Sweet! Awesome news! Good MORNING AMFE
Right just like magic, mike......hopefully Roger’s post-
audit Gatling gun is full of wizardry
I agree. I am excited for Morning. Hopefully we can close by EOM.....it’s no wonder we lack so much detail regarding multiple initiatives......communication has halted! Rightfully, so....I’d rather he wait for A/U.
I’m focused on this now bc it’s what we have NOW. We don’t have GRO3 now bc of HC license barriers, we don’t have morning now bc that acquisition hasn’t closed yet. We don’t have Tempe now or any other franchises yet now......I’m looking at what is going to boost revs in Q4 besides Midtown LL and seasonal snakes distribution deals......I was expecting more from NSI considering this for the initial NSI PR
“Coupling this with the new targeted markets, this acquisition could significantly impact the company's bottom line in a positive manner over the COMING MONTHS and years.”
That was 7 months ago
Right. It’s exciting to see these new acquisitions.....but they don’t come with numbers. No one really knows how much revenue they will be contributing right off the bat. Sure, we know NSI was generating in the vicinity of 18M in the distant past, but now it’s collapsed. Great, they’ve PRd growing NSI accounts, but how much are those accounts worth? According to Q3, not very much.
Doesn’t 45K or whatever it was seem a little low to pay for a 3 year multi sub audit? Someone here mentioned a while back RBSM is making nothing on that
One AMFE representative mentioned other clients had deadlines.....can’t remember they guys name but someone wrote in and he replied with audit info including confirming CFO squad was hired by Amfil
Could this be, the dark side of frugality. We all know Roger is very thrifty especially when it comes to cost vs acquisition ROI. I noticed the accumulated deficit is holding up quite nicely in the latest Q. But I wonder, what did RBSM think when they saw a 45K payment for a 3 year, multi sub audit? With NO deadline.....hmm, let’s see. Make him squirm? Was this an instance where Rogers thriftiness became his own worst enemy. Should he have realized the audit was worth a deadline, was worth paying more for.....I think so.
That’s what I was saying weeks ago on the last dip.....there really isn’t much support at .10......I know .10 is a shiny psychological level and all, but with the lack of price history Im surprised it lasted that long. Could bounce back in a big way like last time, but your floor is in the .08s......hoping we don’t go there, but without the audit and mediocre revs....
AMFE
Yeah but how much do individual franchises actually add to our bottom line......100K, 200, 500, a year? I know there are many variables, but generally speaking, what’s Amfil’s margin?

AMFE
Ups downs, yeah that’s a given. Look, I’m as staunch a defender of AMFE as anyone, but when they fall short I’m going to call them on it. AMFE is better than this. Early stage corporations are uniquely positioned for exponential revenue growth by their very nature: there young. Many here will appreciate my objective stance, as I did when Rocket admitted Q3 growth was mediocre. Keep it real. It’s good for the board.
Did anyone on the board predict 2.4? Enough said
Ok. I was very disappointed with Q3 numbers. Was expecting at least another 100% YOY increase. GRO3 is really hurting us. I think many were expecting that order for 2.5M. delivered by now.....that certainly would have helped us last quarter. Aside, I agree Morning SHOULD assist, but we really don’t know when that’s going to close (was April now May?) and we don’t know the revenue generation.....we also don’t know when we will make US dist arm acquisition
Right I know that’s TWO dist arms.....even worse. They really need to step up in Q4 there won’t be any excuses. We need to see the YOY dist growth
Where is NSI distribution growth? Natural Stuff was acquired in Nov 2017. Q3 shows distribution rev from 689,169 March 2017 to 693,058 March 2018. That’s only 3,889 increase in distribution sales after five solid months of NSI operation
This says acquisition complete by end of April......now Roger says acquisition will be completed by end of May
IMO, S&L should wait a little longer on self-publishing until they get more of a foothold in the US. That first S&L title will be magical for patrons & game lovers, and will be special compared to all subsequent titles. Most people in US have no idea what snakes is. Why not wait until more US target franchises/corporate cystalize before releasing the first title. That way, MAXIMUM impact.
Hahahaha.....hilarious
Haha.....clueless
Right, but the GRO3 payment won’t be included bc that company is still waiting on HC licensing approval and anyone who knows HC knows it takes time. Maybe in Q4
Sure....a company on track to make 20-24M per annum certainly supports .30 and then some
Wow look at PO** go....up +60% in past couple days on over 2M in April. @ 7M/Q we are on track for .30 PPS easy
Agree great find!
Understood......thanks for the clarification Tuna. GLTY
I know fast, I wasn’t speaking to you.....others here have given the impression that all institutional money can’t get in right now. Just keeping it real
Got it. Hopefully the uplist will be enough to overcome the stringent internal policies of many institutional investment firms.
GLTY
Ok, then why was Global Summit, an institutional investment firm, able to buy AMFE? Not all institutional investors have the same internal policies? Ok fine, but let’s not make a blanket statement and say that ALL institutional is prohibited. Apparently that’s not the case here
Tuna what I’m saying is many here have stated that even if institutional investors wanted to buy AMFE, they cannot bc of our pink tier status.......well Summit Global’s investment in AMFE has proven that to be a false statement. Don’t get me wrong this is great to see, but the idea that institutional money has to wait for QB uplist is apparently FALSE. They may CHOOSE to not invest until QB uplist, SEC reporting, audited financials, ect.....but they are NOT prohibited from pink.
Just trying to keep the board clean. Unless I’m missing something here, it is unacceptable for any long or proponent of AMFE to spread false or misleading information such as this.
AMFE
This means that institutional investors can buy AMFE NOW.....they don’t have to wait for uplist to QB. They may choose to wait for audited financials, SEC reporting, ect......but this line about institutional CANT/IS NOT ELIGIBLE to buy pink is bs
I thought institutional investors are prohibited from investing in non-SEC reporting pinks? Am I missing something here.....isn’t that precisely why the uplist to QB is deemed so important by many here so whales like this can become eligible to invest?
I’d be willing to bet Q3 revs surpass expectations as well. If they were low or mediocre, why not just release 15th
Ding ding ding
Hang in there squid-man
Very good point. Could the 5 days expire without audit upload, sure......but you can see the extra effort he’s putting into each and every audit opportunity, and I appreciate it. Worst case, we get more YOY growth by Sunday. Thanks for saying hi tuna =]
I agree......the extension is cloud cover for we want audit with Q3 so it maximizes share price effect IMO. But obviously he can’t say that
He’s wasnt even required to file by the 15th, let alone file an extension explaining why
