Agreed. By all accounts these covers should be flying off the shelves (of the warehouse). Needs to happen quickly. Bleeding cash and we know where they will go to get more!

This is frustrating. I think sometimes you can spend too much getting ducks lined up rather than doing. I found that in my business going out and getting it done worked best! The general feeling I’m getting from them is one of “look what we will do” rather than seeing something concrete. My main worry is they sold us an idea that they did not know how to execute on. All we have are drawings and computer images. I understand keeping it secret is important in the industry but still I have concerns and would like some reassurance. I am frustrated not to see a prototype, I am frustrated I haven’t seen any numbers on pre orders. I would like to know when we will start making money. Throughout my time here that is the thing that is missing and is the most important (obviously). I have a feeling this is the last chance! I have trusted so far so I’m going to see this through for good or bad!

Look at out history. We always bounce up and down and if you are loyal you will stick it out. If you bought at $16 you may not…. Why the hell would the company sell shares to raise money only to buy them back at a greater $ amount when they are looking to grow. I appreciate most of your comments as you are a good counter to others which is necessary but I think in this case it’s not a good idea. Spend the bloody money so we can make some money!

Mmmm. I have difficulty calling him a liar although I feel a little manipulated. I just have to trust he wants to do the best for the company and this will lead to bigger and better things. When I questioned him about warrants being 110% of common I got this answer. “They need to be exercised but they are tradeable as a separate equity until they’re Redeemed”.

Actually yes I did. I had a ton of shares from .10 and under and I thought it was stupid to have so much riding on one company so sold most and stuck it in a sensible account with my broker after the last run. I still have 150k plus and some warrants so obviously I’m not that clever as I would have cashed them in before now but there you go! This company had been very profitable for me and got me to a point where I am now in a good place with my retirement accounts etc… so I am still fairly happy. I still want this to do well and I think it will eventually. That’s where I’m at… believe it or not!

I have seen this before. I think the company has a good future however I am happy I sold 75% of my shares above the old .65

Anyone still getting calls from maxim about important worksport developments? Had messages the last two days.

I emailed Steven. Maxim appear to have misinterpreted the info. Shares will not be offered at a steep discount and warrants will be 110% of common shares. He said they no longer need to discount themselves anymore. Pricing will be the management’s decision not the bankers.

Just thought it would be better to ask him rather than speculate.

Look this will probably settle again but hopefully higher than the previous time. It keeps running and each time it settles its higher than the previous me low generally so it’s still a great long term play. Those that bought a bit higher just need a little patience.

Who on this board is part of the company! Who on this board makes company decisions. No one. Everyone has their opinion and people can speculate one way or another as they wish.Let Rossi do his job. Don’t think for one minute he won’t be busting his ass working 24/7 to get this done because he is! We are in for the ride that’s all.

I really think you need to email him directly. If you do so he will explain his reasoning behind what he does and will save any guess work. He does get back to you if you ask in a professional manner. I agree we need sales. That’s my big thing, however this I happening now so I expect to see better results Q3 onwards. Q2 still won’t be great but I am holding to see what they do. TerraVis and the Cor battery will be game changers if done right.

I think he needs the NASDAQ listing to encourage contracts like that. I don’t think he would uplist if it wasn’t in the businesses best interest. I think he needs the NASDAQ to get to the next level.

I believe this is part of the reason for moving to the NASDAQ from an earlier email I had with Rossi. Bigger companies don’t always look fondly on OTC stocks. They were potentially leaving partnerships on the table as OTC company. Being on the NASDAQ would allow the company to move forward more quickly and allow greater opportunities for partnerships etc...

I think your questions are fine. If don’t know the answer to what you ask I go to Rossi for and explanation. I like to find out the true info where possible. I use this board mostly for that purpose. I think I got the 15m figure I stated earlier was from the proposed max aggregate of the offering on the S-1 document pinned on this board. I guess it could be any amount up to that. May have read it wrong as these documents are hard to read and I skimmed it to be honest.

I think they are looking to raise 15m based on the S-1. I didn’t really pay it too much attention. So if we did a 10:1 split as per your example we would be looking at just over 5.5m shares on top of the 16.5m. A fair chunk to be sure but if the company grows and achieves what the expect then there is no issue. It’s whether you believe in this company long term. I do so I am ok with this.

My money is real and I’ve been here over 4 years. 300% up. That’s a good investment!
