Time to get this stock back on track. I’ve been holding and accumulating for years now, waiting for it to reach its potential. I’m cautiously optimistic that this could be the time.
I’m starting to have regrets about SNMN. I regret that I didn’t buy more. Weeks away from a huge move upward.
This is our month. Good luck to everyone who held through that last downturn. People were pushing it prematurely on tweets, websites and filings but this time it’s the real deal. It’s license time.
We will know this month whether or not to add Baygrow to this list. Some of us are willing to take that chance in exchange for big returns. We know the risks, why don’t you just let us see it through?
I hope you are right and I hope it gets another big boost when the licenses are announced.
That's what happens when you cry wolf a hundred times. I don't expect this to take off until Maryland announces the grow license, assuming they get awarded one.
I'd be speculating to put an actual number on it. The one thing to consider if you look at the Maryland website, there are two types of licenses, one to grow and one to sell. There are hundreds of applications to sell but not that many to grow since it obviously is a much larger undertaking. They have a good team, put together a good proposal from what I understand, so I would like think their chances are better than 50-50. But like I said, speculation, which is the game we are all playing right now. Well, some are lying, others are speculating.
It's true though. SNMN has a record of deals that never closed. Here's hoping this deal with BayGrow is the one that does.
Those dates are outdated. They extended the application date and all the subsequent deadlines. Here is the latest schedule and the link:
Evaluation: July 16 - August 15
Scoring and Evaluation Report: August 16 - August 31
MMCC Commissioner Review and Evaluation: September 3 - September 17
Stage One Pre-Approval Award: September 26

no license=no funding=big problem
Yeah, I already called him out on that lie and he never responded with any proof.
It's never been an oil company but it's tried to be just about everything else over the last few years. The CEO is using this shell to throw anything against the wall to see what sticks in the hopes of making enough money to pursue his dream of being a movie producer. So far, nothing has stuck but this partnership with BayGrow may actually be the one project that creates revenue. It all depends on whether they are awarded a marijuana growing license in Maryland, due to be decided by a commission in September at the earliest.
If they get that license, pennies, if they don't, back to .0001. It's pretty much as simple as that. Pumpers on this board will talk about websites, filings, funding and blah blah blah, but it all comes down to that license. Without that license, there is no funding, trust me. Invest if you think they will get it, don't if you think they won't. The pumpers will yell at me for writing this then they will be gone in a month. I've seen it several times over the course of this year. They might get it up enough to make some money but it won't reach a penny until that license is awarded. I like their chances so I am holding until then.
Man, if this is runs now and then the license news hits, watch out!
Again, a link please. Are you saying that BayGrow has already been awarded a license to grow marijuana in Maryland? I would love it if that were true, but I find that hard to believe.
Seriously, you can't post that without some kind of link. This schedule is from the Maryland website:
Evaluation: July 16 - August 15
Scoring and Evaluation Report: August 16 - August 31
MMCC Commissioner Review and Evaluation: September 3 - September 17
Stage One Pre-Approval Award: September 26
Well, this one has been at .0001 fairly recently and had previously reached somewhere around .007 so it is not out of the realm of possibility.
My question would be, if you own 20 million shares now and it hits 5 cents, who the hell is going to give you a million dollars for it? I'm guessing nobody. You'd be forced to sell it off in chunks of 10-20,000 at best, but then everyone else would be trying to do the same thing, driving the price down. I suppose the best plan is to keep selling it off on the way up until you don't have much left. At least then you'd be driving the price up instead of down.
Maybe some sub-penny veteran's on this board can offer up some advice.
A few months ago it was jerseyboy spewing the same thing about filings and tweets. It's amusing but it makes it hard to get the real facts out there, that this can be a legit stock to own but its going to depend on that license. I wouldn't stick around much longer than that though. Any money Troy makes from his partnership with BayGrow he will use to make a bunch of money-losing movies and we'll be right back here again.
Did you bail on SNMN?
16.25 million in funding that is contigent on them getting the grow license. Without that license you think someone is going to give them that money? LMAO, where do you people come from?
