Everything I have been able to research so far agrees with what you just said EZ. The PR was the start of Cheesecake Factory (CAKE) installations IMO. I have not got a 100% confirmation yet but I will ;). I am not quite as confident that the second part is Soup Plantation but again everything I have found confirms your post.
The bigger companies like this take time to analyze, compare and test before they commit to newer technology like this. ESFS has been working with these specific companies for over a year and now we are seeing the contracts. I know there are a number of other similar size and also much bigger companies that have been going through this same process for over a year. IMO we will see a fairly consistent stream of new companies/contracts going forward. Now if we could just get better info in the PR's (names, numbers, etc) we wouldn't have to spend so much time gathering all the extra details....
Shareholders need to politely voice their opinion to Ozzie that at a minimum she needs to put out financial and other info 1 or 2 times/yr. I have and continue to.
Thinning ask. Only 1 left at .13 now with the rest of the crowd moving higher. TY.
I would try slowly pushing the bid up and see what you get. I doubt you will get anything just sitting at the current bid of .113. It was some nice size orders that went through at .135 to .14 so I would think the ask is getting thinner but I do not have LII. Maybe someone else can post LII?
We did not hear the name of the major national chain in the PR but I am sure some resourceful posters will get confirmation who it is. I have some guesses but I am waiting to confirm before I post anything. I think knowing who it is will increase the interest.
I sold the little bit I had yesterday on the latest news run. BTW, thanks for the tip. I got in back around .20. I like the company so I will continue watching and will probably be buying back in.
Ozzie Bloom, the CEO, is not a Doctor but Hina Sharma, the CMO, is a Doctor.
Would have been nice to see names and numbers. When they originally started installations with Whole Foods there was also no name mentioned. There was a number of personal confirmations that it was Whole Foods but not directly PR'd from the company. Then KABC did the news program with Whole Foods and Eco Safe which was the first public confirmation. It seems the big companies don't want to say anything until they are ready.
This is the KABC program that was aired a few months ago.

Yes. Do the numbers. Contracts continue to grow substantially.
I managed to get a few at the open :)
Ask for some more. You've got someone's ear. LOL!
IMO, this is the news I wanted to hear. The start of sales in the major national restaurant chains. As I have said a number of times, each new customer is an extension of your reach into the industry. The more customers you touch, the more new customers buy in. The company increases their industry recognition which makes new sales that much easier. We are at the start of something big in the restaurant industry with this PR, IMO.
Each major name that they get contracts with makes it that much easier to get the next major. Michael is very excited about the companies they are working with. This PR sets a starting point for some very large contracts in the restaurant industry. Agree "Big time growth is around the corner"
Excellent news! This is the first big move into the restaurant industry with more to come. Up to now the major contracts have been in the food processing and grocer industries.
ESFS PR. First contract with a major national restaurant chain and they are preparing a bid for installation in a second national restaurant chain. The pps has lagged the growth of their business this year but should change as these major contracts are landed.

good to hear you got a few. I am still sitting low to see if we get any fallout. GLTY.
good call on the bottom. I was buying. TY.
ditto. good post that summarizes many of my feelings. I have been accumulating and will continue to do so. Now I would appreciate it if someone could just scare a few more shares my way.....
some consolidation with the new shares from the warrants. Watching but not in.
I guess you could say better late than never. About time they did something IMO.
LOL! It's good to sit back and read some of your posts again.
sit and wait it out IMO. I am not on the bid right now.
Correction. Just looked at my order from yesterday and my bid was at .0091 and I got a partial fill of 30k.
I was on the bid at .0092 and got a partial fill on my order.
I picked up some of those. Just have to sit and wait for someone to come to you.
No attempt to deflect by me. Just a simple question. Do you own shares of LBWR? Simple yes or no. You can even say none of your business. I have clearly stated my position. I am a buyer. I am a shareholder of LBWR. I have orders waiting for anyone else that wants to sell under .008. I will continue to evaluate my bids and adjust them as I deem required but in the end I will continue to accumulate.
But now that you mention about deflection..... hmmmm.
I'm a buyer down here - not a seller. Just trying to see of robsct had any left to sell me but he won't say whether he has any shares or not.
CORS - CORUS BANKSHARES INC NT 10-Q filed on 11/10/2009
http://knobias.10kwizard.com/filing.php?param=&ipage=6595241&DSEQ=1&SEQ=&SQDESC=SECTION_BODY&exp=
Corus Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ending September 30, 2009 (the “Form 10-Q”) and the Company expects that it will not be able to file the Form 10-Q within the five-day extension permitted by the rules of the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission. On Friday, September 11, 2009, Corus Bank, N.A. (“Corus Bank”), the wholly-owned subsidiary of Corus Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”), was closed by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the “FDIC”) was appointed as receiver of Corus Bank. Since that time, the Company has been working diligently with its financial and professional advisers in considering its future options. These efforts during the last several months have prevented the Company from finalizing its financial statements on time to file the Form 10-Q within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort and expense. Additionally, as previously reported on a Form 8-K, dated September 4, 2009, the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm had resigned on August 31, 2009. The Company is still in the process of identifying a successor firm.
have you sold your position yet?
still waiting for anyone so inclined to come to my bids.
OK, who just bought 100K on the ask? /em
looks like NITE backed off from .007 to .085 on that last 200k buy. Only left with HDSN at .0075. Bid is building more strength too.
Decided to join in this party. Took a starter position. Interested what comes out in the Q.
I would like to see someone chase some shares out to me between .005 and .008. I'm waiting......
WNYN - starter position taken. Read the last 10k. Paying off debt, cash flow positive. I think revenues will pick up in their on line retailer space which should hit their bottom line very well with a 90% gross margin. Share structure stable for last 2 years. The management team seemed to have started this strong fiscal management approach about 2006. They paid off Cornell at that time and have continued to pay down debt until their is not much left now. Take a look. I may continue to add some more before the 10Q comes which could show some nice increases.

I doubt the buying was anything to do with the old PR. The buying started before that was reposted. IMO, someone has been accumulating just because they feel the risk/reward warants it. I tend to agree since I have been trying to add down at the .005-.006 range. I will continue to try and add but I am not about to chase this up at this time. I know you (and others) are angry with the company but the technicals look good to me. The fundamentals are at question and contrary to many posts here, I don't believe you can write this off or call it a slam dunk. But as I said, IMO the risk/reward is worth it for my .005-.006 bids. I will even add some bids at .008 now just in case the prior seller of the .008's comes back.
I am not going to sit here and banter back and forth with those bashing or with those pumping. I have my DD and opinions. That is what I go on - not the endless posts of the same info.
GLTY to you robsct on whatever you choose to do with your investments.
asus, thanks for the advise. I am going to raise my bids to .008 and see if the prior seller comes back. Don't want to chase but I definitely want a larger position.
there has been someone accumulating ESFS over the last month or so. They normally sit at the bid and have taken in a fair amount around .12-.125. I have not heard or talked with anyone there lately but I suspect they should be close to locking in a major contract. I know in the summer they were working with about 4 large customers that were all getting close to decision point. One of them was a large restaurant chain that was very impressed with the technology. It was hinted about in a PR for a sale to a different company. Problem is the large companies are very cautious/slow to commit. Also, the CEO doesn't issue PR's until they are well under way with a contract. He wants to see the deal done and payment made before he tells the shareholders. I guess that is better than the fluff you get from most pinks. GLTY on Geely. I have watched that one once in awhile but not closely enough.....
just posting what I saw - not opinion. /em
