This app is trash and a complete joke used to cover up their scam. It has not a single redeemable aspect. The app, the company and the stock was simply an atm for the founders. And once they ride this dead horse to oblivion please believe they will be repackaging, rebranding and offering meaningless shares of rrr heir latest scam to the public.
Now that's a reasonable and honest take on the situation. My only concern is this company has repackaged and rebranded itself and the app at least twice. It previously was iHookup and when that folded became Friendable. If they truly were about increasing their market share of the social media space they would have improved the app and corrected those issues with Facebook login. It only makes business sense to make the comparability with the biggest name in the market as seamless as possible but not Friendable. It makes you wonder what their true objective is.
Friendable's problem extends beyond mere popularity the app is a broken mess... Please don't take my word for it, download it, use it and read the reviews. It simply is a terrible app. Put yourself in the user's seat, don't let all the glitter of striking it big cloud your vision... If you're here just to play the natural ebb and flow for a quick turn around, by all means gamble away but don't let anyone fool you, this app is going nowhere.
Before we part ways I do have one question... Honestly, do you have Friendable on your phone or tablet?
LoL! Ok, no problem... I truly wish you the best though. I just hate seeing companies rob people of their hard earned money. Good luck.
And just where is this "big money" going to come from? What is their revenue stream? It isn't advertising, if it were you'd be hearing about deals and companies clamoring to advertise on their platform but you don't. You know why? Because the app isn't any good. Seriously, take a look at the competition, use their product and compare it to Friendable. You cannot truthfully tell me that their app is equal to or better than any of the big 3 in social media... It just isn't. So now you have a sub par social media app that has no way of generating advertising money (which is the bread and butter for social media) and you're telling me that "big money" is on the horizon? How am I to take that seriously at all?
I truly believe that the people who praise this stock have not used the app at all. Plain and simple the app sucks. Friendable's rise or fall depends solely on their app and it simply is not up to par. They have nothing that the big players (Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter) in that market space want. The app is mediocre and boring they have to cling to pointless statistics to attract people.
Who cares if they've gotten a couple thousand downloads in a month! Too bad you can't track apps that are deleted, that's the only time this all would top a list. Check the user numbers, check how often the app is being used, stop being WILLFULLY ignorant and stop lying to yourself and others.
This stock is going nowhere... In a few weeks it will be Triple zeroes and then off into obscurity... Until the repackage it and sell it as something else... Which they have done before
Perfect wording., "wishful thinking" because that is exactly what it is.
See you all in another nine month maths for the next pump... I'm happy I made some quick cash here. Just don't expect anything more from this that the occasional ATM visit.
Annnnd it's back to triple 0's. I bet it sleeps for another 8 months before another PR boost.
Ok, I may have been off on the month I said triple 0's by September BUT make no mistake about it, Triple 0's are coming!!!
It's the emperor's new clothes my friend, you can try and warn but unless they want to see, it's pointless.
Look I'm not here to crap on anything, I'm just saying be cautious and realistic. See things as they are and not as you want then to be. Other than that good hunting.
Viximo and Godspeed Games aren't recent developments... Viximo was acquired this past February and Godspeed was last year.
I made money off the surge actually but I've seen this EXACT scenario with this otc before... Same run when they acquired Kicksend. Please tell me how valuable Kicksend is. Do you even use the services that they offer? How many have read reviews for their services or games? They're mediocre at best. You only look at one aspect and want it to be a success with no evidence outside that you want it to be that way. You give Pocket Games current circumstances to any other company and we would all just stay away from it but because you are already invested here you hope for better.
I hope you're right, I've already made my original investment money back and a little more, now I'm just playing with the house's cash. All I'm saying is be cautious and see things for what they are and not just what you want then to be.
This isn't sustainable... There is no real news all this "DD" is based off of old news and PR's that were already in play... You cab call me a badger all you want but this run will be revealed to be another pump and dump. Kicksend and Viximo were both worthless acquisitions... In the age of digital cameras, tablets and Facebook a service like Kicksend is useless. Viximo is scarcely any better and Godspeed Games has no real value. All in saying is watch your backs and don't let those working the room to whip you up into a frenzy because please believe they are going to dump their shares and leave you holding the price to. Good luck to all.
I did that earlier this morning... Don't get me wrong I want this to skyrocket as well, I'm just cautiously optimistic.
Thanks DJ, I appreciate that.
Then I will happily admit I'm wrong... I have money that's been locked up in here for months... Just a bit cautious.
Smh, it's sad when genuine concern is met with cynicism.
I wish you all the best.
Ok maybe I'm missing something, did they acquire or develop some new tech or IP? Is there a buyout? I have shares but it's been dead for so long that I gave up on it... Now all of a sudden the pps is skyrocketing and you tell me you aren't even the slightest bit suspicious?
People I would be extremely cautious with this otc. I'm not trying to be unduly negative nor bash the stock but one must stop and think about WHY the pps is rising? Pocket Games has no real revenue stream, no IP's of any real value nor any in the pipeline.
I'm not saying to abandon ship but I hope we all are being cautious. Especially when an otc that has been dead for months suddenly and unexpectedly jumps in price this could easily be manipulation that leaves shareholders on the wrong end of a sudden dump of shares. Remember there are two sides to this, the market and the business. The market is a reflection of the quality of business the company does. Pocket Games is in the business of making games and their one game isn't that good and they have no money to develop nor acquire any quality games... Don't just hop on a bandwagon, check to make sure the wheels aren't falling of first.
