Hi Everyone...long time. Have not been keeping with the boards...too many other things on my mind right now.
Starboy...I just noticed one of my stocks....HRRP...you mentioned getting in early on some gold arenas...... News today says they are getting pre- operational production plans ready. They will be planning to be in by Nov. Stock is making moves lately and is up today. Do your own research....I don't know much about it. Had it hidden away for awhile and didn't know they were in this area now.
God bless everyone.....keep a prayer going for my cousin...
she has a lung disorder and needs a miracle. can't stay to talk...so keep up the good work....And I miss you all.
Sunny
Hi Guys, been missing ya! Been very busy and oo tired.
MSEV looks like it's breaking through again. been heading upward for a little while.
Serf, thanks for putting the chart up for me, it looked even better on your chart. LOL WOW. I wanted to buy back in this stock when it was down to that penny.....and I was too tied up with some others. I probably would have put around $400 in...nothing much, but I could have cashed it in with some others I own at .03 and .04 and averaged it down today and sold around .036. Would have helped the cause a little on the home front, if you know what I mean. Still hasn't had any news yet......but they are a gas and oil co....so maybe they are getting some good revs coming up.
See ya's later...got to get some work done. Sunny
Wolf had I been able to cash in today, I would have bought some of that...but the boat sank before I got ashore......but it still looks good for Mon. Maybe yours will still be in reach when the new Symbol hits. Everyone have a good weekend... The tide is turning......... God Bless............... Sunny
Hi Guys, hope all is fine.... Just thought I'd show you MSEV.
I'ts up 300% + in last few days and the charts still look good. Level 11 looks good.
Hey Serf, I hope you were in....good going if so, if not, join me while I cry and watch..:(
Hi Serf, looks like you are a busy man.....Hope you had a great Christmas.
On Adgd, Hope you had it while it was down, too late for me...I've bought too many stocks on a run and now I'm sitting on them.
I hope next year was better than this one was. Not much going on with my watchlist right now...pretty much just in a holding pattern. Been looking for something to make a few bucks on, so I can go out of this year with a bang, but so far nothing happening.
Take care and God bless. Sunny
Hi Sword, Looks like you could still buy...I've heard good things to come for this stock. Like to take a quick profit then buy back in at a lower price, (if it does) and then hold for a few months or as long as possible.
Saw your pic.....HUMMMMM, fun to know what someone looks like. Kinda pictured you with a long pony tail. LOL Looks like you spent Christmas with your sea monster. Nice catch. How's your back, after reeling them all in? HA!
We had a very fun, wonderful day with family Christmas eve. Thanks for asking. Guess your family is still in Ill. Have a blessed New Year.
Good trading and God bless. Sunny
Good day penny friends......a quick note...
IFLB...all indicators looking good.
Have a safe and Happy new year!
Hi Ken, agreed on the vol. Hope you have a very great year coming.
If all goes as expecting, I know I will. Sunny
Indicators look to be heading upward on WNMI also...may be one to watch.
Thanks wolf, been watching fcdh, too, but did not get in it...missed some good runs.
ILCO looks ripe
Check out IFLB...looks good too. I don't know where that low close came in at...think that was an error. Low was around .0170 last week.
Hi wolf, think you have winner here? Need to do a little trading.... what's the ask?
Anyone have any idea why the syock went up today? Sunny
Good morning Serf,
missing you all here. Been quite busy.
Just noticed NTVI ...what's up with that? good volumn and up 100%.
GRMU is one to watch... a couple of indicators kicked in a couple of days ago...there should be nothing but good going on with the company. They have hired help manufacturing the guitars..probably for the Christmas crowd...rev's should be gaining over losses this quarter...so it's a possible potential for upward movement.
FNIX is way down...they are the speech tech in the new Microsoft x-box games among many other companies. I need xtra money or I would be picking this up now myself. Really can't understand how a company that has such great tech..can keep going and staying down like this. Oh well!!
Heard good things about IFLBE also for future investment.
God bless and remember "The 'REASON' for the season this 'Christ'mas. This may be our last, unless we stand up for our freedoms. Sunny
Dyz, Thanks for your integrity and I understand, was just wondering, because I think this stock may be different and will do well. This is only my opinion, and for those who do not trust the director, I also understand, but I am in for a while, and may take a few shares profit once in while this time. Any way ...do have to go and again God bless. Sunny
Dyz are you holding any ccde? Just wondering. Have to go guys, got a Christmas party to go to. Good trading..... God bless. Sunny
That shows the low float...any buys worth while should push it up again. I just hope there is more to come...
....right now this is the only hope I have of getting any recompense for what I lost. Just hope a bitterness doesn't destroy "our" Christmas for us.
Can we just watch and let it be for now? Please. Sunny
OT. Amen to that Hoppy, IT is a celebration!!!! too bad many do not understand what it is all about. They also would rejoice.
There seems to be some interesting stuff being written. I am glad that there is fair input. All I can say is that many have been put through a lot in this last year. Let's hope we can go into this next year with some profits or at least some good investments with long term profitability. We all need a good break, after the hell we have been put through. Would like to see CCDE turn out to be recompence for us, but I think we all must be more cautious than before, no matter what company we invest in. "I'm looking for more than before."
Hope we all have a very wonderful Christmas Season. And not just a "merry holiday", if you get what I mean. Sunny

