Their website is down and the 800 number no longer goes to voicemail. I can't find any official contact info other then that.
Yeah their website is from Jan of 2016.
Holy S&@$! They re did their website? With Gruder's info... So this was done prior to Jan 12. It was down for a few hours, they must have scrambled to put something up as it still has life clips cameras instead of hp and no mention of that.
Hmmmm
LCLP website is down... 800 number no longer works... People are jumping ship left and right.
Is this the end?
And one question is why doesn't the 800 number ring through to voice mail? I have a feeling this whole thing was a scam and will soon come to a close with the company shutting down and goober maki g off with the profits
That's not life clips selling on Amazon. Again, just a third party company reselling. Check SEC filings for revenue!
Check the mobeego app... Why don't all of these distribution spots show up there? Because you're probably looking at a third party that bought and is reselling in these locations.
As for the cameras... June was the expected release of the cameras. The HP deal is either a gold mine or just a way to get more people to buy shares and extend the time LCLP has to dump shares. Look at the facts! Look through the SEC documentation.
Make the phone calls... I did.
Don't let the BOLD CAPS fool you into making unverified decisions.
I've been holding onto shares for quite a while. I've done my homework and am very doubtful about the legitimacy of LCLP. Do some "goober" searches and find out for yourself.
Just look at the financials
This is old info... My mobeego app only finds one location in the US that sells mobeego... A convenient store in New York. How long does it take to get products to stores after distribution agreements? Reach out to HT Hackney and find out for yourselves.
Did any of you see any of Robert Gruder's past business endeavors? I hate to be a neighsayer, but look at his past and carefully go through the sec filings... Surely some of this is too good to be true imo.
SEC investigations are generally conducted on a confidential basis to maximize their effectiveness and protect the privacy of those involved. Because SEC investigations are generally nonpublic, Enforcement will not confirm or deny the existence of an investigation unless the SEC brings charges against a person or entity involved. Enforcement also will not provide updates on the status of any pending SEC investigation.
I was going to wait until Friday, but like rats fleeing a burning sinking ship, tremendous amounts of shares are being dumped to squeeze out every last penny they can get their hands on. I've lost any hope for this being a legitimate business. Gruder said they wouldn't sell at these prices, but the dump continues. I would suggest anyone that sees the past being repeated, contact the SEC.
Indeed. I downloaded the Mobeego app to find current locations where it is sold... There is only one store in the US that currently comes up on the app...it's in New York...one single store. There are a few in Canada, but not in any Toys r us stores like the distribution agreement claimed. UK has a ton as does Europe and Israel... So at least it's being sold. The several distribution agreements that claimed to put mobeego in the US like the H T Hackney deal have yet to come to fruition... One of the reasons I've become skeptical of this business.
I am holding onto my 25k shares either way. Like I've said before, if we see HP branded cameras by next Friday, my faith will be restored and hooray! If not, I'd have a hard time believing this is real.
Thank you for the replies... I'll check out the investopedia for future reference.
So having only 24 million float is a good thing? Where are the shares being sold now coming from? Is the company doing the selling or some other entity that acquired shares doing the selling?
What is float? Is that how many more shares will be sold to further lower the stock price?
Sorry I'm not familiar with many of the terms.
Crappy side note...
I just used the Mobeego app to locate a sales location near me, but I only found one... In the entire United States... In New York. Unfortunately, I live in Florida. I thought these were supposed to be in stores across America.
We haven't seen this much activity since the HP PR. Wonder what's up...
I wish I had gotten out earlier so I wouldn't be down over 10k and bought in at these levels. I'd have three times the shares I have now... If we see cameras hit the stores by thanksgiving I'll be back to hopefull. Releasing cameras after that doesn't make a lot of sales sense and any hope I had for this being a legitimate business pretty much goes out the door. Why wait until after the busiest shopping day of the year to releases cameras that were expected to be released in July? Put an HP sticker over the life clips logo and get them to the shelves!
What I meant was social media like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. There have been no updates to these since September. That's a long time for an up and coming business to forego social media as the influence it grants can make or break a new company.
Anyone trying to promote a company or increase business activity would not let such resources fall by the way side... And that's what concerns me.
One of the things that worry me about this company... No social media updates since September.
What was the result of contacting the sec?
Yay! Finally a day that ended in the green
Let's hear it for LCLP! Up up and away!
LCLP long and strong
Who is making these large sales that continue to drag this stock down?
I thought extended hours were until 4:30pm. I've put limit buys in after 4 I thought, but maybe not.
The volume does show the trade though.
Where did this information come from?
This is not good
"The Company anticipates introducing its new HP branded products in the first quarter of 2016. The new products are two compact action cameras targeted to retail audiences. The new cameras will have what we believe are unique features such as IR for night recording, live streaming, and two cameras that can film the same event simultaneously to get two perspectives of that event. The Company believes that multiple views and live streaming would be positive features of the camera based on trends in the Internet and video segments. The Company is focusing its efforts on these products for the success of continued operations. Non-acceptance by retailers would have a significant impact on continuing operations."
I assume they mean first quarter 2017, which would mean they have a mistake on an SEC filing, which probably is not good. Either way, if products won't be sold until next year, they'll have no real revenue stream and there fore have no way to increase stock value.
Perhaps they meant fourth quarter 2016.
This info is under "Results of operations"
So when does the prosecuting attorney contact us? My losses exceed 10k and I doubt the financials to be released tomorrow will improve this situation... If anything, a negative report may take this stock sub penny imo.
Thank you for the info, I am not savvy with a few of the terms used here.
Who or what is citadel?
Who buys the shares that are being "dumped"? I don't really understand how that works. If the company is selling shares, who is buying? And why does it lower the stock value?
Uh oh... Late filing...
"Life Clips is working with HP to design and develop action, still, dash, and 360 cameras. Life Clips will no longer be selling cameras under the Life Clips brand. We expect products to be introduced shortly. "
As per lifeclips.com
How does dilution work? Who is buying the large amounts of shares being sold?
When do the financials for $LCLP for this past quarter come out?
