It once remained about $0.40 for years. It was still a great stock then too.
I guess you’re right.. the company has no future... forget that they’re increasing revenue ever quarter and have no debt. Forget that they’re about to add new products to their product line... forget that their smokeless tobacco drug is going to be in a 3-4 billion dollar industry with virtually zero competition... forget that this company..forget that this company is profitable and has cash and is headed towards earning 100 million a year... forget that this company is going to start using domestic hemp and thus cut their operational costs down and make them even more profitable... forget that there are a bunch of bogus lawsuits hanging over the company that will get dismissed any time and cause a wave of exuberance among investors... and lastly forget that this company will be uplisting to nasdaq soon...
You have convinced me, this stock is trash. Time to sell!
"The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient."
When someone comes around here typing in bold text saying CVSI will never be on NASDAQ, it's clear it can only be one person.
So, essentially what you are saying is-- UPLIST YET?
Sorry.. Voting YES.
Vote YES on Evergreen.
Talent needs to be acquired and management has demonstrated time and time again they KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They have brought this company's share price up over 1200% since last year.
Don't be armchair executives. Let them do what they believe is right. They have more information about what they're doing and what is going on internally than we can ever know. TRUST.
Yeah I just think all this buyout talk is complete silly speculation (triggered from impatient investors/traders who want to be rich tomorrow) and is not worth discussion.
To me, It's the equivalent of imagining people in 1979 asking "do you think Apple's going to get bought out soon???"
Apple hadn't even begun to embark on their journey, and you damn well know Steve Jobs would have said no way, regardless of the price offered.
And yes, CV Sciences is the Apple of CBD.
Well if anyone goes to the shareholder meeting, they should just ask Dowling "hypothetically speaking, if company XYZ offered $100 a share would you sell the company?"
I am pretty sure he's going to say no.
You guys talk like companies are real-estate properties in 2007 and CV Sciences executives just are flipping companies for quick bucks. Haven't you been listing to anything Stewart Tomc or Mona III says??? THEY ARE IN THIS TO CHANGE THE WORLD.
I don’t know why you and others all assume anyone and everyone would automatically be willing to give up control of a company they just built from scratch that is going to increase in value over time.
If it were my company, why would I want to give up control? For money? I’m a shareholder, and I’m incentivized to make my company as profitable as possible so its share price can reflect that value.
Why would I be eager to sell my company and risk someone destroying my vision and everything I’ve been working so hard on?
Money is not the most important thing.
Because this company didn't just come out of nothing and create a new industry to give it all away to some other corporation just so they can make a quick buck.
The CV Sciences team is in this with a LONG TERM vision, and to have a company that will be around for 100+ years.. Not to sell out to the highest bidder just because they can.
UPLIST SOON!
They wanted to do a reverse split because, at the time, the stock was trading at $0.25 and they needed the share price to be at a number that would be meaningful to institutional investors so that they could do a registered offering.
Fortunately, we've arrived at a meaningful number organically and are up-listing to Nasdaq soon, and so there is no longer any want by the company to do a reverse split.
But you can go ahead and keep brining this up, and I'll try to keep coming by and correct you.
Seems legit.
But what happened to "management sucks?"
I always get suspicious when you post with that bold text...
very reminiscent of... what was it? oh yes... "UPLIST YET?"
Billions of dollars of gravy.
I know.. Lester should have called in and DEMANDED answers about Nasdaq!!!!!!!!!!!! DEMAND THOSE ANSWERS! IT'S OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT!!!!
but viking hats??
Wow you're sounding less negative about CVSI for once!
Why weren't you on the call asking?!
Being up over 1000% ... so sad!
I think that question has already been answered multiple times.
Yeah.. What is a TONC anyway?
What goes down must go up.
Omg!!! Heading to $30??????????
Omg!!!!!!!!!! Better buy!!!!
Omg!!! Heading to $3??????????
Omg!!!!!!!!!! Better sell!!!!
Except when it's not..
I assume even management didn't really want the reverse split at the time of the vote. There was no reason for it, they only had it as an item when the SP was ~$0.25 and they were trying to focus on having a registered offering / up list.
same here. I am not into telling our management NO on their proposals. They have gotten us this far, and the value of the company is in their best interest. I don't know why so many here constantly ignore the fact that MANAGEMENT ARE SHAREHOLDERS-- they are INCENTIVIZED to add value.
I am an investor. I care.
My CVSI investment is up 1280%.. How about yours?
Also, it was Mona’s son who had the foresight to sell CBD. No one else was doing this and that is why CV Sciences is an industry leader.
So, Mona III is the reason we are all here and are profiting.
This stock is higher than it was a year ago. That’s a solid investment.
LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The only thing missing is some bold text saying UPLIST YET?
Are you Vandy? You sure have a similar writing style... You know it's against iHub TOS to have multiple accounts, right?
I see. You had no point in bringing up the R/S topic.
Good to know.
