one possible explanation on lack of huge volume increase is strong NDA to protect parties from negative press and liability. It would kill an IPO for example.
agreed
Yes, we determined 370 million people in India have smart phones- maybe a billion in a few years. But you are right, no one knows why WM went quiet. I believe something is up....maybe a contract or buyout. Per 10K Product Launch this month.??

sorry...I'm green by nearly 400% LOL
Controlling the moto taxi market is bigger than the auto hailing market...IMO
WM- zero market share (now)
Uber worldwide has less than .05%
Seems reasonable to me that WM Auto/Moto Meter would add great value to Ubers IPO. I believe WM would add billions to Ubers Market Value. What that value is up to WM and Uber. As a share holder I hope it's a lot!
WM Meters have wireless updates around cities for fare updates. The meters are highly accurate- please read patents!
GPS Accuracy per US Gov't:
How accurate is GPS?
It depends. GPS satellites broadcast their signals in space with a certain accuracy, but what you receive depends on additional factors, including satellite geometry, signal blockage, atmospheric conditions, and receiver design features/quality.
For example, GPS-enabled smartphones are typically accurate to within a 4.9 m (16 ft.) radius under open sky (VIEW SOURCE AT ION.ORG). However, their accuracy worsens near buildings, bridges, and trees.
High-end users boost GPS accuracy with dual-frequency receivers and/or augmentation systems. These can enable real-time positioning within a few centimeters, and long-term measurements at the millimeter level.
Histogram of GPS horizontal position error readings taken from 1 October to 31 December 2016, with a peak below 1 m and a line showing 95% of the samples were at or below 1.891 m
Exactly, and WM could help move IPO Market Cap from $50B to $100B (competitive advantage need per financial analysis)
Many articles posted here state that India wants Meters on autos and motorcycles. Since WM has the only weatherproof, patented auto/ moto meter in 22 COUNTRIES, that can be inter changed between auto and moto- it's reasonable Uber and WM are talking.
WM Meters can be calibrated by wireless stations around city, have data logging, etc. etc..
Many believe due to competitive pressure in many countries, Uber needs Meters. WM meters per patent are designed for both autos and motorcycles.
The patents detail a Vehicle Management Systems that is secure and has wireless updates, data logging for safety, programmable, language enabled, etc., etc.
Most importantly, the Uber IPO needs to enhance it's competitive offering...and in my opinion it's a matter of billions of dollars.
Yes, the MM seem to want FARE to run! Very exciting, I'm buying more
Never, never ever invest emotionally. No such thing as a sure thing. I've cost many people by my recommendations. Pumpers are as bad as the naysayers. Putting money in a penny stock is pure speculation not investing.
WM is a HIGH RISK maybe huge return.
WM patented Vehicle Management Control System is designed for Auto, Moto, Boats, and Donkeys.
Col, recently posted article that Uber is installing meters!
exactly, Uber needs meters to be licensed taxi service
patents in 22 countries
WM up 400% last few months- this says it all.
India is blocking Uber in some cities because they have No Meter!
Col, Thanks....there are only a few Hailing companies they could be talking to. Uber with their IPO is looking for competitive advantage...Uber / WM makes sense to me!
April 2016
World Moto Inc. Net Profits Ten Inc (OTCBB:FARE) has made several announcements over the last several weeks and becoming a major player in the ride hailing business. It has been signing several memorandum of understanding (MOUs) with distributors in Sri Lanka, Kenya, Rwanda, and India. FARE announced that it is discussions with popular ride hailing app services to provide a competitive advantage for their brands in the accelerating battle to professionalize the world’s motorcycle taxi fleets.
Filings may be on time this time due to outside marketing pressure!
I'd be interested in seeing the secret picture.

This is what people are investing in- read patent so that you understand the value of the IP.
seems like some profit taking today after the huge run up!...but MM want to keep it rising.
maybe buyout or partnership
Most people here have no idea why WM has killed their Web site, issued no PRs in a long time, few FB updates, etc. A plausible explanation is that they are in a quiet period- maybe a sell off/ partnership when their financials are completed.
WM IP may be a way for hailing companies to help capture business in countries that mandate 'meters' (parts of India, Africa, Indonesia, etc.). As seen in numerous news stories posted here.
Hail riding companies are raising huge amts of money. Uber $3 Plus Billions from Saudi's and Lyft $700 M from new new round of financing. Both Uber and Lyft are looking at IPO's maybe this year. Will WM sell their IP to help them?
27% share price increase today. I'm up well over 300% last couple months!
SEC Definition:
In a reverse merger transaction, an existing public
“shell company,” which is a public reporting company
with few or no operations,1
acquires a private operating
company—usually one that is seeking access
to funding in the U.S. capital markets
,,,,dead shells are used because they are cheap...
I'm counting on it!
A 'reverse merger' is what i mentioned. Dead Public Shell is merged with WM to form a new publicly traded company. Forward split/ reverse split who cares? Old dead public company no longer traded is merged with WM a new publicly traded company. It's called a reverse merger. Who cares I was just making a comment....gee whizz why waste my time ;-(
I like your enthusiasm, but I always cringe with your predictions. I know from years of investing most anything can happen. A 3x or 5x ROI is always great to me.
Investment Bankers make huge profits on public companies- at least 10X their initial investments. That's why they have multi million dollars salaries. Huge scam and they 'short' the stocks to increase their returns. Penny stocks seldom make it- hoping WM can beat the odds
But they fund companies so it all works as it should ..I guess. Early investors in Uber are estimated to make $50M for every $1k invested!
only two ways to go public- reverse merger or other
Many, maybe most small public companies are formed by reverse merger from dead public shell. IB buys dead shell and gives it to a company with some funding. When company goes public (about 90 days or so) the IB sells their shares over time and it drives down price- Never buy stock in a new reverse merger company for a couple of years- price per share seldom goes up. IMO
Without a reverse merger, it takes at a minimum about $600K to take a company 'public' and many many months. Dead public shells cost from $30k plus depending on how clean it is (debts, other, etc.)
As I understand- An Investment Banker bought a dead public shell and did a reverse merger to form WM. I've personally done this for my old public company and have been involved with about five reverse merger/ public companies. If I'm I wrong, I stand corrected.
yes, you are right- they have been shipping product for about 14 months or so. Some companies with very limited funding take a long time to execute.
The big mistake for WM was going public (reverse merger) way too early. Now funding just highly dilutes everyone's shares. Too bad they couldn't sell Wall Street with private funding in the beginning. Their only option may be to sell out to a deep pocket. They need millions to execute.
