Fan pass was a clever idea for these scamsters, good way to make suckers think they had something big going. Only thing was that 2 or 3 other companies already something like that in place. It was never their intention to develop Fan Pass, but just to lie to sell more shares. CRIMINALS!

Yeah and these guys are clever scam artists. By using Celebrities, they were able to dupe a lot of investors into thinking they were a legit company, I often wonder what J Lo and Mehgan Trainor would think if they knew that these criminals used their good names to scam people out of their hard earned money.

@SettingItStraight, Sorry to hear that. Yeah I'm not young anymore either. We still Live and learn even in our later years. I've been buying into Cannabis and recovered some losses there, but still way down from this FDBL scam.

@JimofRidge great post. Those number prove they are growing and cultivating this operation. It will take a while for legislation to pass everything, but once it does, then golden leaf will be ahead of the game while other companies are still trying to get going. IMO

IMO for now is all abt licensing, growing, expanding and reinvesting. Probably will be for the near future. Once MJ is legalized throughout the USA, there will be a ton of competition,many will jump on the wagon, but only those who started early and established themselves early on will remain competitive. Kinda like the Dot.Com bubble. I think GLDFF is doing things the right way to be a leader for years to come.

Good post. I've done some DD on gldff as well and it looks like they have a good long term plan in place. They already have a number of shops in OR, and expanding into CA. I own a small amount that I got in at .19 per share, so already up nicely and planning to continue to add. The call this Wednesday will be good indication of how things are going internally. Hello, I'm a new MJ stock investor and new to this board. I read up on Golden Leaf and sounds like there is a lot of potential. So to ask all those who are long, short, bullish and bearish on this stock, what do you think the chances are the pps hit $1 by the end of the year?

Love your optimism, and you luckily got out at the right time. I jumped on the JLo Wagon and got burned pretty bad with this crap stock. Still holding a slight bit of hope, but not holding my breath.

Its kinds funny that one could buy 1MM shares for this crap for a $1, but its also sad for all those who fell for the Rositano's BS, and lost a lot of their hard earned $$ to those crooks.

I'm just waiting for the day that fdbl files bankruptcy and we get the notice that all existing shares of fdbl will be extinguished.

The funny thing is that after the 18,444 to 1 reverse split and stick ticker symbol change, it would have to grow to over $100 per share just for most investors, who originally got taken, unless Sharps comes up with a New Breakthrough in the medical industry, I just don't see that happening.

This reverse split is just another way of manipulating the pps, trying to make it look better then .0001.

Well I don't really see any PR doing much for this stock either way. Over the last year pr would gain volume, but had no effect of the pps. Do you have any info on the announcement of the Reverse Split?

Yeah I use to be all eye and excited about this idea, but I also advise everyone, new and existing investors to stay away. I mean. how does a stock that only worth. .0001 per share even look to any newbie.

Yeah for the last 2 years Ive watched this stock drop from over a penny, to 1/1000 of a penny, no matter what fluff news was announced, it didn't help. Its sad that so many people lost hard earned money from these rositano crooks.

Yeah and the key word is Miracle, but hey, stranger things have happened.

Yeah High Volume doesn't mean a viable stock, it more means billions of shares flooding the market. Now if the company starting buying shares back, that's one thing, but that's opposite of what they plan to do, a reverse split to make the pps look better, then just more fluff news.

Again, I only say this for newbies not to get taken. I lost, or I'm down a lot of $$ that I'll never recover. Use extreme caution when considering this stock. Look for actual numbers and proven results, don't just look at the News Stories, those are just words.

Well I read this yesterday, and I still am cautious. I've read so many hyped stories about FDBL over the last 2 years, from, celebrities using the App in their videos, to Fanpass live, and now I gotta ask, why is an App that promotes social networking, doing business with a Medical Device Company, two completely different Industries. All I can say is that Volume only matters so much, its Price per share where we see growth.

I agree with you Ron, I question if this is just more fluff and smoke coming from fdbl. Well have to wait and see, but not holding my breath.

@Smarty - I use to wonder the same thing abt ligther then AIR and why he spent all day every on this board bashing this stock, well 1st off, he was probably shorting it, and probably made a killing, reason why, is cause he's probably right, fdbl most likely is just a scam and the rositanos have a history of these kinds of things. Bottom line is lots of people lost lots of money while Rositanos got rich. If you've seen The Wolf of Wall Street, its a lot like that. I certainly recommend anyone watching this stock to exercise extreme caution before they buy. Best of Luck.
