Looks like Yahoo!
Ok then FUCK this board.
Take a look at the updated pipeline stages.
There's a new one on there and it's not owned by Fox Chase.

You might only need a headline and a short paragraph from one of those PRs to "get an idea of how "Hedge Funds" operate".
Cellceutix Announces Dismissal of Class Action Lawsuit Filed by Rosen Law Firm
Corporate
BEVERLY, MA--(Marketwired - June 09, 2016) - Cellceutix Corporation (CTIX) (the "Company"), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing innovative therapies with oncology, dermatology, anti-inflammatory and antibiotic applications, is pleased to announce that, yesterday, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York granted the Company's motion to dismiss the securities class action lawsuit brought against the Company by a plaintiff represented by the Rosen Law Firm.
Leo Ehrlich April 7th, 2021. "If Brilacidin goes on to realize its promise as a broad spectrum antiviral, the potential benefits to patients and shareholders for this drug would likely be greater than I or anyone could have ever imagined.”
Nasal Spray for your Virus anyone?
B Covid19 trial results. Very low 4.5% death rate in 5 day dosing...14.5% died in the Remdesivir clinical trial...But yet they are making BILLIONS.
I'm sure sunspotter will clear this all up for us.
https://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/results/NCT04784897?cond=brilacidin&draw=2
A Brilacidin deal for OM is imminent. DeGrado presenting at Military Health System Research Symposium (MHSRS) in less than a month. Scientific Papers on 20 PLUS Viruses that Brilacidin OBLITERATED now complete. All IMO(wink wink)
This board is about to change in such a positive way FOREVER!
Oh I can "guarantee" you that was a buy. Oh My
Next week is looking pretty nice. imo
I never realized what a Hot Spot North Jersey was for the Pharmaceutical business.
You can visit 5 Big Pharma companies or so in a day or 2, then drive an hour south to another big one at the Philadelphia Navy yard then drive another 1/2 hour south to Newark Delaware to another Big Pharma.
What's really nice is you fly right in to Newark International Airport. Busy Busy time.......
1,000,000 shares bought in 5 minutes. Gee I wonder if something is leaking out?
Oh My
Ritonavir(Paxlovid Ingredient, old AIDS drug) had it's clinical trial for Mild covid-19 TERMINATED by Pfizer because it was so bad. They stopped entering patients after a month.
https://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04307693?term=ritonavir&cond=covid-19&draw=2&rank=3
Then Magically they mix Ritonavir with some other bogus Pfizer drug and call it Paxlovid. It then get's EUA in 12/21 and will make an estimated $22 BILLION in 2022 and it doesn't even work. Side effects are so bad you can't be pregnant or breast feeding. You have to stop taking your blood thinners and cholesterol medications just like our prez did. It's a horrible drug and to top it off you don't need a Dr. to write a script for it. The Pharmacist will happily give it to you.
But because it's EUA you the patient can't sue Pfizer for ANY adverse reaction and Ritonavir has plenty.
This is what happens when the former head of the FDA Scott Gottleib sits on Pfizer's Board of Directors. Ya think he has any hooks in to the FDA?
On another note: It takes a while to write a scientific paper on a drug, but when you have to write 20+ papers because the drug you tested OBLITERATED every virus it took on it takes even longer.
Our day is very near and this board is about to change.
Loanranger You are smarter than that..I think...Look at the post I was responding to and you'll have your answer. BTW if you want to talk to the Boss in person he and the Mrs. are having breakfast at Keke's Breakfast Cafe. Should be there another 1/2 hour or so. I'm sure he would welcome your company or anyone else's.
Check out the 2022 Mercedes-Maybach S 680 4MATIC parked on the side. WOW!!!
This board is about to change. GO IPIX!!!!!!!!!
attilathehunt Are YOU saying we are getting a PR tomorrow? How do you know this? That's the 1st I'm hearing of that. Do you have "Insider Information"? Did you make a lunch delivery during an IPIX meeting and overheard it. Please tell us how you know there is a PR tomorrow. If that's true then I'm selling my Husband and Dog and buying Lot's more IPIX shares today.
Let's hope YOU are right! TIA
Unstable Genious are you saying we may have a "FISH ON?"
Do you think it's a fish from the North East Coast by chance? There are some Big Fish there. Many are Pharm grown.
I knew after seeing the PA results that Leo was using the right bait.
Fantastic move getting the PA done.
How could any PharmFish resist.
What do you think the cost of landing the Big fish will be?