ONLINE CONSULTATION:
A NEW SERVICE
Can we save you an office visit?
My goal is to provide convenient service. I care about you and respect your time.
I am offering "Secure Messaging" for routine office communications (appointment requests, prescription refills, and general messaging to discuss a bill or other clerical questionS).
Also,I offer "Online Consultations" for clinical questions. Both services are available here. "Online Consultations" include a charge to you if they involve significant physician time to address, or when they serve as a substitute for an office visit.
Both "Secure Messaging" and "Online Consultations" can be accessed here by clicking on the "Register with Your Physician" area.
I use a secure network to communicate with you because standard email is not sufficiently secure, does not live up to federal liability standards and may inadvertently expose your clinical records and information to your employer or other unintended people.
I know that coming in for an office visit is not always convenient and has a real cost to you as a patient. Co-payments, gas and parking, lost wages, child care and other real costs of office visits add up. I am sensitive to these costs and the value of your time. My "Online Consultations" service and modest associated fee are designed to save you money when your questions, that previously required an office visit, can be adequately answered online.
"Online Consultations" is not the ideal service for all patients, but it will serve the needs of many. We are happy to offer this service and convenience to you.
Let me remind you that it may take some time for me to see your message, so please DO NOT use any email on my web site for urgent problems. I may insist that some questions require an office visit.

We Choose Our Own Course of Action

Ask Our Dietician
Donna Dodge, Registered Dietitian
Per my doctor's orders, I need to limit my sodium intake. I don't like to cook and prefer to use convenience foods such as frozen dinners and soups. What are my options?
According to the Manual of Clinical Dietetics, a low sodium diet limits the intake of sodium to 2000-2500 milligrams per day. This still allows for a lot of wiggle room as far as convenience foods go and, if you are careful, you can remain within these guidelines. Let’s assume that you eat three meals per day plus three snacks. If each meal provides approximately 600 milligrams of sodium, and each snack 100 milligrams of sodium, at the end of the day, you will have consumed 2100 milligrams.
A good rule of thumb is not to exceed 600 milligrams of sodium per meal or 100 milligrams per snack.
We encourage you to look for frozen dinners or canned soups that allow you to remain within these guidelines. Lean Cuisine® is a brand of frozen dinners that is usually low in sodium. With the exception of the HNS soups, our High Nutrient Supplements provide 20-100 milligrams per serving.

