Yes, the DOD again, again and again! Until my close kin and their battle buddies get the MFA/OOBA/encryption they need on their mobile devices to protect them from exploitation by hostile intelligence services (such as the BBC reported Feb Russian cyber attack on NATO forces deployed in support of Eastern European allies) I will not cease my efforts! The DOD cyber defense plan is due on the desk of the POTUS the EOM. So, until the info cutoff, the end of this week, I will encourage others to support the troops and contact their US Senators and Representatives and ask that the troops get what they so urgently need, SFOR's Mobile trust, version 3. I make no apologies for doing so because America's best, deserves the best cyber defensive software IMHO.
The DOD cyber security plan must be on the desk of the POTUS EOM. If you believe America's best, deserve the best, defensive software on their mobile devices, this is the last week to call or email your US Senator or Representative. The info cutoff for the plan should be the end of this week so there is still time to have OOB/MFA/encryption mentioned in it. Next week, is too late because the draft plan must be finalized and reviewed before submission.
In light of the Feb Russian cyber attack BBC reported on NATO forces deployed to Eastern Europe they definitely need OOB/MFA/encryption on their mobile devices!
Thank you for considering voicing your concern for our troops' protection from more cyber attacks and potential exploitation of this COMSEC vulnerability by hostile intelligence services.
Now I want you to get up out of your chairs. Open the window and shout. Mobile Trust can help save our soldiers lives!
Long & Strong SFOR.
I could not agree with you more!
Nope!
Yeah, it's all my fault! I should have never stopped posting and the pps would not have been manipulated lower IMHO.(just kidding) I am taking a screen break for the summer sailing season. Currently now on the ICW headed North. Occasional marina Wi-Fi is a rare treat and I will sometimes post. Never doubt I am holding long and strong SFOR and patiently waiting for catalyst news like all investors. I know what I own and am confident it will come it's only a matter of time and I have patient capital invested here. My only concern is the Mil Cyber Security Plan must be submitted to the POTUS by EOM. Only a call or e-mail to your Senator or Representative could be considered at this point. It is too late for letters to get through Force Security screening. The bottom line is that time is running out. If you haven't done so already please consider communicating that America's best deserves the best MFA/OOBA/encryption software on their mobile devices in light of the Feb BBC report of a Russian cyber attack on Lt/Gen Ben Hodges' NATO Forces' mobile devices. Thank you for supporting the troops.
Thanks for posting that encouraging American Bulls stay long recommendation with their Bearish Harami Cross pattern. Some consolidation after yesterday's large gain is healthy. As a long term investor what I also find encouraging is the ascending triangle pattern on the one year chart. That, IMHO is hard to argue with! Long & Strong SFOR.
This is sure bet! IF CCTC fails to bring home the bacon at the WY Mining Conference it is DOA. If they just put out a fluffy PR after the conference the pps will sink into the sub-penny abyss IMHO.
MODS please sticky this for accuracy. Thank you!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't CCTC's process technology independently proven and is now undergoing DOE verification?
"We're in the money! We're in the money! We've got a lot of what it takes to get along!" I can't get those lyrics from the classic 1933 Gold Diggers song out of my head this AM whenever I think about SFOR.
Yes, "EXPECTING SETTLEMENT" please read ZPaul's message # 167949 posted on 7 June at 7:17 AM. ZPaul thank you for finding and posting those encouraging court documents!
No, only that he had second thoughts immediately after sending it and retracted it to be on the safe side.
What is the release date of this Gemalto video promotion? Their "Mobile Trust Net" looks a lot like SFOR's MFA/OOBA for mobile device IP that Mobile Trust version 3 is based on.
Thanks for standing watch on Pacer.
You could stay up to 11:59 PM and be the first to spread the good news if you want to! I'll be retiring early as I did last night confident in SFOR's future.
So happy you mentioned "the big dog" Sing/Tel 97% owner of Trustwave! This puts them on the hook for paying the settlement or damages. Given the most recent good Pacer news I wonder if their BOD will be meeting soon to discuss options. With their roll out of MFA/OOBA for their mobile banking customers in all of Asia little SFOR, with its current US and pending international patent, may stand in their way of expanding that service into the lucritive US market through Trustwave or into Europe. So sad! I wish I could be a fly on the wall in their boardroom!
