, mean iFinix and their shareholders would be privy to a distribution of the funds sought in that claim.
This could very well be the reason the folks at iFinix have not been able, or quite possibly allowed, to come out with share info or any other communications lately. I can only imagine that, amidst whatever else, this was not welcome news and certainly threw a monkey wrench into the works.
Thanks bob,
Although rather disturbing news, I'd rather know it than not. This could well account for iFinix's recent extended quiet period with us, while having to answer questions elsewhere.
You'd think some would get their rocks off enough by bashing a stock they don't own or are disenchanted with here. But nooooo! Childish, to the point of being ridiculous, as it is to do it here or anywhere else, to the extent some have gone, still isn't enough.
They have to go directly to the source of their angst and continue on, ad nauseum. Over and over and over again! BTW, just exactly what the fuck is the source of soooooo much angst anyway? Did someone from iFinix steal your money when you weren't looking? Or did one of them sneak into to your home and butt fuck your dog when you were sleeping, or out butt fucking someone elses ugly ass mutt!?
Why don't you guys, and you all know damn good and well who you are, just stay the fuck off the INXR board altogether!? That way you wont have to worry about how you're being treated, how many of your fucking repetitive shitty posts are being deleted, or have to listen to any of those stupid pumpers that you seem to not be able to bear reading.
Bunch of irritating, no good, shit for brains, malcontents that you are.
Hey Thinkpad, Welcome to the moderating staff of the RB.....I mean IHUB INXR message board!(LOL) Hope you had your Prosac script filled before climbing aboard. :o)
Good on ya, Lou
elton: Unfortunately some cannot help but be consumed by misery. If, once done consuming one's self, there's still a void to be filled, that individual is left to seek fresh fodder. Whereas neither should be necessary, it's just an inescapable fact amongst those who suffer that ailment. I for one, feel sorry for them.
Whatever the hopes, concerns, etc., that any may have concerning there holdings in INXR, there's no need for what's going on here. Personally, I've seen better days on the Raging Bull boards, and IMO they're a disgrace.
Not that anyone should listen to me more than anyone else, if at all, but for the love of God squat or get off the pot!
If you don't own shares in iFinix leave the board to those that do or those that may HONESTLY care to.
If you own shares and are miserable, find something else to do aside from taking others down that road with you.
Am I a happy camper? Hell no! I've got 9Mil shares that have lost 60% of their value since purchase. But I'm doing my best to take it like an adult, keep as positive an attitude as possible at any given moment, and not screw with anyone.
Sorry folks, but it's REAL simple. Some just CHOOSE to make it difficult. That, while making so for as many others as they possibly can.
No appologies, Lou
Some, who are as transparent as glass, repeatedly wish to deride the company and the issue most here hold. Opposed to that are many, the majority choosing to have a positive outlook, who have legitimate concerns.
FWIW, here's something a little more substantial, if not accurate, than purely a WAG on what we shareholders may be looking at when the OS count is revealed. IMO, this should be accomplished in short order, if not this coming week, seeing as how the release of iFinix Trader is imminent, given scheduled events. Although not having acted as WE would like, I seriously doubt mgmt would be so stupid as to release anything further without some sort of statement on finances and share structure.
What we KNOW:
1: Earlier this year the OS stood at approximately 1.3B
2: It was PRed a month ago (+or-) that a Mil$ placement had
been closed out.
3: This was accomplished well before the sp hit .0003.
4: Although POSSIBLE, no other dilution, before or since, has
been PRed.
That is all we KNOW with any degree of certainty.
Given what we KNOW, we can RIGHTFULLY assume that the company received an average of no less than .0005/sh. That, Xs 2Bil shares = $1M, which would put the prospective OS at approximately 3.3Bil shares. Could it be more than that? Possibly, but we don't KNOW. Given the AS is 10Bil shares there's still plenty of room. But I'd like to think the company would save that cushion until further roll outs warrant, and the potential to recoup past and further dilution can be shown through whatever means.
This was JMHO to pass the time of day and not meant to start anything. In fact, bashers, along with most naysayers and extreme malcontents, need not waste their time responding. I wont see it anyway.
Hope all have a great holiday, Lou
Ps: Personally, I'd be allot more concerned if this company just popped up out of nowhere with only one product that hasn't come out yet. But I'm comforted to know that they do have one out, problems notwithstanding, more to come, and have two stable subsidiaries.
Although not 100% sure, nor do I really care since it didn't come from the horses mouth, I believe it was said that audited WOULD be done and THEN PRed within two weeks. Not, ARE done and would be PRed within two weeks.
Not necessarily, since they themselves are the largest shareholders. Personally, I think it wise at this point to belay PRs until something substantive can be related. Rather than spending money, which seems a sore spot, on fluff which, IMO, engenders more suspicion than not. Especially here, in what most call pinkyland.
Sometimes silence is golden.
Lou
Me too! Cramer, that just aint right!(LOL)...em
Braggart! :).......em
A belated, but hearty welcome Cabroncita!..em
Nah, but thanks anyway. Heck, I didn't even take iFinix up on the freebie because I wouldn't know what to do with it. It's like I told Thinkpad, I'd be busting my hump getting it set up just to look at all the pretty colors.....NOT!(LOL)
