There have been revenues already, if you check the filings. It's not much, five digit figures, but that's probably because a dinky little timber outlet in paupa New Guinea isn't exactly a cash cow. It was also a requirement from the Paupa New Guinea government DLCR had to comply with in order to obtain the registration necessary to legally conduct business there.
The timber they began logging in Q4 is being sold to overseas buyers. The revenues from logging will dwarf the timber outlet sales. That is why people are excited now.

The O/S is NOT a problem! It's 333M! That's excellent!
The lastest filing says the O/S as of this week of January 2017 is 467M shares.
The filing also states that two insiders own 67M shares each, 134M total held by insiders.

______________
333M shares
That is a superb share structure.
$DLCR
DLCR began logging in the Fall of 2016, they began order fulfillment in Winter 2016. If the 10k shows no revenues, it's because THEY JUST BEGAN LOGGING. What don't you understand about that?
I know. I'm locked and loaded, just waiting for the signal.
No R/S
No more dilution
The CEO plans to address the O/S this year (maybe a buyback? Especially with all that revenue)
467M O/S - 134M insider holding (CEO and other DLCR employee) = 333M is the worst case number of shares trading at any given time
The company is out of their R&D stage and now fully operational, producing revenues (lot$$$$$$$ of revenues)
The company has a goal to uplist to OTCQB. In order to do so, they need to be trading at $.01+ for a month
I'm extremely optimistic about $DLCR and won't even consider selling my shares until we're comfortably in copper
I agree that selling for a small uptick and risking being unable to purchase cheapies is rather dumb.
Warren Buffett once said, "The stock market is a device that transfers money from the impatient to the patient."
$DLCR
So far, via email, Warren has confirmed that there will be no R/S, no more dilution, AND that he has a plan to address the O/S in 2017 (this year). Plus, revenues are rolling in now that the harvesting and order fulfillment has begun, so there's that too.
I'm excited to see the next PR.

When I emailed Warren, asking if there would be more dilution with the A/S:

Hi xxxxx
There is no more dilution going to happen other that what has been stated before.

GL to all. I have other things to do today. I have my shares and I'm in it for the long haul.

So if a stock doesn't do what you wanted it to in two days, it's no good? What???
Patience is rare these days....

Why many are holding for silver+:

$DLCR
I already did it in my second reply
I'm sorry, I'm just irked at the amount of people who's emotions are tied to the share price. Their view of the company goes up and down depending on the PPS. No one seems capable of seeing the big picture. It's infuriating and I mistook your genuine question for naysaying. My bad.
$DLCR
According to the filing today, Warren and another insider own 67M shares each. That's 134M shares total. You can bet they're both holding long. So, technically, you can subtract 134M shares from the 499M outstanding share count, because they're not trading on the open market. It leaves 365M shares trading on the open market, at maximum. There are many longs, so probably even less than that. Buy and hold is the name of this game.

In February 2016, Warren worked out how many logs the whole parcel of land would yield and how much $ he could make from its sales: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/DLCR/news/Kibush-Capital-announces-increase-in-Revenue-and-Resource?id=124867&b=y
In June 2016, Warren got DLCR registered as a forestry industry participant so the company could begin negotiating with the locals who own the forest DLCR wishes to log: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/DLCR/news/Kibush-Capital-Subsidiary-Granted-Forest-Registration-Approval?id=134528&b=y
^Its like registering a business before you can obtain loans, sell goods, order inventory, hire people, pay employees, etc.
In August 2016, DLCR had finished making deals with the land owners and applied for registration with the timber authority (different from registering as a Forestry Industry Participant in June 2016) to log the land they negotiated with land owners: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/DLCR/news/Kibush-Capital-Second-Timber-Authority-Application-Lodged?id=137317&b=y
^ if you read this PR, it estimates $750 per cubic meter
If DLCR logged 160 logs @ 3-4 cubic meters each, that means at least 480 cubic meters were harvested in the Fall/Winter of 2016. Then you take 480 and multiply it by $750. You get a total of $360,000 for Q4 2016. And DLCR isn't even full steam ahead yet. This was their first cut.
I don't know how to spell it out easier than that.
Here's a more simplified version:
1. They got permission from the government to operate in Paupa New Guinea
2. They negotiated deals with land owners
3. They got permission from the government to log
Did you not read the entire post? Just picked out the one line?
Are you capable of DD and reading PRs?
The PRs from last spring estimated how much wood could be harvested from different areas and how much they'd sell for.
Are you asking me to hold your hand and walk you through the DD and math?
$DLCR progress timeline:
Spring 2016: Recon
DLCR identified potential timber harvesting sites in Papau New Guinea and appraised its value
Summer 2016: Red Tape
DLCR applied for and was approved for the necessary permits, licenses, and negotiated deals with the land owners
Fall 2016: Harvesting
DLCR began harvesting timber with their very own logging equipment
Winter 2016: Inagural order fulfillment
At least 160 logs @ 3-4 cubic meters of lumber to sell, apiece
2017:
MILLIONS$$$$$$$$ IN REVENUE
There's $16k on $.001 and that's pretty big in my book
Imho that's a pretty solid bottom, ensuring buys will need to be above $.001
$DLCR
Cheapies are anything under $.005 since this is going to multiple pennies or more, imho
Many are holding for silver as well now that the company is transitioning out of R&D and into operations & profits

