I've gotta admit, I don't know why everyone is so worried about the PPS going up or down two cents. Personally, I hope it stays down for another coupe of months so I can add a few more shares. Management has said they hope to get a listing sometime this year. If I remember correctly (correct me if I'm not) the PPS must stay above $3.00 for 90 days before a stock can be listed. As for how we get there from $.36-.41, there are several different ways. 1st,2nd, and 3rd quarter earnings are going to be much improved sequentially. We could spin off either or both of the additional businesses; i.e., paint or telecom, and have a share buyback. Or, NEOM, as has been mentioned, could have a reverse split (I think the chances of this happening are very slim). Or even more likely is that NEOM management has seomthing up their sleeve that we haven't thought of. These management guys are building a super company. I remember about a year or so ago a M&A specialist stated that this company was worth between one and two and a half billion. Remember now, this was a year ago. I wonder what it will be worth by the middle of next year. I've stated before that I initially thought about selling my shares when it reached $6-$10 range. Now, I thinking more like $10-$16 range. I think by the end of next year we could see it or a buyout offer in that range. JMHO, good luck to all!
