What happened with Blank Rome? Or is normal to contract multiple law firms for that same kinds of cases, seems inefficient.
Apples and oranges. You can bet on a CEO to repeat previous patterns. It’s been years of “almost time” here. What’s the market cap now, 50 mil? With a whole half mil a year income to back it up. I’d say the intrinsic value is priced in at this point.
You can also predict future performance by past performance. SFOR isn't a startup that's having trouble getting running. Mark Kay can't run the company, he's been in charge since 2003 and doesn't have anything to show for it. Ram would be better off taking his IP anywhere else. Mark is a pink sheet CEO and always will be, selling hopes, dreams and shares on message boards.
Semi annual net income
2014 -2.649.000
2015 -1.667.000
2016 2.692.000
2017 -3.778.000
Unless the financials on otcmarkets.com are false. Can't run a business on settlements alone. Their total revenue is terrible, it doesn't even pay for Mark Kay's salary.
That should let you know what's going on here. People 'in the know' would be buying if this were about to explode. It's not the diamond in the rough so many think it is. This has been relentlessly pumped using ambiguous connections to real events and companies. Easily verifiable numbers like revenue remain flat, the only thing growing here is debt.
I asked this question yesterday, got 3 replies, but 2 were deleted.
ACS being sold for hundreds of millions helps Bo Dietl, it doesn't necessarily help SFOR at all.
SFOR needs to sell their product or get corporate accounts rolling, which they have been promising for years, but haven't delivered.
So ACS might be sold, where does that leave SFOR? Same place it is now.
That guy seems a slimy as they come. Great person to be in bed with.

Kim dot coms 98 patent and the 94 ATT that overrode his patent in Europe. A secondary out of network auth method has been used since RSA keys in the 90s
So basically an RSA token that’s been around forever. Cool.
Considering the millions of transactions Azure does every day, there should be something on their financial report by now, but... nothing.
I believe the excuse used by the pumpers was NDA? They couldn't put it on their financial statement because it would violate the terms of the settlement.
They also like to throw out vague statements here.
"Info security is important and lots of companies are upping their security. Strikeforce is a security provider." letting the gullible do some mental math and come to the conclusion that Strikeforce is THE company in security.
A while back pumpers were even emailing the DOD begging them to use SFOR products. Posting the "We'll look into it, now leave us alone" emails as concrete evidence the DOD was going to use SFOR producs. This board is always good for entertainment.
OOBA is a type of multifactor authentication, a fairly common one. They don't own out of band authentication wholesale, they own their specific method.
Back to your vehicle analogy, they have a patent on an injector, not fuel injection.
Their products have been around for quite some time now. If they were good, they'd be making money. They have a redundant product targeted at people that don't understand computers or computer security. Which is why this is a junk penny stock and not a NASDAQ traded company.
If the OOBA patent they have is the groundbreaking patent they think it is, they would have partners all over the world by now. There are MANY MFA patents out there, SFOR doesn't own the only one, they just own a specific method.
Still relying on lawsuits to keep the company going? Where are all the retail sales, OEM bundling, corporate clients, etc etc etc. All the promises.
But let me guess, they couldn't tell you who their corporate customers are because that would somehow make the customer vulnerable.
In reality, big security firms proudly display who they protect.
SFOR is a patent troll, at least the pumpers are making money on this.
inb4 "Haven't sold a share." no one believes you.
We don't know that until they actually go to court and win a case. To my knowledge, they haven't won in court yet. The MS settlement doesn't mean anything, especially considering the timing of the MS suit. Could just mean the settlement was cheaper than going to court and delaying the Azure rollout, which would have cost MS 100s of millions.
If it was worth it, MS would have bought them. There's many multifactor patents out there.
Microsoft was the perfect candidate to do that, and it’s something they regularly do to companies with a good product. After full access to the patent they decided to settle for a few million so they could keep their release deadline with Azure, passing on buying out SFOR. This should tell you all you need to know about this patent.
Been holding so long it better be epic haha.
Another thing he's been saying for a long time. That's more of a 'in a perfect world' kind of statement. In a perfect world, SFOR would buy back shares and never have to RS or dilute again.
Maybe they'll team up with McAfee and get pre-installed on all Dell computers sold at Sears haha.
The PRs are the same going back years. Rumored 'huge deals' never come around. It doesn't take this long to get a deal going.
You'd figure if this were some groundbreaking, all encompassing patent like so many here think it is, someone would have bought them out by now. Or crushed them and stole the patent to sell themselves and sue everyone using it.
There was a pump and dump? Must not have been successful, its been flat at .0001 for months now.
No one's shorting this. People bought on poster hype, did some DD and bailed. Company is a shell with no way to make money. I've been watching it for a while now, since they had ships... Waiting to see if they get their ships back. If they do I'll put money here again, but until then, this is done.
I like how they blacked out "Company has sold off all Ships"... Real dishonest play there.
Until news comes out saying otherwise, this company is a shell with no way to make money.
That was back when they had ships and revenue. Not sure what's going to drive them now.
They have 0 ships.
What assets? Did they finally get their boats back?
Not to mention increasing non fossil fuel demand in cars.
The p/e on my stocks app (iphone built in) shows 2.550, interesting because I don't think that's ever been populated.
Big offloading the last couple days. Everyone lost patience?
Proof that they bought Nipton?

Seeing any revenue is probably a long way off, and this could fail miserably. But they still did it.
It was the one from Aug http://www.fox10tv.com/story/36059975/cannabis-company-plans-to-turn-desert-town-into-pot-paradise I guess they wanted to get more views? We're not pot legal yet, but they're really pushing for it in the state.
Sure thing, unless this is somehow another American Green Inc from Arizona haha http://www.fox10tv.com/story/36059975/cannabis-company-plans-to-turn-desert-town-into-pot-paradise
This is the story they were pushing. Might have been re running the story or something.
The local news is running a story on the tonight, Fox10. Advertising during the football game. Might see a run coming up.
Is this done now? My stocks app (iPhone built in) hasn't updated since Thursday. Just showing down 30% on 200k volume every day now haha.
I sold most a while back, when they still had inventory as Epic Thrift. What I have left I've mentally written off, it could be interesting.
If this turns into Riggs we could easily be looking at .05-.10 with the current 100k market cap
This one is so weird. Price fluctuates in my account with no volume. Been doing that off and on for a while now.
Absolutely no love for this one...
Interesting. Might be the news the 911 trade alerted. Got a 777 today, 700s are "going up". But this might all be dumb coincidences too.
Wow sure are a lot of 1s available. They have to end sometime, right?
