Azonic could be WOFA, there isn't much info on the company right now
This week all of my emails have "fallen on deaf ears"
I hope my gut feeling is wrong
I just emailed nvestor.relations@lifestyledeliverysystem.com will keep you posted if I get a reply.
Meeting was 3 weeks ago.
Yes I am and I left there quite confident, but time is ticking and still no updates of any kind.
It's starting to make me wonder why there is total silence, even a PR saying news is coming would be nice.
WOFA isn't mentioned, that's my point.
Is the non-mention something to be concerned about?
Fresh off the wire...
PR Newswire
Lifestyle Delivery Systems Inc. (CSE: LDS), (OTCQB: LDSYF), and Borse Frankfurt Exchange (XETR: LD6) ("LDS" or the "Company") is very pleased to announce that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (the "MOU") with Azonic Health Sciences, LLC ("Azonic") and its affiliated companies for the distribution of its CannaStrips line of products. The arrangement would place CannaStrips in hundreds of current medical marijuana dispensaries and into the anticipated new retail stores throughout California.
Brad Eckenweiler, CEO of Lifestyle Delivery Systems states, "The passage of Proposition 64 in the state of California legalizes the adult recreational use of cannabis for over 39 million residents and more than 100 million annual adult visitors. This is more than just a significant potential market increase, it represents more than 100 times the current number of legally registered medical marijuana users in the state that are now capable of purchasing CannaStrips. We also believe that the smokeless benefits of Cannastrips are ideally suited to the stringent California smoke free legislation, which restricts smoking of any kind in most public and commercial areas - a restriction that would not apply to CannaStrips. We are very excited for the prospects of offering the Lifestyle Delivery Systems' CannaStrips Technology to over 100 million possible new customers."
The California market upon legalization will represent a market value greater than the rest of North America combined including Canada. The Company has recently made modifications to increase production capacity in anticipation of the expanded distribution network required to meet the projected 2017 market demand.

ACCESSWIRE
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / November 9, 2016 / Lifestyle Delivery Systems Inc. (CSE: LDS) (OTC Pink: LDSYF) (XETR: LD6) and it's wholly owned subsidiary, Canna Delivery Systems Inc., (CDS) are ideally positioned to benefit from the passage of California's Proposition 64 allowing individuals to purchase and consume marijuana products for recreational use.
The addition of the legal recreational use of marijuana to the existing medical marijuana regulations in California is expected to increase the current market size from approximately $2.9 billion to over $7 billion dollars USD annually. The recent expansion to the Company's supply chain and production capabilities are well timed to meet the anticipated increase in demand well beyond the current estimated production requirements of CannaStrips. Brad Eckenweiler, CEO of LDS stated, "We are very confident in our current medicinal cannabis model and its probability of success. However, the addition of a recreational market will almost certainly double our projected revenue model and accelerate our market penetration and branding of CannaStrips. It would be hard to imagine a more advantageous set of circumstances for LDS in this market sector and as the CEO I promise the Company will take full advantage and benefit of our positioning."

An interesting article from Feb of this year Agreement good till 2018
This is my take on LDS and WOFA, Brad Eckenweiler is a director and CEO of LDS and currently lives in Washington State.
James Pakulis is a director and president of LDS and WOFA and lives in California.
LDS is the manufacturer of CannaStrips and they will be in full production by year end.
WOFA is going through some restructuring and going full steam into the marijuana industry.
IMO, Brad will join James as a director of WOFA and they will have a very large distribution area, (California and Washington) therefore capturing both the manufacturing and wholesale dollars.
I have nothing to back up my thoughts but it only makes sense.
Could be very interesting and life changing for a lot of people in the coming weeks.
For anybody who was wondering, YES James Pakulis is a real person, very well dressed, seems to be highly educated and very knowledgeable in the marijuana industry.
Brad Eckenweiler, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company is also very very knowledgeable.
These are 2 guys who built weedmaps to what it is today, they are not just a couple guys who jumped on the marijuana bandwagon because there is money to be made, they do actually know their stuff and seem quite passionate about what they do.
The actual LDS annual shareholders meeting took about 5 mins from start to finish to elect the directors and to appoint the auditor. The financials from the last 2 years are now in my possession and I will have my accountant go over them this week and give me his take on them. There were about 10 people in attendance and it sounded like 7 million voted electronically.
The facility in Adelanto, California where the strips will be manufactured is currently under construction and should be completed within a few weeks. It is the goal of the company to have CannaStrips in the hands of the consumer in December of this year. Pricing will be around $2.00 per strip to the end user and the wholesale price will be around $1.00, CannaStrips can be manufactured for pennies. The working parts are in place to produce 400,000 packaged strips daily. The facility is surrounded by over 40 grow ops so raw product is not an issue.
The reason for the PR delay is that they wanted to have all licensing in place before releasing any information, they are complying with all the laws and now that full legalization is less than a couple weeks away it is time to go full steam ahead.
When asked about the non-exclusive distributors in Northern (WOFA) and Southern California they were pretty tight lipped but immediately told me there will be a news release next week. Again at the end of the meeting I asked Jim in private and he confirmed a news release for next week. My personal feeling on the WOFA question is positive, when they said next week it seemed to be a positive reply and not a gloomy response.
4 hours till an update and hopefully life-changing news
VERY interesting news release about LDS today, once they are producing 400,000 strips per day watch out WOFA, BIG things will happen and we will all be multi millionaires...

