I've basically told my son this as well...we both plan to rake in as much as we possibly can for at least two years (if that) ...then reduce significantly
...there is of course the possibility of Supreme somehow becoming the giant by making all the right decisions in acquisitions along the way to become "the" worldwide cannabis conglomerate to be reckoned with :)
...think Phillip Morris...a leaf is a leaf, right?
hey Pete, hate to ask another greenhorn question, but when you say "We need to lock at $.0824" ...who does it and how is it done? ...can you or anyone else please explain, or direct me with a link? ...tia
understood!...you're the best rudy...thanks
Does it happen automatically if indeed it hits .0824?
Perhaps we'll get another PR with something/anything positive to push it over the top :)
good humor there rudy :) ...thanks
lol I know right?!!! I missed that...oh well
I agree... because I believe he wants to focus on developing relationships with pharmacies and other LP'S
The only standard John has to meet is high quality genetics.
Expansion for increased capacity, when necessary, wouldn't be a problem imo.
"...what Canopy appears to want in its takeover candidates is an established clientele and scale, or at least the ability to grow a footprint..."
Well, that's what Canopy wants..but I like to imagine what the big pharmacies want....and that's to monetize cannabis at an affordable price.
Supreme is positioned perfectly.
Today I called the FDA to confirm the granting of the pre-IND meeting. I called the Division of Hematology and Oncology. They told me that they could neither confirm or deny it because I was inquiring has an individual representing myself (no one important).
So, then I took the liberty to just email KW and this was his reply a few minutes ago:

Just made me feel a lot better about it
Pharmacyte.did not endorse this article ...I wished they had

Thanks Brian, but where do you see PMCB mentioned?
Was anyone concerned about this at the bottom of the article?...bummer in my opinion.
"...PharmaCyte Biotech has not endorsed this article...."

Bio, in this post you mention what KW did in the last three years in a comparison to others over the last 12...but I have someone on my back about his past, prior to his three years. Someone who is saying stay away from PMCB because it is a pump and dump...someone who says look into KW's previous pump and dumps. How would you "briefly" explain to this person then why would so many world renowned doctors and scientists be involved? ...thanks
Hate those damn "IF" hurdles! ...Go PMCB!!!
great post for many, Pete
Hey Bio, I was wondering if you were referring to my PET scan question as being misleading? ....I was sincere in my questioning because Thompson mentions in the video (Pete's DD post) that a standard PET scan can get results in just weeks so I naturally thought that might be how we can get exults at the 6 month hard stop....I actually thought that if there was anyone who could answer my question, it would have been you.
PET scans show immediate effective responses of drugs or therapies
So, is it a PET scan that makes the 6 mo hard stop possible? ...sorry if this question has been asked before
Exciting times...A new and promising year seems to be upon us...and well deserved for those of you faithful and loyal longs who have been here for many years....IND is here...clinical trial with positive results hopefully just around the corner.
Truly on the doorstep, right?!!!
Not too long ago I was wondering why KW was outsourcing...then I Googled a bit and found this, I think it answered my question...
"The FDA Guidance to Industry – “Quality Systems Approach to Pharmaceutical CGMP Regulations [3],” defines outsourcing as, “the hiring of a second party to perform parts of the overall manufacturing process.” These specific legal arrangements pursue a goal: lower manufacturing costs and use of advanced technology to meet a specific manufacturing milestone. Accomplishing this goal via this type of outsourcing brings products to the market faster, often with less expense than if the parent company were required to develop, qualify and then implement all the manufacturing processes. Benefits from outsourcing include access to a skilled workforce without having to hire new workers [4] , higher-quality services provided by a focused and experienced external source, and being able to refocus limited internal resources on core business activities [5]."
Good close Friday :)
frosr6 please stop posting that PMCB is a scam. To all newbies here, again, PMCB is as real as it gets. If you have any reservations or concerns about the authenticity of PMCB, or whether or not you can trust what is being posted here by "some", then it is strongly suggested by many here that you do your own DD and double check their legitimacy. After all, it only makes sense to find out about PMCB as much as you possibly can before you invest. Check for concrete details like their physical address and phone number on their website, then call them up and ask to talk to an employee of PMCB...ask questions. You can even Google information and supporting documents that support their government filings. In the end, go with your gut. If you still feel suspicious or uncomfortable, then walk away...it's better to feel safe than sorry. However, if you find that PMCB is the real deal, and that you can support them...then welcome aboard and enjoy the experience. :)
Site location...authorization has been given by another country, the authorization is still valid.
After PharmaCyte announced last week that the live-cell encapsulation facility "where" its Cell-in-a-Box® capsules are produced is now current Good Manufacturing Practices or cGMP-compliant, the company cleared what was a major milestone on the way to a clinical trial and is now closer than ever to taking on the challenge of improving the lives of pancreatic cancer patients.
These are truly exciting times at PharmaCyte, and with the cell encapsulation facility now cGMP-compliant, the company can set its sights on first requesting a pre-IND (Investigational New Drug application) meeting with the FDA to discuss the design of its upcoming clinical trial.
This pre-IND meeting will be crucial to developing a relationship with the FDA and getting the necessary answers and guidance moving forward that will allow PharmaCyte to submit its formal IND to the FDA. The pre-IND meeting and the IND submission to the FDA are the next two major milestones for PharmaCyte and its investors.
The FDA wouldn't even meet with PMCB if they weren't authorized.
The newbies have PLENTY to research here with all the prior postings...so why do you even pay attention to fros, bear, concordia, therealist and the like???
Great dig Brian! ...thanks
Another great post in clarifying and summing up the status quo of PMCB's products...thanks Rudy
....."You cannot hold a CEO of a company with $2 Million in the bank trying to get into clinical trials as accountable as the CEO of GE."..... Best point made all day.
Cheers on the news everyone....one step at a time. Go PMCB!!!!
thanks RC for your service in taking part in the safety and security of our country ... i'm former US Army
oh please don't take offense, I certainly mean no harm ...I was just saying :)
rc, first I'd like to say you should never plan around ANY penny....perhaps to help you better understand the sensitivity of biologics you might want to read this linked article https://www.bio.org/articles/how-do-drugs-and-biologics-differ ...it may even ease some of your tension. We're not investing in "just a drug".
yeah, that's a given
Oops! ...sorry you overlooked this statement “It is important for our shareholders to realize that PharmaCyte’s pancreatic cancer therapy is classified by drug regulatory authorities as a ‘biologic’ rather than a single molecule drug or a New Chemical Entity (NCE). .....now, that ought to make that boogieman go away.
ahhhh grasshoppa ...you must first believe a buyout and/or partnership is inevitable ....then and only then will you have peace within yourself and understand how things will come to be...heeheehee
hey, sorry you feel that way there good buddy ...Yep! we're at .04 and it's going to get even higher ... and thanks for the good luck wishes but we won't need them, we'll be just fine ...you have a good day now
ahhh sorry frosr6, but once again ...not gonna happen ....he would have already done that by now
ahhhh ...nope, it's definitely 800+ ...you might want to double check it on your end again ... also, for your convenience and as a courtesy from our moderators there is a Tool tab up above, click on it and can help you learn all the information regarding PMCB
Nope ...just 800+ ...you must've been looking at another company... but thanks for stopping in
Yep, the obvious contingencies... I agree. Then we rock!!!!
You clarified these facts before in your post 52380. Unfortunately, he didn't get it the first time.
Reverse split would have already happened long ago by your standards right? ...so?
...pay for play Dr.'s?... Based on what findings can you PROVE that with? ...please share.
