Look again. Company needs to show profits or something great.
Most of you should know how I felt about INNV and Dr. Damage. However, the management of AYTU haven't gone to the extremes Dr. Damage did. The only thing I'm curious about is what did AYTU gain by buying a POS like INNV. I think Dragon Lady/one of the board members had something up their sleeve.
Anyhow, I don't believe this potential lawsuit has any merit and won't proceed.
Headlight will probably won't be covered by Medicare and most likely get FDA approval. I can see Healight being scraped within 1-1.5 years. The above is my opinion. Company must do another RS and will either be sold. Forget about the buy reccomdations since they are mostlikely paid for. JMO
Your comments are fairly accurate. JMO
First of all one must consider whether or not the recommendation was paid for or not.
Next understand they haven't shown a profit and most likely won't for at least the next two quarters.
They are burning threw cash
Healight is a bust and most likely will never receive FDA approval.
Finally they will probably have another RS within two years.
You'll like it better @ $2.80.
AYTU has 1 pumper on Ya's conversation board pushing Healidht. Now that's a joke and laughable.
Won't do much for the stock.
Company needs to show profit. Company is looking for investors which will increase shares for more crappy purchases of lower companies. Management is most likely looking to build revs for sale of AYTU down the road. Until then, dilution and another RS. They're in for themselves
So what. Just more hype. Good luck with any real sales over next 5-7 years
Good posts. Company won't be profitable and more dilutio along with another RS within 2.5 years. Nothing more than a piggy bank for insiders.
Taking on more debt with revs that don't cover the additional expenses. Look for more significant dilution over the next 12 months. I'm still sticking with RS within the next 2.5 yrs.
Then you'd better be out within 2-3 years. I don't see this company being profitable.
To bad they played games to get the share price up so the merger would go through. Smart people bailed when got above 10. Even smarter people shorted when 10 or above. Now comes the money burn
Squeeze has to be orchestratedike games top was. The stockholders of AYTU either aren't interested or sophisticated enough to pu a squeeze off
The light will only work if caught early enough. Once you're in respiratory distress, it's possible the bacteria has started to enter the blood stream (from what I understand). The bacteria normally starts in the nasal passage and works it's way down. I'm also assuming yours peaking of pneumococcus bacteria.
The shorts are having their turn. If you want to win over the shorter, request your certs.
First of all Dishow's comments are mere huff and puff at this time. Your link refers to mostly microbial infections which are throughout the body. UV light will only work on surface or exposed microbes. As time goes on they will become more resistant through mutation. It will take a lot more evidence for widespread approval. AYTU doesn't have that kind of money.
Yeah, Right- LOL
Let's see after next reported Q.
Are you trying to convince yourself or the people on this board. Undervalued would be more like 2.80 - 3.05.
It will be pumped up, then shorted down. If one doesn short THIS POS, then a buy in price might be $2.80-3.10 for a $0.50 quick turn. You can look for more acquisitions of companies losing their arses and more Dilution along with another RS in 3-4 years. Investment in this company is foolish for a long position
LOL, You're joking, right?
No way will healight be a front line treatment.
Sales of their test kits are down and will continue to drop. The UV light is a joke. It will never be a fist or second line cure attempt. It will take a long time to get through full FDA approval. Yes, UV light destroys viruses and bacteria but it also destroys or mutates healthy cells. Should see a continual drop in revs over next two quarters.
SHORT THIS POS!!!!
The nasal swab tests for the active virus. The blood test looks for the antibodies. The nasal is the preferred
Unfortunately most likely AYTU
Why would anyone buy a 3 month supply of Regoxidine for around $35 when one can buy a 6 month supply of the Kirkland brand for around $29!!!!
Yep, just like it did for INNV
Many companies attend. Unless the penny stock company has something unique, the don't get much out of it other than some tire kickers.
That's not a big deal.
Stock dilution contributed to the lower loss/share.
Like I previously stated, they have unsold inventory on test kits. It's not the next quarter but the one after which is of concern. Seems like the market agrees. They will need to do a RS within the next 4-7 months. They need to be above $1.00
The earnings report after the next will be the one to really worry about
jb How true
It's also fun to read posts of people claiming to buy every time the stock drops. That would mean they're down a bunch. HeRd that same flawed reasoning for INNV
Same MO as INNV. One can compare the success of test kits to INNV's Fluticare. We all know what happened to good old Fluti. Yes, a RS is coming. Forget about the UV light. That's another one of Trump's promoted cures. If you believe in that, I've got a bridge I'll sell you
That's the same remark people said about INNV.
Big deal on record revs. Should be more concerned about profits
Smart move
Just remember how much it cost INNV to market their products. It cost them $1.3 - $1.5 for every dollar of sales. Fluticare is no longer part of the line up. If you take a look at INNV's last quarter revs, they were down. AYTU didn't get much in the acquisition of INNV. I would imagine they only had about $2M - $3M for the quarter with INN products.