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / October 26, 2016 / Lifestyle Delivery Systems Inc. (CSE: LDS) (OTCQB: LDSYF) (FSE: LD6) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Canna Delivery Systems Inc., (CDS) are pleased to announce that their joint venture partner CSPA Group Inc. received its Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") in Adelanto, California for extraction and manufacturing of medicinal cannabis products for sale throughout California.
The CUP permits the Joint Venture to operate within the Company's current 20,000 square foot facility to produce cannabinoid extracts and to manufacture CannaStrips in Adelanto, California. LDS will provide all the necessary equipment, technology and expertise to the Joint Venture for the production of cannabis oils, distillates, CannaStrips and additional medicinal cannabis products. Brad Eckenweiler, CEO of LDS states, "We are excited for the opportunity to have the CannaStrips technology operating in a permitted facility in California. Upon the completion of the equipment installations and infrastructure improvements the facility will have production capabilities for four hundred thousand packaged CannaStrips per day. With these capabilities it is conceivable that this facility could produce the necessary volume of CannaStrips to be delivered throughout the State of California". The Joint Venture has a target date of December 19th for completion of the facility's improvements. Upon the completion of these improvements and prior to the fiscal year end the Joint Venture intends to have distribution and sales throughout California, the largest cannabis market in the world which currently exceeds $2.9 billion in sales. I will be there Friday afternoon...
LDS Meeting
There is no link, but because I am a shareholder I got notice in the mail of the annual general meeting that will be held in Vancouver this Friday.
My office is very close to the meeting and because I own a few dispensaries in BC it is definitely in my best interests to attend.
The meeting is 2:00 Vancouver time, once I get back to the office (or over the weekend) I will post some updates.
LDS at a 52 week high!!
Hopefully there is good news at the meeting this Friday
1 week from today we should have some kind of news.
The meeting is 2:00 Vancouver time.
I am voting for James Pakulis.
This post is actually for LDS but is very relevant to WOFA and of interest to most people here.
On Oct 28 at 2:00pm Pacific Time I will be at the annual general meeting for LDS in Vancouver.
The agenda is to see audited financial statements for 2014 and 2015, to elect directors for the company and to appoint an auditor for the company.
I am really hoping James is present at the meeting as he is one of the nominated directors. Hopefully he will share some information on WOFA and any upcoming developments.
Please stay tuned for more information as it becomes available.
Just dug this up in case anybody hasn't seen it...
Lifestyle Delivery will be a huge company
I will have to do some DD this week, the 604 number is from Vancouver and the address listed is VERY close to where my office is located.
I am not sure who does these studies, but from personal experience here in Canada it is more like $1500+ per sq. ft
No matter what the profit, anybody who is in the industry stands to be extremely wealthy within a few years.
I own a medical marijuana dispensary in Vancouver BC and have been investing in mj stocks for a few years now.
I haven't been as excited about any of them as I am with WOFA.
Having LDS in my hometown and watching whats happening in the industry and where it is going makes me think that anyone holding WOFA in the near future will be very wealthy.
If I was able to put cannastrips in my vending machines I would definitely have lineups waiting to buy them. Elderly people and first time users DO NOT want to smoke or vape and the strips are the obvious choice.
I am anxiously waiting for the day I can legally order thousands of strips for my customers.