"$73 million a year...from the OOBA products" Even part of that would have been a substantial cash flow into the coffers of a company the market cap of SFOR. Speak about lost income!
We might know something at 11:59 PM tonight. That was the time of last nights Pacer release with the most recent good news.
"An injunction in place?" I assume you mean the temporary one. I don't know when it could be granted by the judge, does anyone?
All aboard is what I believe I just heard the conductor shout. The SFOR train may be departing the 1.5 cent station soon as it has been building up a head of steam on Pacer news.
That is a tremendous amount of lost income from those 9 lost contracts for SFOR to claim!
Strongly agree! "Shows how important the MSFT settlement was" CEO Mark Kay unjustly took a lot of heat about taking half a loaf. Today he irrefutible proved it was better than none. SFOR survived to fight another day in court. It now stands in a position of legal strength. Further settlements or a court victory will validate its patents. That will lead to company growth and make SFOR a very attractive buyout candidate for an outfit like Texas Pacific Group who spun off McAfee with Intel. (You'll recall TPG, SFOR and Intel share the same lawyers, R&G) On Bloomberg a TPG partner stated that this year "We will be acquiring small computer software companies in the cyber defense landscape" Does SFOR meet that criteria once its IP is validated in court? I think it does!
Thanks the reminder we have a CEO who is quietly, comptently executing on all four prongs of the company growth plan he articulated. Your quote from him is an example of his management skill of one in particular, the rigorous defense of SFOR IP. Those who play with it will have to pay for it!
The first infringer to settle may get a sweetheart deal IMHO because SFOR could use more cash right now. However, R&G will attack and annihilate the others financially because they wished to do that to their client SFOR. Let's face it, they had hoped SFOR would have been bled white by now. You know what they say about payback. Tear 'em up Ropes & Gray!
Just woke up to the good, not "ill news" from Pacer. That's all over the message board already so there is no need for me to "spread" it. I really like the fact R&G is seeking first a temporary then a permnent injunction don't you? What do you think those naughty infringers will do now? Long & Strong SFOR!
I could see why a tweet that started with 'industry leaders pledge" was hastily withdrawn if CCTC had signed an NDA with one of those "industry leaders".
Was SFOR ever listed on the NASDAQ?
Thank you for posting the schedule of progress being made im the Kibuki theater of jurisprudence. Fortunately, the USPO and R&G have provided a program to this IP defense play and we have some measure of confidence in how it turns out.
Nah, I'll be sleeping like a baby confident in SFOR's future.
Agree with that opinion since Mark Kay did not go for the OTC upgrade. Why throw $14,000 away on that? He may have set SFOR's sights higher and expects it to qualify for NASDAQ listing at the end of the 3rd Q.
Rock solid ascending triangle on the one year chart. Ya gotta love it!
Or knows her financial award from her final IP defense casework will be the icing (on her appointment as a MASS judge) celebration cake!
You may be surprised in the amount of the rise in share price by the close of business tomorrow if a settlement is announced before the market opens! Long and strong, SFOR.
Much appreciate you researching and posting that timely info fro gao.
"I can say with 100% certainty that ACS has sold something to the agency I support." That underscores your links & text from last week BIG TIME! Thank you for sharing that.
Thank you for that kind reminder of just how quickly SAM status can change from inactive to active in accordance with the info right from the GSA Website. Do you think the Russian hacking of NATO's frontline commander, Lt/Gen Ben Hodges' troops' mobiles has caused the need for SFOR MFA/OOBA to arise? I do!
thanks for finding and posting that
Rest assured the troops will get what they need. Right now they need to address the mobile device COMSEC chink in their armor already exploited by the Russians! Thankfully, the warfighters still run the Pentagon, not the bureaucrats!
WRONG! That's not what the USCG C-4 Biz Mgr. wrote me about Mobile Trust being up-channeled to both USCG Cyber Command and US Cyber Command for EVALUATION. You'll recall I sent that letter to ZPaul for verification and he scanned it in and posted it for all to see. Also, Mark Kay, CEO SFOR, has the original, on letterhead in his office. He stated he would show it to any shareholder on demand, in-person,(without my personal info).
Why bother until a procurement officer in one of the branches/departments of the Federal Government states, after a PERMITTED BY RULE/REG sales presentation "We're interested in purchasing your product SFOR".