IMO it may cost up to 100 to reel this baby in.
Wouldn't be surprised if the new BDD is an Executive VP by EOY.
You don't want to lose them.
GREATEST hire EVER!!!
It's Like watching "Wicked Tuna" IMO it's time to reel this Big Boy in.
Early Morning goose bumps.
From the 7/22/22 PR.
Competitive Positioning: Brilacidin's oral sachet formulation was perceived as convenient and highly preferred by key opinion leaders (KOLs) in comparison to intravenous (IV) options, and KOLs are willing to prescribe Brilacidin for all HNC patients because the compound's preventative properties and ease of use as an oral rinse. Brilacidin has the potential to be a first-line product for prevention and treatment of SOM due to efficacy perceived as being highly clinically meaningful.
By 2030, the global incidence of HNC cases is expected to exceed 1 million per year.
At $8,000 per treatment ...You do the math. Heck do it for $4,000 per treatment. I bet a few Pharma's already have!
Actually Thursday is pay day. Wink Wink
More than 1 Week of full negotiations completed. We are that much
closer to a deal. $20m-$60m upfront with 20% Royalties
or $60m-$100m upfront for 8-10% Royalties.
Decisions Decisions....
All IMO of course Wink Wink
Enjoy your weekend everybody!
Potential Partner(s) looked at the OM data.
Potential Partner(s) Like the OM data.
Potential partner(s) requested an independent "Payer's Analysis" be performed.
Potential Partner(s) are happy with the numbers in the PA as is the BOSS.
Potential Partner(s) negotiating an OM deal for an Unmet need.
All IMO Wink Wink
There is more than 1 interested potential partner for OM. IMO the bidding war has begun...The clock is ticking.....
"Concerning OM we have engaged a company to do a payer analysis ...meaning how much will medicaid/medicare and insurance companies pay for treatment using Brilacidin. We were getting pushback from potential partners as to what the number would be."
MackG with the Royalties at 8-10% that would put the upfront payment at around $100,000,000 wouldn't it? :) Whomever that poster is knows of what he or she speaks.
Sunspotter so you are calling what Leo put in a 10-k to the SEC BS?
Are you saying Leo committed fraud?
2018
The Company signed a non-binding term sheet in August 2018 with a global pharmaceutical company for the licensing/rights to Brilacidin for treating oral mucositis and inflammatory bowel diseases. Initial payments, milestone payments and royalties are being negotiated in accordance with the non-binding term sheet. The pharmaceutical company is now engaged in further due diligence. Management can offer no assurances that the parties will enter into a binding definitive agreement.
INVESTORS OUR TIME IS NEAR!
Enjoy your day. Runninggirl2016
Remember the deal Leo had a few years ago for OM and UC that would have made EVERY shareholder happy? That "company" got a new CEO and the deal was nixed. Well......................................
Looks like the market is already liking the news. ask moving on up.
I liked this part of the PR.
"There currently are no approved medications for the prevention of OM in the HNC population, with only limited palliative care options available. Worldwide, the OM market was estimated to be $1.5bn in 2021.
You guys and girls are welcome!
So who thinks BP might be interested? I do I do!!!!
Now for those 20+ virus results:)
See ya all at IHUB Happy Hour.
What would $100,000,000 upfront do to our share price? :)
Scott Gottlieb the former head of the FDA sits on the Board of Directors at Pfizer. SMH
attilathehunt Yes Next Wednesday the 20th is a good possibility for news. You know 20 is my lucky number. Our new Business Development Director is busy juggling 20 things at once. When you have a drug like Brilacidin for 20 plus indications it will keep you busy 20 hours a day.
IPIX single focus is getting deals done unlike other years. That's why we have this BDD. They were chosen out of a pool of 20 candidates. Top quality from BP.
They've only been at IPIX less than 7 months not 20 years. So cut them some slack.
Remember: Brilacidin is a game changer. Let no one convince you otherwise.
Just sit back and relax.
Hmmm Could we be in a quiet period? I haven't had a response in 20 days.
I hope it goes another 20 days.
I could name 20 reasons to own IPIX but I don't have time today. I have to be some where in 20 minutes.
All the negative talk here is just the same noise repeated over and over and over 20 times a day.
Brilacidin is a game changer. Let no one convince you otherwise.
B IS SAFE and EFFECTIVE in OVER 20 INDICATIONS!!!!
Steel eye They tried their best to close IPIX down but couldn't do it. Many many many more BIG green days ahead. B is just showing to many astounding results in multiple labs. I expect those scientific papers on those 20+ viruses very shortly. Everything else is just noise.
