Golden cross forming with the 50 day crossing the 200 day moving average That's a good technical indicator to see!
You have to look at the pps appreciation & volume on the 30 day chart since the Entrust news first hit the wires. People are now in a wait and see mode pending further news on Friday.
Bo Dietl lost his bid to become NYC's mayor. Any campaign debt must be paid. This may motivate him to expedite the sale of that "computer security and encryption company for hundreds of millions of dollars."
I sure did! Also what impressed me was the number of times SFOR products sold out at online vendors and were on back order. They sold like hot cakes! Additionally I seem to recall SFOR even sold out on one of the HSN spots right?
Do you know if any more HSN spots are to be aired?
I agree with this sage advice on enabling 2FA.
"Faltering lawsuits" didn't you catch what is going on with the first defendant in the hit parade, Entrust? Did you also forget that the court renamed the defendant/SFOR appearances as "settlement meetings"?
"Toxic Notes" eh? Take a close look at the stipulations. The friendly lender doesn't get a dime unless SFOR wins the lawsuits!
Not having many SFOR shares when good news is released.
Ah there it is! The old chestnut of the R/S scare. Just when was the last one? That's right, before the Microsoft settlement money came into the depleted accounts recievables. Also, what was it Mark Kay said? "No more R/S" because they are no longer needed!
I disagree. I am up 450% since taking my initial position shortly after news of the Microsoft settlement hit the wires. SFOR's market cap was a whole lot less than $50 million back then. I attribute that respectable growth in my investment directly to the efforts of our hard working CEO, Mark Kay!
Thanks but the fight is not over. ZPaul sent me that very disturbing WSJ article about the recent Russian GRU cyber attacks on EUCOM's deployed forces in East European NATO member countries. I was shocked to read they have now penetrated into individual soldier's I-Phones. This must be stopped ASAP! Now that I'm back on land and settled in I will get back to working the issue of getting MT, version 3, on those mobile devices after funds are authorized in next DOD Appropiations Bill. I will keep you posted. Wish me luck!
"They don't follow the FAR. They get what they need" (like SFOR IP based products). This is THE key phrase from that telephone interview. Thanks to Gold49er for once again finding and sharing another valuable nugget of DD on the Federal Government procurement cycle. This clears up any confusion or doubt on that issue.
IMHO If Gemalto settles, becomes a licensed user and pays royalities SFOR can work and play well with them. If they don't, Blank Rome may extract treble damages from them. It's Gemalto's choice.
Now that is good news. Thanks for finding and sharing it.
I saw it the one year I was a finance officer before I cross-trained into the operatonal side of the house. I saw it again during my Pentagon tour of duty. Thankfully the operators still run the place, not the bean counters. The troops will get what they need based on operational necessity at the end of the day. Right now, they need SFOR's MFA/OOBA & encryption on their unclassified mobile devices to protect them from Russian GRU and other hackers.
Funny, Mutual Funds I invested in the past always had just the opposite discaimer stating "Past performance does not guarentee future gains". As far as our CEO is concerned, he helped enable the company to live to fight another day. Without his leadership, SFOR would not have survived to thrive next year IMHO.
IMHO people are awaiting the details. Some of which may be released as early as the 11th on Pacer. The upcomming SH meeting should also be interesting. Investors may be awaiting any news from that. Skeptics of all pink sheet listed stocks will want to see the audited figures of the year-end, annual, 10-K report before making the decision to invest or not. I can understand that.
Msg 167184 Gov't Contracting Protocols clearly defined and referenced by knuckboy on 6/2 WHO HAS BEEN a gov't subcontractor. To get up to speed on this issue please read this as it comes from the horse's mouth, not the other end of the horse! Then go to the GSA link and you will know the truth of the value added reseller matter.
The exercise "used Dietl's ACS company's patented keystroke transport layer security technology. KTLS is a new encryption protocol which stops zero day key loggers, the main component of most malware which cannot be identified by anti-virus software." Source: Bo for Mayor site. Gee, doesn't that sound a lot like the SFOR animated commercial for Guarded ID?
"Bo also provides OOBA which eliminate man in the middle attacks that enable hackers to steal credentials" Source: Bo for Mayor site. Gee, I wonder how Bo provides that valuable capability?
Hint-SFOR!
