A 'reverse merger' is what i mentioned. Dead Public Shell is merged with WM to form a new publicly traded company. Forward split/ reverse split who cares? Old dead public company no longer traded is merged with WM a new publicly traded company. It's called a reverse merger. Who cares I was just making a comment....gee whizz why waste my time ;-(