Morning everyone, You will also notice that the PR states that they are d/b/a Beverly Hill Fitness and Wellnes(R). When doing a Google search, you will find 10 searches for this. There are according to the PR now 61 franchises. The Company sells franchises that are a cross the country. Possibly, (I have not checked) the profitability of the company has increased I would say a lot since that last report. They are also increased in sales of products, which have gained momentum since then. Not only on the internet, but also because of the increased product sales produced by their franchises. The name Bevcorp International, may have been developed in this deal with CCDE and is not made manifest yet.
Are we gonna break the legs of the horse before he gets a start in the race.
And as for that Post by Paul__Taylor.....I doubt very much that post is by the director of CCDE. Any body can post under a name. I think PT can spell and write a lot better than that. Don't fall for everything on a chat board. And if you are PT...tisk! tisk!
Just my opinions.
SERF, thanks for the answers to my question on the charts. Sorry for taking so long to reply, but I have been gone most of the week.
See you guys later....Sunny
Chart help? I use BigCharts.com. I can't get 50 and 200 MA
I can get EMA and SMA and whatever I put in on the first number, the second number comes out twice as much...ex: SMA 50 and SMA 100 What does the E and the S in front of the MA's mean? And how can I get the 50/200 to show up. Any ideas? Besides changing charts. Sunny
Anyone think MBAH will keep on going up, It kinda looked like it......indicators were turned up last I looked.
I'll have to catch you guys later, need to leave. See Ya's. Sunny..........(The weather here is horrible...cold and rainy. But gotta get out in it.)
Hi guys, I mentioned WNMI a few days ago, it's up 77-84%, no news today as yet. Had news a few days ago. about a settlement on a law suit.
Thanks Star, any helpful hints appreciated.
Serf, Just a hint, use the 20 day MA instead of 10 on your charts. I was told that this was one of three indicators for when to buy a stock.
I saw inca last week before it started the run, thought it might be a runner. Didn't get in though. Missed a good one.
Cargo is moving, own that one, but not at a low price.
Looks like our little IDVL is starting to get noticed. may get back into that one, but I've been holding my cash for something I've been waiting for, so I will have to be patient. That's the reason why I didn't jump into INCA.
Say NTVI seems to be reviving from it's low .0038. went to .0045 then to .006 now at .007. Picking up volumn also.
Maybe little Tellie trying it again. Poor thing, she was so cute at one time. LOL (You had to be there!!!!!!)
Hi Serf, you're making me laugh....I made my special awsomely wonderful Turkey pasta soup. It is so good that you want to keep eating and eating. Put the Parmesean on top. Everyone comes over for days until it's all gone. Maybe I could patent it like your Tee's and make me some money eventually. And I am suppose to be on low cards!!!Ha.
Got to go now....have fun everyone... Your friend... sunny
Kam, that's on top of my fat weight that I have been tyring to lose...LOL!!!! Help. I really am doing great right now and my outlook has really revived...so the old metabolism should get a boost now...feel more energetic. Sitting and watching TLNO sure took a lot out of me day after day. But I think things will be looking good on a another stock I'm holding which should make up for my losses on Tlno. I'd say more but too many mud-wallowers are watching.... as it is said : don't cast your pearls before swine. Have a good day. Sunny
Hi Kam, I hope the 4 pounds I saw on the scale is from Thanksgiving and leftovers...I need to get back on track on the exercise program. Had a problem with my foot and all my cardio went down the tubes for a while. But it seems to be getting better now.
Hope you're doing well stock-wise and in every way. Do you know where Butch and Serf are hanging out? Sunny
Hi Starboy, quiet here today. Serf may be on other boards, don't know.
DDSI has some news today. Remember that one...I'm still holding the bag on that one among many. Gonna have to get quicker on the trigger finger. they're shooting me down. LOL. But they say they are gaining in rev's each quarter, soo maybe they will begin to move someday.
FPLF, still in that one, but I think it will do well in future. Good potential in it. I saw on TV this a m that they are doing a lot of new medical procedures on pets, like radiation on tumors, etc. You know that's gonna start bringing pet care up into thousands of dollars...and PEt insurance is gonna have to be a "must" when costs start rising. We'll see. Patience on this one.
Sunny
Hi everyone, Hope your Thanksgiving was as great as mine was.
Wonder if anyone has noticed SHRN creeping up? WNMI had some news this morning about settling a law suit dispute...It's been going up lately as well.
So what's going on with everyone and what's on the stove cooking today? Sunny
Hi Guys, how's it going? Did you see INCA? Been rising for five days. Had an order in for EZTO over the weekend, hoping for a drop on open. Didn't. Could have made a few bucks if it had.
What's hot now besides EZTO? Serf INSQ and GSHF could be our ethanol stocks for future? I'll be watching these and may be buying on lows.
God bless........Sunny
Serf, how do we miss the good ones?(EZTO)
Hey, TNOG down another 22% today...someone could get a real dead cat bounce out of this one....but how low will she go?
.....cont. AGCCQ, another one to watch (from another board)....
Been going upward since Oct. 7th.
AGCCQ is one to watch. has a new contract and are on track for restructuring. Two years ago...a $14-16 stock, a year ago it was an $7 stock now sitting at .15. If they can get going again, they have the know all to get back up there. May be good for a few hundred bucks investment and play long term. Just an opinion...no DD.

Thanks fellas, good friends...checked those out. FATS caught my eye....just don't know how much steam it has left on this run...but all the short-long term indicators are a buy to strong buy. May watch this one for a while till the hype is over.Business Editors

of the world's leading technology defense companies, to develop Next
Generation Light Anti-Tank Weapon (NLAW) simulators for the United
Kingdom Ministry of Defence (MOD). The contract is valued at $1.4
million.
"FATS values strategic relationships within industry," said Ron
Mohling, chairman and chief executive officer of FATS. "Our continuing
relationship with Saab demonstrates our unique ability to provide
specialized training systems that support the most technologically
advanced weapon systems available."
FATS will design and manufacture full-scale NLAW weapon simulators
that maintain the form, fit and function of the actual device.
Soldiers who utilize the FATS training systems will experience
realistic weapon effects and become more familiar with the operation
of the NLAW weapon system and the tactics, techniques and procedures
associated with its combat employment prior to firing the real weapon.
The NLAW Combat Weapon is a man-portable disposable weapon
consisting of an anti-tank missile sealed within a launch tube.
Although the main targets are Main Battle Tanks (MBT) and Light
Armored Fighting Vehicles (LAFV), other targets such as troops in
buildings and non-armored vehicles can also be effectively defeated.
For more than a decade, FATS has provided virtual training systems
to the UK MOD. FATS Dismounted Close Combat Trainers (DCCT) are
deployed throughout the United Kingdom.