If CEO Mark Kay got a buyout bid to consider that is more or less than $8 Billion he could not now go on record with that revised company valuation figure. To do so would violate the bidding process confidentiality and compromise BOD seller negotiations with the bidder.
Nope! WSJ article dated Oct 5, 2017 titled "Russia targets NATO soldiers smartphones" underscores the MOBILE DEVICE vulnerability.
Rams US patent MFA/OOBA for MOBILE DEVICES addresses that specific threat. Big Wind Capital's cybersecurity doesn't. We are talking about two of many different cyber platforms that the US military uses and must improve the security features of.
Agreed. our CEO is not going to allow SFOR to be bought out for chump change. He, of all people, knows what the IP is worth. Ram laid one of the foundation stones of computer security with his US patent for MFA/OOBA for mobile devices. That foundation stone is a diamond in the rough and longs are fortunate to hold a piece of it. Once it comes to light, after the surrounding litigation material is removed by Blank Rome, it will shine like the once in a lifetime investment it is IMHO!
However, MMs could not prevent that 1% pps rise no matter how hard they tried! Consistent, modest price appreciation is fine by me.
In perfect agreement with that assessment! However, once settlement facts and figures are released that will dramatically change for the better IMHO. We may have to wait until the year-end, audited 10-K comes out for details but that's O.K. Longs are patient and know what they own.
Read President Trump's letter of recommendation he wrote for Bo when he entered the NYC Mayor race. (I read it on the Bo for Mayor site awhile back) They met in NYC professionally & have know each other for many years. If that isn't well connected I don't know what is!
Bo participated in the invitation only, 16 August simulated cyber attack exercise with DOD contractor Chief Security Information Officers for: Boeing, Lockheed-Martin, Northrup Grumman and Raytheon in Washington, DC (read his PR at Bo for Mayor). SFOR's KTLS would not have been tried out at that exercise unless DISA had approved its use for it. If one of those four major DoD contractors concluded it met their mission requirements do you think they might be a potential company buyer? I do!
Ascending triangle on the 3 month SFOR chart noted.
Yup, volume proceeds price. I agree with your opinion that good times are ahead for SFOR indeed!
waterchaser's post was written 11/3. He wrote there was $2,745 short at that time. I'm glad you found out nobody is shorting SFOR as of now. The last of the shorts must have come to their senses IMHO!
Agreed. One would be foolhardy to short SFOR at this time IMHO.
He wrote "shorty boy" not boys. $2,745 could easily be one short. That's a positive indicator to me. Shorts can read charts and know when it is time to cover their position or go long. People would be taking a big risk to short SFOR at this time IMHO.
Speak about current intel! Thanks for providing the date. As it is recent I hope potential SFOR investors watch this video and research the implications of Bo's statement during this debate.
Gemalto has the DoD SIPRNET security contract presently. It is currently providing that MFA/OOBA security with SFOR IP it has infringed on. Consequently, SFOR is suing Gemalto. The court will determine if Blank Rome's case has merit or not. Uncle Sam does not knowingly deal with thieves! Let's just see who is enhancing DoD's SIPRNET with MFA/OOBA at the end of that case shall we?
What was he date of the candidates debate this video is from? I believe it is recent but don't know exactly when it took place. Thanks for posting it again for all SFOR investors to see!
You've changed my opinion with all the references you posted in your last response to me about Texas Pacific Group. It, not Singapore Telecom is now the most likely future buyer of SFOR in my mind thanks to your clear & concise logic. You also helped me to recall that Bloomberg TV interview with a TPG exec this spring after the McAfee spinoff. The Bloomberg reporter asked him what were TPG's plans for the rest of the year. He replied "We will continue to acquire small software companies in the computer security landscape". SFOR IMHO fits that acquisition target description nicely. Thank you for changing my thinking on this subject with the power of your DD!
Also, there is another way to skin the cat. This cat's name is Gemalto. SFOR is suing them for the infringing on the MFA/OOBA they use to enhance the security of DoD's entire SIPRNET! Whatever company buys SFOR for "hundreds of millions of dollars" as Bo stated in that recent debate will easily recoup a large % of SFOR's purchase price with a Gemalto judgement or settlement and those of the other infringers IMHO.
And that's one big cat! As always Gold49er you bring to this message board another gleaming nugget of well referenced information. Thank you!
Thanks for that heads up Dragnet. GLTA SFOR longs!
