Thank you.
Thanks. Just was looking for verification is all. I went thru the RS so that tells you how long I had this. Glad to see I held.

Is this stock still OTC or Nasdaq?
Because my Etrade account is showing NSDQ now.
Wow,
Thought I would check in and see if my millions, now thousands of shares were hopefully floating somewhere around a dime. Was hoping to get some money back, instead of see a pretty unethical tailspin back towards where it reversed from. I think a rummage sale might of been ran better.
The process took me about 5 1/5 months. All fees were about $250 but I had well enough in the dividend to justify the fees. My broker enacted a SEC rule, after the one year period, then the process went into motion.
The problem is, your broker has to be willing to do the time and effort to follow thru. Also, its a broker that knows what they are doing. I went about 2 months of emails and paperwork before they got it all together to figure out what to do, because it doesn't happen very often with them anyway. They told me most people do not even bother following thru. But with what was sitting in my account, gave it a shot. Patience, patience.
Mine are free and clear as of last week thru Capital One. They are tradeable and tested it. So not a scam with my shares anyway.
Mine are free and clear now, as of last week, thru Capital One
There is very strict rules. You have to be an "affiliated member". Fortunately, one of those is you have to be an owner or director of "a" company, which I own my own. Second, know someone that is or have family that is, or if you or someone you know owns 10% of PURA. BUT, the more stocks you have, the more it will cost because there are baseline flat costs, but also a cost to the amount of shares.
So it can be done.
"Capital One Investing can assist in helping you to remove the restricted status of these shares. There are several steps to do so, but if you do wish to move forward, we are happy to help.
Please confirm if you are an Affiliated person, which the definition of an Affiliated person is: an officer or director of a company, a member of an officer's or director's family, or anyone else who owns at least 10 percent of the stock."
Finally got my PURA divvy off restrictions today thru Capital One. Cost me $225, but now I have control of them.
Agreed, something has happened here
This finally going back to bid today
Seriously, a .36 cent trade 3 minutes before close
The MM's are all jockeying for position for Monday.
I don't think the MM's like the squeeze they are currently under. They are having to dig into their stashed shares to keep it down. They are doing some things they don't want people to know about with the 10,000 bid/ask. Its also obvious they are trading back and forth since an MM is the only ones that can make a .00038 trade.
The way its looking I think we could get a sneak peek at 5's today. Don't know where it will close, but I think a sneak preview is right on the line.
Looks like a bid after lunch is coming finally.
Yeah that's why I have stated MM's, never blamed the CEO. So no idea where you got that from.
There are the Form T as suspected
They do suck people dry to a turnip.
Agreed. Someone made about $100,000 between Friday and today and wasn't any of us.
In reality, there has been zero volume. It is just made to look like there has been, except for 61.7 million unexplained .000099 shares
Actual buy/sell volume today was absolutely zero. Unless there are Form T about to show. 61.7 million shares went to someone for .000099.
Those had to go someplace or it wouldn't of went thru for that number.
Because your order was filled, using level 2, you technically haven't bought any shares. Your broker should of explained that to you. Currently all actual buy/sell volume is absolutely zero. I would figure they will pull the same stunt they did Friday and do after hours Form T trades and will show a bid, then be gone at opening tomorrow. If your a MM and own billions of shares and buy at 6 digit numbers then short at 2's everyday, you can make quite a bit of quick cash. Because once its after hours and goes to a bid, an investor cant sell, because they wont let it go thru. Then if you try to first thing in the morning, they do their work before opening the put it to no bid and the regular guy cant do a thing.
I have to be honest and say I bought a good share of stock in this company in hopes of a merger or they would be acquired. I see no way this company has enough money to make its own acquisition. Once again, it goes back to no bid, all trades are black paints and actual buy/sell volume is absolutely zero.
Its not just this board but several that say MM's cant or don't trade stocks. No one else but a MM can do a 5 and 6 digit trade, so they do. Just they sell those to brokers and make a very good profit. Pre market trades by the form t and the bid at EOD Friday goes no bid. So I am starting to get growing doubts, but with so much invested, I am going to wait and see. Something is going on, but no idea whether good or bad.
The last 5 trades at the very EOD was Form T