MILLIONS$$$$$$$$ IN REVENUE
Last time $DLCR ran, it was on hype/speculation/emotion
This time when $DLCR runs, it will be on fact/revenue/progress
I think if $DLCR can get to $.0085 on pure speculation, it can reach $.05+ on solid reported revenues
-Rand
Couldn't be happier to hold. I know it'll be worth it. Plus, CEO has more to loose than any of us: He invested $750k of his own money. No one drops that kind of coin unless they're dead serious about a sure thing.
Anxiously awaiting news.
$DLCR
Last year (haha, because it's 2017 now), DLCR ran because it was newly discovered, there was tons of speculation, and lots of hype.
Solid revenues (the mere IDEA of them is what excited traders last year's run) are about to begin rolling in.
This is not a drill.
Any traders not in DLCR upon take off will be left behind.
Yeah, because the timber will yield hundreds of millions in revenue, but timber is only ONE thing DLCR does.
There timber AND a gold mine
In the long, LONG term, dollars might be possible
$DLCR
$.15 - $.25 , actually if you consider the original $.30 - $.50
And Warren has confirmed that there's no R/S
I would wonder if a buyback will happen, if so, then those original PPS estimates might hold and then some
$DLCR
Why many are holding for silver plus:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=124419148
$DLCR
Especially considering the CEO has been quoted estimating the value of DLCR shares at $.30/share
Here is what I think:
If DLCR ran to $.0085 on no revenue
I think DLCR can run to $.05+ with the first reporting of revenue
$DLCR
This is the year for $DLCR
2016 was R&D
2017 is pure profit
Those who don't buy in will be left behind
I'm excited to hear how much $$$ DLCR brought in from it's inaugural season of harvesting/fulfilling orders.
Those $200k/Month projected revenues are about to become a reality

Here is the timeline in case you still don't understand:

Winter 2016: First order fulfillment
NEXT STEP IS MILLIONS$$$$$$$$ IN REVENUE
Yes. Stocks go up and down. If you're patient, you'll see it go back up again, maybe higher. DLCR didn't begin churning out wood until fall 2016. They didn't begin filling orders until winter 2016. We won't see revenues from those orders until Spring 2017. That's how a business operates. One foot in front of the other. No business happens all at once. When the stock was at $.008, DLCR was in it's R&D stages. It dropped due to convertible notes that were sold so the company could obtain the financing necessary to pay for expenses leading up to operations.
Where do you think a company just starting out, with no profits would get the money to erect its operational base so that it can make profits in the future?
They can't make something out of nothing. You have to spend money to make money.
That's what the OTC markets are for:
Companies without enough capital to list on the major markets.
What don't you understand about this? It's normal business practice.
If you hold onto your shares that may or may not have helped the company obtain financing, when the company becomes profitable, you'll be rewarded by a skyrocketing share price. That's the idea at least. It's called an ROI, a Return On Investment.
If you bought in and the stock dropped, that's on you I'm afraid. You don't have to take the loss, you can hold and wait for the PPS to recover. You're responsible for your investment decisions. That's part of being an adult. Accepting responsibility for your choices.

1.)There has been no news in over a month
2.)It's Christmas, so everyone sells more than usual for holiday spending
3.) 3M share volume is not enough to freak out about and use the word "bleeding"
4.)DLCR has juuuuussstttttt begun filling orders which means they juuusssttt begun reeling in revenues, albeit not reported yet
5.)The CEO invested $750k of his own money to get DLCR operational
Just because the stock isn't doing exactly what you want in this exact instant doesn't mean it's all dooommmeeeddd
Calm your jets, these things take time
We won't see news until January 2017
No use calling bullsh*t until we see what's around the corner
$DLCR
People like you tie your emotions to the share price and fail to remain objective
You can't get discouraged when it dips and become ecstatic when it rises
There's no place for emotions in stock trading
Don't get emotional about money (Rule #1)
There hasn't been news in over a month, Warren's emails indicate the wait will be worth it
Just sit tight and be patient, these things don't happen overnight
Don't invest money you can't afford to lose (Rule #2)
I'm glad. You never can be too sure on these boards.
IMHO $.002 is going to look dirt cheap in a week or so.
I think $.005 and under has 100%+ gain potential.
You really can't go wrong with DLCR.
$DLCR
Nah. Only 451k shares available on $.0013 and after that's gone, $.0014 will be where investors have to buy if the want in
The bottom of the barrel has already been scraped out and sponged dry
The lowest possible entry point is rising without news
Anyone not in DLCR when news hits will be left behind

Next stop...terrible twos ($.002s)

I don't think so. I think it's unwise to draw difinitive conclusions based on day to day PPS. January news is expected to be more than wholesome. My patience for this company expires January 31st, 2017. That's the last of my holding and waiting. I'm in $DLCR for the long haul.