The dam is about to burst. OM and antivirals. The IPIX 1- 2 punch.
Like I said before. Leo hiring this Business Development Director from BP was the greatest move ever. Well except for the $5m purchase of Brilacidin from PolyMedix.
The ABSSSI trial was a scorching success early on and the only thing Menon did was lower the dosage to rid the trial of any hypertension issue that occurred with the PolyMedix trial. Something so simple.....Polymedix should have thought of it. Maybe they would still be in business today.
IPIX is on the MOVE! Big things are coming. Be patient and ignore the noise.
OM talks heating up with "Payer Analysis" results in. All major parties are happy with the findings. Back and forth we go! We could easily open over a buck one morning.
A lot of happy and unhappy folks that day. It's coming......
I feel a nice rise in IPIX share price this week. I wonder why I have this feeling:)
"Because of market conditions and lack of liquidity we were able to acquire this equity position for what we believe is a fraction of the cost had this been available a year ago. A successful Squalus 510k could result in our shares appreciating substantially."
Got it in black and white.
Sunspotter Looks like your Dr. Sonis(still advisor for IPIX) sponsored xf-73 which has only been tested for Staphylococcal Infections has major problems with the heart. 10% of patients didn't complete the trial compared to 3 % for Placebo. 3 deaths for xf-73 1 for placebo.
xf-73 total 63 patients enrolled
3 cardiac sae
10 cardiac ae
scroll to bottom of link and check out ae/sae.
This xf-13 nasal gel is some scary stuff. Brilacidin will have it's lunch and Sonis knows it. He's just making some xtra cash.
Looks like some people didn't like that SP rise yesterday.
https://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/results/NCT03915470?term=xf-73&draw=2&rank=1
So much for a NDA. There are always leaks...always...
That Payer Analysis was a great move. Everybody is happy now.
Let the SP rise!
LR Here's your link for 2020 OM WW cases. It was in a previous post of mine but I guess you didn't want to open it and have your verification.
As for B having to be approved for OM before a Payer Analysis is run. Well I'd have to post an email for that and I'm sure I'd violate something by doing that, but you don't need drug approval to run a Payer Analysis. Successful P2 of B-OM was more than sufficient for potential partners to ask for a Payer Analysis.
Estimates show that the highest incident cases of OM in the 7MM were in the United States, followed by Japan in 2020.
The United States, in 2020, accounted for 596,671, OM incident cases, which are expected to grow during the study period, i.e., 2018-2030.
In the year 2020, the total incident cases of OM in EU5 were 623,424, which are expected to grow during the study period, i.e., 2018-2030.
In the year 2020, the total incident cases of OM in Japan were 260,358, which are expected to grow during the study period, i.e., 2018-2030.

I wonder how much Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance companies are willing to pay for B-OM. With average costs around $25,000 for OM hospitalizations I'd say $5,000 - $7,000 for a 7 week B dose sounds reasonable.
In the year 2020, the total incident cases of Oral Mucositis were 1,480,453 cases.
You do the math....
July is looking like 1 HOT month for IPIX.
That new BDD is busting their butt.
Best hire Leo ever made.
Our new Business Development Director is earning their pay and BIG Sign-on Bonus.
July will indeed be one HOT month.
It doesn't take 10+ months to test and write a publication for 1 or 2 virus kills. But it sure as heck takes that long for 20+ viruses!
Menon " There's nothing Brilacidin can't kill"
BP is watching. That you can bet on. Just ask our BDD.
TradingPro A wise move. I remember Dr. Menon once saying "There isn't any virus that Brilacidin can't kill" We are about to find out!
Pj007 While I like your enthusiasm I don't believe that Fox Chase got $70,000,000 upfront for the anti-fungal deal. That's the only way IPIX would get their $4m to cover Squalus deal from Fox Chase..
IMO July is going to provide more fireworks than we've seen in a long time.
Squalus is going the 510(k) approval route which on average takes 177 days. 20% of applications are approved in 90 days so this route is much faster than a drug approval of 300+ days.
Like I said before the 510(k) is probably 2-3 years away.
Let's focus on Brilacidin for now. After all that's what the market is currently focusing on. I wonder if the "Payer Analysis" results some how leaked out this week? So how much is Medicare/Medicaid and Insurance companies willing to pay for an at home swish and spit for OM? hmmmmmmmmm?
Can't wait for the 20+ virus publications!!!