This stock does have the potential for real growth. SNMN has a 20% stake in BayGrow, which is pursuing a license to grow marijuana in Maryland. If they get that license then we could see a penny or more. If they don't, then you are right, back to .0001. The license should be awarded sometime around September. Anyone thinking of investing in this should know those basic facts. No filings or updated websites are going to move this stock significantly. Anyone saying they will are pumpers as you suggested. I've seen them come and go over the last 6 months while I sit here holding for the real news. If you invest here, it is with the understanding that nothing will happen until September.
100% correct. Anyone investing in SNMN is betting it all on them getting a grow license. I like their chances or I wouldn’t be here but nothing else matters.
I have done nothing but accumulate shares in the past year. I only wish I had bought more when it was languishing at .0001-2
The company is named BAYgrow, as in Chesapeake Bay. They are based in Maryland and have focused all their energy to getting approved in Maryland. If they don’t get the license they are back to square one. Sure they can move on to the next market, but Ray Lewis doesn’t have much pull outside Maryland. Who knows if he even sticks around if they don’t get approval in Maryland?
True420DD is 100% correct.
Agree 100%
The application period was extended to June 24th. I doubt they would vote on licenses three days later, but who knows?
The funding could be in place, contingent on getting the license. I believe at least part of the funding was for ancillary businesses like a payment system.
The sooner the better but I wouldn’t hold my breath for any announcements from MD for a few weeks at least.
I meant that Maryland is not going to announce the issuance of grow licenses for another 4-6 weeks, sometime in August if not later. If BayGrow doesn't get awarded a license then SNMN will be back at .0001. If they do, then the sky is the limit. Stock up now.
4-6 weeks I estimate, then this runs or tanks depending on whether BayGrow is issued a Maryland grow license or not.
I've been sticking to the same story for many months now, advising people that this is going to run when/if they get the license and not before, no matter what other news comes out.
I'm not negative at all. If I was I would be selling instead of holding. By all means, take down the 8's, slap the ask, and wait for Troy to tweet some worthless news about a website. Maybe you can get us out of the trips. I'll be here waiting for the real news.
Yes, Troy has stepped up his game in that regard. I'll take Ray Lewis as a business partner over a teenage girl.
Exactly, buy now if someone is dumb enough to sell now. I think everyone is holding and waiting for the license decision. You may get a few million trading hands here and there but nothing substantial.
As I remember, the Naughty Girls Donuts deal was not 99% complete, it was 100%. Where is that now?
16.25 million in funding for a project that is contingent on them getting the grow license. Not crazy, just realistic. Without the grow license, SNMN is a company with no funding and no revenue that will be back at .0001. Any other thinking is pie in the sky.
I think its because people are already locked in. There's no news about filings that are going to move the needle much. We've seen all that before. The only thing that is going to move the needle is if BayGrow gets a grow license from the state of Maryland in August. I wouldn't expect any substantial movement until then.
They are still competing for one of a limited number of licenses. The only news we need to hear will come from Maryland and that is a thumbs up or a thumbs down for BayGrow. That's the difference between .01 and .0001. Nothing else matters, nothing.
There is only one piece of news for SNMN and that is getting the grow license or not getting the grow license. Should happen in late July or August hopefully.
Let's get this thing out of the trips, for good this time. Big news is getting closer by the day.
Pretty simple, nobody is willing to buy at this price and nobody has any incentive to sell any lower. Looks like we are locked in until the licenses are awarded.
I blame the people who were pumping this stock prematurely (this time, the last couple of months). I repeatedly informed them that the license wouldn't be awarded until August but they kept on spewing BS, trying to pump it when it had no news or any hope of news. I don't think Troy can screw it up if they get the grow license.
If they don't get the grow license than I agree with you. If they do, then who knows where it might go. That might be all it needs to start funding other projects and keep on rising into the pennies and beyond. It will get diluted eventually but we should be able to make some money along the way.
The 160 licenses that were submitted were for both growers and retail dispensaries. I assume the vast majority were for dispensaries so don't think we are competing with 159 other applications for growers. I wish they had broken out the numbers for each though.
