JP,
Basically the only thing that was left of my investment in this stock was hope. And now I believe I must come to terms with reality and lose that too.
Thank you for everything you provided to this board over the past years. I don't post often but have followed this thread daily since 2005. I think it is past time for me to move on as well.
Good luck to you and all the other longs. You deserved a whole lot better.

How to read Bar Codes ... interesting!
This may be useful to know when grocery shopping, if it's a concern to you.
The whole world is afraid of China-made "black hearted goods."
Can you differentiate which one is made in Taiwan or China?
If the first 3 digits of the barcode are 690, 691 or 692, the product is MADE IN CHINA. 471 is Made in Taiwan. It is our right to know, but the government and related departments never educate the public; therefore,
we have to RESCUE ourselves. Nowadays, Chinese businessmen know
that consumers do not want products "MADE IN CHINA," so they don'tshow in which country it is made.
However, you may now refer to the barcode, remember if the first 3 digits are:
690-692 ... then it is MADE IN CHINA .
00 - 09 ... USA & CANADA
30 - 37 ... FRANCE
40 - 44 ... GERMANY
47 ... Taiwan
49 ... JAPAN
50 ... UK
BUY USA & CANADIAN MADE by watching for an "0" at the beginning of the number. We need every boost we can get!

Risky is in. (Have ridden this roller coaster since 2005)
Starting out 2010 with renewed hope! Good luck to all those invested in NEOM!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!

That is exactly why I just "gobbled up" another 456,000 shares. And it took all of about 30 seconds in an "all or none" transaction.
RT
I hate it when this happens:
Yesterday after closing I placed a buy order for 495,000 shares at a limit price of .01 cent. At market open I get a partial fill of 5,000 shares. Then nothing else. It cost me $12.99 to buy $50 worth of shares. Charles Schwab does not let me place a "all or none" order.
Merry Christmas everyone!
WOW! That was a left uppercut followed up by a solid right hook! Down goes Frasier!! Down goes Frasier!
You say you want expensive or better yet overinflated shares? No problem....just purchase those "cheap" shares now and hang on to them. If they are anything like the ones I bought in no time at all they will magically turn into expensive, overinflated shares.
Thanks TP, thats very tempting to do however, I am not invested in this stock for lunch money. I'm hopeing for a much bigger payday by just staying pat which is enabling me to maintain my sanity.

Hard to believe that our current pps is lower now then it was a day before the Scanbuy settlement was announced. All those years waiting for that news for nothing??? Very sobering.
I'll continue to have patience even though it seems like were always waiting for something right around the corner to happen.
Thank you clawmann....I will now be doing the same with my shares. It would be nice if everyone else would do the same as I believe collectively we could put a dent in the available shares to short.
RT
I can't tell you the number of "great buying opportunities" over the past years. Its not the first and it won't be the last.

Pop....
Reference your comment "All stores have policies against taking pictures inside the store. Security is allowed to confiscate your camera".
As a 29 year law enforcement officer I know of no criminal statute (at least in Colorado)that prevents a person from taking pictures of products inside a store.
I'm sure that there are some stores they may not allow it for the reasons you stated. However, all they can do is tell you to stop and or leave their store. Now if you refuse to leave and they call the police you can probably expect the officer to escort you out of the store or face trespass charges.
As far as security being allowed to confiscate your camera its not going to happen. Well let me take that back...security might take your camera however if I was the officer investigating the disturbance I would be charging the security guard with theft if they didn't return it.