I've never seen so many wanting to be fooled. Use the app, PLEASE! It is woefully behind the standard of current elite apps. There isn't going to be a buyout, there isn't going to be a spike in price just a lot of angry and mislead investors left when it crashes. And what will happen to FDBL? Simple, they'll rebrand it and sell it as another app just like they did before. I know we all want to find the White Whale but this simply isn't it. For this share price to rise the app must do well and honestly take market share away from the bigger players and any honest person can see that will not happen. Look at the bloated shares outstanding, how can any reasonable person think that this 'company' is poised to explode? I hate how these 'companies' take investor's hard earned cash and give them false hopes and dreams.
If they were truly dedicated to building a better and stronger company they would have spent their resources on improving the app and not simply towards celebrity endorsements. There's a reason for that, stop and think about it.
When will this rollercoaster end?!
You mistake my intentions, I wasn't here to bash anything, I'm invested in PTN. I was simply pointing out eerily familiar similarities to MSTX. I narrowly escaped a scalping there just didn't want to get hit this time here with PTN. But if you must have your pound of flesh by all means beat your chest, I was wrong.
I have a sinking feeling we will get news tomorrow after hours of negative results. There will be a massive selling in after hours trading.
I agree, I'm holding myself, just with sweatier palms.
MSTX was also waiting for topline data and they were a bust... PTN is following a similar track, PRs and info is sparse. Sometimes we have forget what we want to happen and scrutinize what is happening.
This is all too eeriely familiar.... The ghosts of MSTX and ELTP haunt the halls of PTN.
I don't like this silence... Eeriely similar to my experience with ELTP and MSTX I managed to escape both at the last second but I doubt I can a third time... I need for this to be positive results.
There are two sides to this the stock and the app. The stock is subject to the usual buy/sell strategies of any company listed on the market. Manipulation of prices through shorting and other means effects the PPS like all other stocks and since it's out OTC it's volatility is especially noticeable.
Now the other side to this is the app and honestly it sucks. It's a mediocre app in a field where bigger players have done it better and dominate the market. Friendable stumbled out of the gate and the concentrated more on publicity than functionality and just plain old quality assurance. Why use Friendable when FB has similar features that works better than an app dedicated to social events. Not to mention that it simply lacks users. You can throw all the download numbers around you want but none of it means anything if they don't use the app. I know when I downloaded it and saw how broken it was I deleted it. Later I downloaded it again and just barely saw anyone using it. It's actually a great concept and could have definitely carved out its own niche but was very poorly executed.
It's simply a re-branding of a failed app (iHookup) and it too is failing now. I implore all of you to download Friendable and without bias, use it and compare it to FB and you will see how when weighed in the scales it is found wanting. This stock will never see .01 again, examine the facts. This isn't about the stock or even the company it's just about a mediocre app that simply is being exposed foe what it is and not what it's hyped to be. There will be no big buyout by FB or any other bigger social media player, Friendable has nothing to offer them.
How can anyone who has actually used this app see any potential? It fumbled it's initial launch with bugs and was completely unusable on Androids. I can understand day trading and making a few bucks of its ebb and flow but to think that this stock will have any long term value is ludicrous. Just use the app, compare it to other social media apps and it fall woefully short.
I know we all want to find that unicorn of a stick that we will hit it big but this ain't it. This stocks only chance of of climbing rests on the shoulders if the Friendable app and it is lacking in comparison to other apps of its kind. Anyone holding onto hope clearly hasn't used the app and objectively compared it to other similar mobile applications... Friendable simply doesn't stack up, it isn't a pump and dump scheme. I truly believe they tried to make a hard and legitimate run of things but it just didn't work out. I wish all the best but I hope we all can see things for what they are and not just what we wish them to be.
This is deteriorating into nothing more than a hookup app. That isn't going to make money, this app was hastily assembled, poorly thought out and focused on getting celebrity endorsements instead of functionality and innovation.
When Friendable fails they're going to merely do what they did with iHookup. Repackage it, re-brand it and start this useless cycle all over again. You can simply dismiss this but the beauty about tine is it reveals all.
Out of sheer curiosity, what do you think the PPS would be in a buy out?
Ugh... I'm getting a bit nervous... I got out of MSTX before it was revealed that the Top Line data was a bust. I know I'm not going to keep dodging bullets. I'm hoping something comes of this.
Pump and dump company?! Ha!!! Friendable wishes it could be a pump and dump! It tries to pump with useless PR's and the price actually drops! More like a plump dump company!
That's a very poor comparison. Sony apps are designed for people who have already invested in Sony products. Buy a Sony TV why not get the accompanying app to gain the full experience. Don't like the app and delete it? Oh well, you already bought a Sony TV so they don't really lose. User downloads Friendable, doesn't like it and deletes it. Friendable loses possible ad revenue. Friendable stumbled out the gates and limped on, it should have focused first on the technical aspects of the app and then went for advertising, not the backwards way it did.
True I don't know for certain but honestly, you can look at the app, how it's managed, the competitive arena it's operating in and can reasonably expect for it to become a hit? Honestly, exam the app and company, without bias, and tell me you truthfully believe it stands a chance of becoming a peer with the likes of Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Maybe but the difference is Twitter worked. Friendable was a mess a mess and broken upon launch. Chatting was difficult, actually looking up friends was needlessly difficult and it simply lacks users. Twitter didn't take long to gain momentum. Again I'm not bashing but I think it's damaging to not be a realist when it comes to finances.
The PPS will continue to decline because the app itself simply isn't good. It was a nice idea poorly executed and in the Tech world 1st impressions are everything. They can make all the improvements they like but after the sour taste that was left in the mouths of users they have moved on to other platforms.
This is going to slowly hemorrhage until it fades out of existence, there is no merger, no buyout no saving grace that will bail investors out. I'm not here trying to bash a stock, I couldn't careless about these companies, they use us so we have the right to get what we want out of them, I care about us, all of us, the investors. If you can cut your loses then do so and move on to greener pastures. Good hunting and good luck.