Wow….never thought I’d be around to see this day finally arrive! Congratulations to all!
I now believe that Neomedia must look very attractive to any of the whales who had them on their radar screen for a possible acquisition. This settlement sure clears the main obstacle that might have been standing in the way.
Lets hope for even better days ahead!
Hi Dave,
Very nice of you to stop in for a visit. I entered this Asylum about the same time as your dad. When Clawmann delivered the sad news I can honestly say that my heart sank and tears came to my eyes.
I never met your dad in person but from reading his many posts over the years I felt like he was as close to me as any of my friends. You have no idea how much he will be missed here. Your dad will never be forgotten and will forever hold a special place in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
God bless you and your family.
Steve
PUPS is a very sore subject with past shareholders. I'm not sure you want to bring it up. Personalizit has most of the low down on the topic.
Hello Howard,
I dont post that often but I've been around several years. I picked up another million shares yesterday morning.
nicehit, I got 200K right away at .0125 then the ask jumped to .0128. I finally did get my order filled... all at .0127 when it came down.
OK....not to sound too much like TP but this is what frustrates me about MM's. And it's happened to me before.
Thirty minutes ago I placed a very substantial buy order. It was a limit order for .0127 or better. The bid at the time was .0123 and the ask was .0125. I get only 200,000 shares and the ask goes to .0128. I'm not going to chase it up because it will just keep happening. I realize the volume is up today but come on.
"Just FYI, hope this helps. Plus I thought you might like to know there will be big news this week. Have a good day."
Jonesie
He was being sarcastic guys.
They won't be getting mine, yesterday or today!
BC,
I like the words "Fast Track" also. Here where I live the courts have a "Fast Track" system for domestic violence. Instead of in the past where the defendant was given a summons to appear in court 8 weeks down the road he or she is instead jailed (mandatory) and has a court appearance in front of the judge the following business day.....hence the name "Fast Track".
I therefore believe that when the term "Fast Track" is used it is meant to mean speed up the court proceedings.
RT
This is just beyond belief!!! Incredible!!
Man....who needs to watch daytime soap's when instead you can follow Neoms own version of As The World Turns!
Howard,
I don't have a problem with the list even though I'm a few cents away yet from being placed on it. However it does give a person the feeling of being left behind. Kinda of like a rescue effort and you are waiting for your turn to be thrown the rope.
My feeling is that if you are going to post the list daily then it also needs to be updated to reflect the current PPS.
And this won't be possible without everyone constantly updating you. And it's difficult enough to keep up with all the posts as it is.
Unfortunately for me it won't be until PPS reaches .065
You almost gave me a heart attack. Might want to edit those numbers.
Hey BREACHER, did you forget who introduced you to this company. lol You have to be pretty close to entering that green door. I have alittle ways to go yet but know its only a matter of time. Hang in there brother!
RT
Hello Vines,
You just described me and most likly alot of us who are here. I first bought shares in 2005 at .14 cents. At that time I remember there was a couple of posters who claimed they had bought in when the price was .02 cents and held over a million shares. I thought to myself "Man if I only had heard about this stock earlier".
Well I've held on to my shares all these years refusing to accept the losses after buying shares in the .30's and .40's. I was fortunate enough to be able to "load up the truck" early this year which lowered my cost average significantly.
I will continue to hold for as long as it takes as this I believe is better than any lottery ticket.
Good Luck to all the old timers as well as the newcomers!
Hey YJ...buying shares is alot easier said than done. Today I put in a rather large buy order and set my limit price .002 HIGHER than what was the current ask price. I got only 20,000 shares before the ask price bypassed my limit price and went to higher levels. :(
RT
That's a very good question. That question and others beg to be answered but don't hold your breath. You'll never get an answer here or from NEOM HQ. The communication stopped long time ago. We are left to ponder just what we own. I'll continue to hold on to my lottery ticket however someday before I die I'd sure like to know if its going to be a winner or loser.
Personalizit: You've been member marked from way back and I admire the way you can follow this stock day in and day out for the last several years.
Good luck to you and all the rest of us longs who patiently wait out NEOM's destiny.

Thanks Kevin,

It's not me selling. In fact for the past couple of days I have been relentless buying. I'm finished now as my goal of reaching the one million share club has been accomplished. Could have reached it alot sooner had I not used up expendable cash buying in the 30's and 40's. Oh well....now I will do what I've been doing for the past 2+ years and that's wait for good things.
Good luck to all. I want to thank those who contribute to this board. I still try to follow it daily as it's a wealth of information.
RT
WOW! A million share buy/sell:
0.044 1000000 OBB 11:46:21
How does someone pull that off? I've been trying to buy 100,000 minimum quantity only at the ask and have been waiting an hour now.
I'm not so sure about the future but it does tell us we needed more money now.
Not true at all. Check out the last time I posted. Well I'm still here and most important still holding every single one of my shares. And I'm sure there are plenty of shareholders out there just like me. Ok where was I.....oh yeah back to lurking.

Good article success
"For niche upscale businesses like Richard Bennett Custom Tailors, where suits range in price from $1,500 to $2,500, and shirts go for about $150, word of mouth is an ideal marketing approach because it brings forth prospects who are far more likely to purchase than a broad-based marketing strategy would, Karoll said".
"Word of mouth also costs much less than traditional marketing. With a limited budget, start-up Marky, a Lakeview designer-shoe boutique and Web site (www.shoesbymarky.com), relies on word of mouth. Owner Marky Bielat started selling exclusive European shoes, generally priced from $300 to $1,400, at house parties two years ago, then opened her Lakeview shop in January".
WORD OF MOUTH This is why I appreciate what Steets is doing for us shareholders. Never forget the power of word of mouth. Sometimes it is a companies best form of advertising. And it's cheap too. Thanks Streetstylz!

OT: Never once did I ever believe that wildbill was spreading rumors or "crossed the line". That dude did nothing but speak with authority concerning his comments about this company.
Wildbill... Thank you for all your insights you have provided this board. I can only hope that you will continue but if you don't I completely understand why.
